Updating my previous review with the reality of the situation:Wade Ford damaged my vehicle during a routine check up/oil change on 1/4/24. No manager spoke to me, no discount was offered (I had to ask the service associate for one, to which a 10% loyal customer discount was applied. Not nearly enough)It took them several days to even assign me a loaner vehicle 1/9/24.My car was a 2018 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid (~59 mpg).The loaner I was provided was a 2023 Ford F150 XL Sport (~19 mpg downhill with the wind at its back).Since the ONLY reason I purchased this vehicle in the first place was to shuttle my elderly mother back and forth to doctor appointments, surgeries, etc. this was NOT an equivalent exchange, as I had to lift her up like Simba from the Lion King to even get her in the truck (a painful situation for her).[one month later]I am still waiting for my vehicle to be returned to me, despite being in constant contact with the body shop at Lithia Springs Ford and fully aware that it was ready for pick up on 2/1/24.Absolutely minimal communication from Wade Ford (if any at all without me initiating it) still barely an apology (I had to call the service manager myself at which point a half-hearted "sorry" was spoken) and I only received a 10% loyal customer discount for the whole ordeal.I have spent almost $200 to keep this truck fueled during the month I have been driving it and I'm certain that Wade Ford will expect it to be returned to them with fuel in it.If I could give 0 stars, I would.I cannot speak to the sales team here, but if you require service or maintenance, take your vehicle elsewhere as they are highly likely to damage your car, or just take their time while they twiddle their thumbs.0/10 will never do business here again.

Easiest online sale ever! I asked to communicate via text only because I was working, and had many things going on. The dealership respected my wishes, didn't harass me, answered questions and didn't try to haggle. We agreed on an out the door price, they communicated with my credit union, I had a check cut and drove to pick up my beautiful new Bronco all in one day! This team is amazing! Wonderful experience from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to Gail, Thomas and Phillip...top notch sales team!

Had the absolute best service from everyone I met during the buying process!! I bought a truck here 8 years ago and didn t hesitate to come back this year for a new truck! Starting with Benji who I worked with from the very start. Benji helped me through the entire process- while finishing the final paperwork, I was late to pick up take out from our favorite restaurant-Benji drove 20 minutes out and back to pick up our dinner!! Everyone else in the building who weren t even involved in the sale were so appreciative that I was a customer of their dealership. I ll come back for my next truck for sure!! Thank you

Steph gave me the best service experience I ve ever had at any dealership. I ve had a great deal of cars in my life, including various luxury brands. His professionalism and desire to act on behalf of the customer far exceeded anything I ve ever had. I ll never take my camper van anywhere else.

Eric and Stef took great care of my truck and had my service completed quickly. They also made me aware of some other issues and took care of them while they had it back in service. I was able to use my Ford Pass rewards for the service which was an added benefit. Great job by my friends at Wade Ford

The whole process was quick and easy. Well. As quick as it can get. I ve spent many an hour at dealerships, while the sales agents are Crunching Numbers . But Desmond, my agent at Wade ford was upfront and all Negotiations were resolved in a sensible manner. Got a great appraisal for my trade-in and walked out with a New 2024 Maverick Hybrid in under 3hrs or so. All on a Friday evening.

Mr. Sparkman was able to get us in within 2 days of calling. We needed a few things taken care of (oil change, replacement of several filters, etc.), and received complete service in just a few hours. Great customer service.

My experience on my recent2023 F-150 purchase with Wade Ford was beyond my expectations.The sales manager and agent were fantastic. They were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.Mark Dawson, my sales agent was fantastic during the whole process.Wade Ford is a welcoming place and definitely a five star dealership. They will try their best to find you the best possible deal.I highly recommend them, if you re in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Service is always great here. I did have a hard time booking my service for my truck. It took 2 days to get through to someone but overall everything else was good. Shaun is always helpful

Super kind and fast. Arrived very late for my appointed oil change, and I was still treated with warmth and respect. Forgot to mention to them that I had a bulb out. They noticed and fixed it, under my warranty. Hassle free I ll keep coming.

I have been coming to Wade Ford to service my vehicle for a few years now after switching from a dealership that had poor service. They are always helpful, friendly & give great service. Even when they have made a mistake they always find a way to correct it, apologize and make you feel appreciated.

Always super friendly, informative & trustworthy. I thought my brakes were bad, but they said they were fine and found the real issue! I feel like a lot of places would have lied and said they were bad and replaced them. I was also home with a baby so they had my car delivered back to me when it was ready which made my life SO much easier! Super grateful for that!

Updated Review: I am happy to report that nothing has changed from my original report. Kelsey helped me this time and she was fantastic. I got a new battery, oil change and regular service and my car is running well. I definitely recommend Wade Ford.Original review:I went into today for an oil change and had my air filter and cabin filter changed. Asher was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout my wait time. Every technician was friendly and courteous and my confidence in this service team just continues to grow. I bought my car here and I return for all my service needs. It's been a great experience each time.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

White glove and friendly service from the minute I walked through the door until I left. I had a Class C RV oil change done at the truck center. I won t hesitate to continue to use them and they are absolutely the team I would recommend to anyone else needing this kind of service.

My sales person Ty Lawson was great with keeping me up dated regarding my purchase and service on my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport that I purchased on Jan 22nd. The reason for the 3 stars is the management/dealership did not have the vehicle listed on website and it was not serviced prior to me purchasing it. Which I will never do again! So they sent it over to the service center on January 23rd. The service center did not replace the fog light assembly as promised nor properly align the tires after having my vehicle for 9 days (2/9). This was very frustrating to see the lack of customer service and appreciation given toward me after spending my hard earned money! I had to schedule an appointment to have a recall so I figured I would be able to have the same fog light assembly replaced that wasn't done during the intial service. When I showed up for my appointment February 10th I was told that they don't work on recalls on the weekends nor do they have the parts. I was floored hearing this. Why would their service center allow a customer to schedule an appointment but not state that only certain services are available during the weekends on the website? This is a total disregard for my time. They don't value their customers! I will never recommend Wade Ford to anyone I know! I paid for this vehicle with cash no financing during slow sale season!

Brought car in for a 10:30am appointment for service on alignment, only to sit waiting for 2 1/2 hours to find out that my service agent left for lunch without telling me that they couldn't do the service because it would require to be diagnosed. All the while I thought my alignment was being done the whole time. This is not the first time this type of disregard for my time has happened. Will be the last though! Lost a long time customer.

There were obstacles, with patience and willingness to serve Wade Ford came through. I appreciate their hard work in solving and the preservirence needed to take care of my needs. As in most difficulties, it takes participation on both sides to be successful. thanks for your hard work.

Very disappointing visit. This is my first visit since new ownership. I had a simple oil change. Came in a 10:30 It took 3 hour with an appointment. The excuse was it was a computer glitch . If this was the case shouldn't the service advisor notice something wrong, but instead went to lunch and didn't worry about simple communication with the customer that had been waiting 2 plus hour for a oil change. It will be long while before thinking about coming back, or until their computer system has work out all the kinks. Maybe not at all.Service: Oil change

Bought my truck on Dec. 30th. Dropped off this morning Jan. 3rd to have some accessories added. Wade Team / Tim have been great with scheduling and getting work done quickly. Great experience all around.

I took my Explorer in and they said it was $2000 to repair, and the car was worth $4200. I elected to have it repaired, and they assured me the fixes would be good for several years. Three weeks later the problem, reemerged, and not only would they not guarantee their work but they wanted $4000 this time to fix it. I said let s sell it since that s about the value of the car. But now the car they say is worth only $1000. Carmax took a look and said it was merely a broken water pump and could be fixed very cheaply, and offered me $3400I m considering contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have never felt so taken advantage. And this doesn t even include the six days they held the car, and would not respond to any emails text or voicemails, and would not even give me an ETA on the car

Thank you Hannah! Working with you and the crew at Wade Ford made this easier than expected. Diagnosis? Fuel pump was leaking. Action? Order a new fuel pump. It was there in a day, the chassis was pulled, and work was quickly completedTaking care of young children and not having a car can be rough. Wade Ford is the absolute best service center on the East Coast!!!! I m an independent contractor and I travel a lot and put heavy miles on my Ford Raptor. I get awesome service from Ford at other centers, but I go out my way to get service whenever I m Ga because I have been spoiled rotten by the customer service there. Thank you guys for all you do!

I ordered a Ford Maverick, which took a long time to arrive, but no fault of the dealership. They did communicate with me frequently, and when it did arrive, they were very quick to have it ready for me. The salesman were friendly and helpful as was the financial staff.

Once again they have proved phenomenal service. I got into my car the other morning my driver side door would not latch I literally had to hold my door shut on the drive up to Ford thank God right across the street. Anyhow I got up to the service center Kelsey is the young woman that helped me she was amazing and literally within minutes had my car checked in said they had the parts in stock and had my car done before the end of day. It was yet another safety recall, I mean absolutely amazing I can't say enough about her and the whole team there really all who worked on my car I thank you tremendously that is my livelihood and you guys got me squared away in one day on the whim! Great people great service!! Superior customer service
