Ryan was great! Purchased windshield wipers and he assisted and changed them for me. We ran into some issues and he quickly resolved the problem. He was awesome.

I came to the store yesterday at around 7:00 pm to have my battery checked. A guy checked it for me, and told me it was a bad. I asked him if I purchased a new one from this store, then could he install it for me. He said they are not allowed to change batteries for some cars if they have a lot of electrical or something like that. My coworker went to Walmart this afternoon and got me a new battery, then changed it in the parking lot at work. It took him like 5 minutes. I drive a 2019 Acura TLX, so I m not sure why AutoZone couldn t do it. The battery was a lot cheaper at Walmart anyway. Thanks to the guy who turned me away. You saved me some money.

Jeremiah helped me yesterday, I asked him to order a part and told me no due to the refund being that a refund was never a part of the conversation. We told him that doesn t matter we don t plan on returning it, he still didn t want to. So we asked him to order it he said he did come to find out he never did. Acting as if he was paying for it.

James might be the best employee I've ever met anywhere. He was not only knowledgeable and diligent but installed the battery in my Silverado. He was so helpful and AutoZone will now be getting all of my business because of James and his expertise.

Lately since the COVID most all retail customer service Centers has fallen below the three stars level of a 5 star review level, and the excuse of being short staffed has to stop, bc the min they open the store they know who is going to show up on time. A reliable employee they've hired and the schedule doesn't lie., (cutbacks) And the number #1 priority should always be excellent service to the customers with respect to all parties involved

I wanted to give my deepest most heartfelt thank you to the 4 employees at this store today. The did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP US IN ANY WAY. They never acknowledged that me and my wife were there. Her car would not start as we tried to leave an go to a store that would assist us. We had to push her car out of it's spot by ourselves and jump start it as no fewer than 3 employees walked by and never so much as glanced at us. They were, however happy to help the one male customer here.

James Troy , Laila and Peyton are great folks! Troy , went out of his way to replace my battery and both young ladies were exceptional in customer service. Manager , Manager Troy has made your store my one stop for help and parts ! Great store and very positive employee attitude!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Lernardo who was so pleasant and helped me find everything I needed. His attitude was so positive and welcoming. I would rate his service a 15 out 10. Thank you for such great customer service . I'll recommended to all my family and friends, and this will definitely become my permanent store.

I needed a battery. Went into the store, was given options on batteries compatible with my vehicle. The store representative was kind enough to install the battery for me. Quality service! Thanks!!!

Nardo has been helping my boyfriend with his car. He's been so helpful and really took the time to explain what we needed. Nardo is experienced, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are educated in what they're doing. We are driving past other auto zones just to come see him. James, get this man a raise!

I owe the customer service rep an apology. I did not look at the receipt until I returned the charging station, he had done way more than I realized, he had given me a credit. Still will be my number one choise for car needs.Usually my go to for car needs. Quality has gone down hill. Batteries are 3 year replacement and price increased drastically. In correct pricing on shelf label and was not given the difference. I should have walked away but I didn't.

I love buying at AutoZone....And the store manager (James) was very helpful and knowledgeable to all my needs. This store 3194 main street, Snellville is the best place to shop. Five stars

Some of the best service I've ever recieved at an auto zone. James Troy is the best store manager I've ever encountered at auto zone. He makes sure everyone is taken care of and there's nothing more you can ask for.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a big ol B of a karen that was giving them a hard time and I think they managed the situation perfectly. They found and knew exactly what I was looking for even though I could barely remember any product details. Definitely will be returning.

Typical auto zone. Usually staff helps the customer carry out the battery due to the weight, but it had start raining. They were like "have a nice day".

Kina represents southern hospitality at its best. Another driver told me both my brake lights were out and I beelined to this store. Kina tested, suggested, and installed. Her whole vibe was iust delightful and so cool. Thank you! Now I m back safe on the road.

Bad experience, arrived well before 9pm the girl made a cutting motion across her neck and waived us away. There was a guy inside that wouldn't even look at us. 9pm is 9pm not 8:30 or even 8:50.

This place is awesome! The staff there has helped me identify codes and saved me when a mechanic didn't fix an issue properly. They printed out the issue so I had proof of the faulty part! Thank you
