I used Andy's Muffler on three separate occasions. Three separate occasions with two different cars. After getting back my car every single time there was more problems with the car. Andy being the " stand up guy he is" . Told me and my wife it had nothing to do with their service. Andy blamed the new problems on the fact that we had an older car. Lol however after taking our vehicles to another mechanic, we were told that Andy's did half as.... work. Basically costing us more money. Please beware don't be fooled like we were.

We took my mom's old SUV here. It was making a lot of noise. Seemed like it was the exhaust system. After assessing Andy said it's the wheel hub assembly. We went ahead and had him do the repair, same noise was coming so he went ahead and did the other side. The noise was still there. Couldn't figure it out. He said there would be no charge at all. He spend all day working on it. I was thoroughly amazed at the honesty and it's good to know that honest people are out there. We paid for the parts. The sound is a mystery, but wanted to share my experience as Andy is a good guy and does the right thing.

Owner was cool but the prices was just out the ball park for me. I need a catalytic converter for my 2016 Nissan Altima but $3,000 is just too much. When my local parts store has it for $301.95.

Awesomely professional. Will not take car back to dealership ever. They were fair, thorough, reasonably priced and very courteous and friendly. They are now my auto repair shop of choice. You can't go wrong taking your car here for repairs.

Friendly neighborhood garage who offer upfront honest pricing. These guys are extremely good at what they do and I will only take my vehicles here for anything they need. They also offer the best oil you won't find anywhere else. Highly recommend them for any car needs

The people at Andy's Muffler are extremely kind, work very hard, are honest, what else could you need from an auto repair place? My 15, going on 16 year old car needed to be looked at to make sure I could go on a trip in it. They did a trip inspection, looked very thoroughly through the entire engine, made a list, spoke with me about the list and prioritized what they believed was important and what needed to be done sometime in the future. There was no charge for the trip inspection, but because I appreciated that, I had an oil change. The price was very reasonable. I would take my car back there anytime. I have taken cars there in the past for various reasons, but now my mechanic retired so this is my new place have car repairs done.

Andy and team replaced my catalytic converter. The car drives smooth. Also the price was below other auto shops in the area. I'm very pleased. Thank you Andy and team!!

Excellent auto shop. I have been a customer since I was 19 years old and I'm still here. The owner and staff works so hard to make sure that your car is working to its maximum potential. I have nothing but great things to say about Andy, especially the love that he has shown towards my family. They are the BEST.

Came in on a Saturday to delete the Mid Muffler on my Dodge Challenger and, just like I was told, it was a first come, first serve.Nick got me almost immediately and had me all done in about an hour - very impressed and my car sounds great!Also, I did not know they did more than just Exhaust systems and will more than likely use them whenever my car(s) need something else done to themService: Exhaust

Andy does a Very good job, customer service is outstanding. Took my car in yesterday for a diagnostic but informed me to come back this morning because they were a little behind, came back & he did it despite of still being a little behind schedule & told me what code & how much & long it would take to fix.Good place Good people, Excellent Service. I would recommend Andy's to Anyone who has car issues.

Had a flat tire that was able to be fixed. Andy is the one person I can depend on to repair anything on my car. This shop is very dependable and helpful. They have been my shop for 10 years.

Absolute best auto repair shop I've visited. I was able to talk to the owner himself when setting everything up. They started working on my car within 30 minutes of arriving and finished up quickly. Made sure to talk to me about what was going on and really took care of me and my car at a reasonable price. This was my first visit and I'm pretty sure I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I've been going to Andy's for all of my vehicles, sinice 2006. '98 Dodge Ram, '04 Ford F150, '05 Dodge Magnum R/T. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Installation time, and quality, is great. They've worked with me on suggesting what would work/sound best for my custom exhaust projects, and they have delivered the results. I've never had a bad experience with these guys. Customer service is impeccable, and they answer any questions with professional courtesy, and knowledge. It's always exciting to take a trip there, because I know I'm getting the best service possible. Highly, and I mean highly, recommend these guys.

This is the 2nd car they have done fo me and overall I can't complain about the craftsmanship however the customer service could definitely be improved on. I'm not gonna go crazy into detail however communication is big especially when its something as simple as a phone call. Also it seemed as if asking questions about your set up is a hassle for them to answer for you when they are supposed to be the professionaa here. I think I'm going to change back from straight pipe to installing an performance resonator or just put back on the stock. Not sure if I will be taking it back here for the work though. I already dishes put over $400 and have no idea what that process would cost me. Hopefully we can work something out.Service: Exhaust

Please do not go here. I took my Ford Edge here for something happening with my brakes, told them I was scared to drive w my new baby in it. They said it was going to be $600. Got a second opinion and it was a recall - absolutely free. Will never ever go back there and absolutely don't recommend anyone else either.Disgusting to take advantage of a woman who truly may not know any better and a new Mom. The person I did end up using said that was pretty despicable and gives mechanics a bad name.

I got an estimate from another place and decided to shop around to see if I could get a better price. I went to Andy's and they said that my car issues weren't as bad as the other place stated and they qouted me a much cheaper price! They got me in and out quickly and my car works properly now! Thanks Andy!!!!

I went there to get an estimate for a catalytic converter and the guy at the front counter couldn't provide the answer to my question! How long does it usually take to install it. He said I DON'T KNOW but it's $160 an hour. Like you work there you should know the average time or made an effort and ask the mechanic. He seem not interested in helping me.

I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 Liter. I wish I never took my vehicle there! I simply went in to have some headers installed properly to replace the stock exhaust manifolds. I called ahead of time and spoke to Bryan, informed me that rate is based at $110 an hour. Wasn't able to provide me an estimated time window. I requested to Bryan when the work order was being handled by him was to check to make sure fitment wasn't an issue before continuing installation. Took almost 5 hours, only later to discover that modifications to my exhaust pipe were made in order to complete fitment, wish I was contacted before than took place and now afterwards. The headers don't have proper clearance within the engine bay, they are crashing against my steering shaft. A test drive should've been completed to double check there were no unforeseen issues in drivability (not driving the truck around their parking lot). I went back to try to resolve this issue in person face-to-face. The owner Andy was their and gave me an extremely hard time, very difficult trying to cooperate with me and gave me the run around. It was a Saturday morning and I visited when the opened up after 07:00 am. Andy told me he didn't have any bays available in the shop for my car to be looked but there were no customers there. This place charges top dollar with mediocre work at best.

December 26 2020, I called Andy shop, because they were the only place open on a cold Saturday morning. Went there to get my exhaust installed on my 08 avalanche and I was in and out in now time. Great place friendly staff. Highly recommended will returnService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I wish I would have taken my car to Andy's muffler before taking it to Jim Ellis Chevrolet, who ripped me off, and I'm taking to small claim court for over charging me for things irrelevant to the problem I needed repaired. Andy's muffler fix the problem jim Ellis didn't do.

Andy's Muffler is the only place I will take our cars for service. Andy is always on-site and he and his team are very knowledgeable and above all, they are honest. They don't try to sell you service you don't need. Highly recommend.

I was recommended to Andy's a few years ago and have never ever had a complaint about them. They have done muffler work on my Honda and I have recommended several people to them. Recently I purchased a Kia Van that had a problem with the A/C. I was told there was something wrong and I needed some free-on in my A/C. and was charged $122.94 on May 26,2013, I left there very happy with my A/C blowing great. Three days later,my air stopped working again, on June 13 2013 I took it back and was told I needed more free-on and was charged another $56.40. At this point I asked what was going on why am I having to keep putting free-on in my van.I was told there was a leek some where but it could not be found. This time I took it some place else. As soon as the mechanic open the hood he saw free-on every where and the hose that it was leaking from. He could not believe how the guys at Andy's took advantage of me, knowing that I am a senior citizen that has no knowledge of car repairs. The new place I went to replaced the hose refilled my car with free-on and charged me $55.80 for everything, and told me if I have any other problems to bring it back and they would repair it for no additional charge and he put it in writing. I think that it is so sad how Andy's Muffler take advantage of elder woman. I really do not think that they would want their mothers or grand mothers to get cheated and taken advantage of like this. I wish you guys no bad luck because I am a Christian, but just a future note, The God I serve sees and hears all and vengeance is his says the Lord. It does not matter how long you have been in business, God can strip you down to a vacant lot so be careful while taking advantage of God's Children . God Bless..PS...Ladies Please don't make the mistake I made of going to Andy's with out your husband, son, boyfriend, someone that can assist and ask the correct questions because they will take advantage of you!!!!! I meant to add something very important.....The Name of the Place is Andy's Muffler, not A/C so that is pretty much all they are capable of doing...Right??

My girlfriend was recommended Andy's mufflers from a friend of hers who had recently visited. Andy's was a little out of the way for us but was worth the drive. Andy and his guys performed a muffler delete for my girlfriend's mini cooper in less then an hour. We where in and out and the new exhaust tips looked great. Would highly recommend for anyone needing exhaust work.

7/11/13 - Had an unbelievable experience with Andy's Muffler Shop. What a blessing this company was to me and my family. Their services were top notch and completed the work needed in a quick manner as promised. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

HORRIBLE SERVICE... HORRIBLE MECHANICS... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... I took my car there because I was having problems with misfires. I was wanting to get my 96 Impala back on the road as a daily driver. After getting my car serviced at another shop and having my emissions done, I decided to look into why the car was misfiring. I took it to another company and they wanted me to pay an unreasonable amount for a new catalytic converter. I called Andy's and they quoted me a better price, so I took my car to them to diagnose the problem. Well, they found other issues that "THEY THINK" could be causing the misfires. They suggested replacing the spark plug wires and the serpentine belt because it was sounding like it was having issues as well. I agree to the work and paid my tab. A week later my car is running extremely rough, misfiring, jerking, running hotter than usual, so I contact the shop and drop it back off with them to correct the issues. Four days later they can't find a solution to the problem. (Over those four days, I constantly have to call them for updates) I pick my car up on the fourth day and I'm given an enormous list of issues with my car totaling $1500 and my car running even worse. Before I can get home, my car is smoking, running hot,misfiring and making even louder sounds than it ever had. I get home to find fluid all over my engine and continuously spewing onto the engine from the coolant reservoir. I take it back to them the next day to discuss the work that has been done and possibly a refund. There is no way I'm going to let them continue destroying my car, yet their answer was to leave my car with them and let them continue to investigate. They accused me of lying about the car passing the emissions test and blaming their shoddy work on the fact that my car is old. Now I have to take my car to a real mechanic shop to fix the new issues that they have caused. If you are looking for reviews on these guys, this is it. STEER CLEAR... THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS...
