Let me start by saying that I lived in the Smyrna area for almost 15 years. This is one of only three places I ever take my family cars. The staff is always accommodating. It is minutes away from my job. I just recently had my starter replaced. It unfortunately went out on me coming to work on a Tuesday morning. The situation was bad. I was sure it would take some time to fix it. Honestly, I thought at least one day or two. It went in that morning and was done that afternoon. The sales rep was Jerome. He kept me informed from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Thank you, Tires Plus. Even though we have left Smyrna, I am still a loyal customer to this specific location. They never disappoint.

Extremely friendly and gave me the best rate over competitors. I went for a simple tire pressure check, and was shown a tire situation that could have been dangerous that I was unaware of. The tire was about to tear apart. Thank goodness I stopped in. After the new tire, I couldn't believe how much smoother the car was driving. Had no idea I had been riding around like that on the highway.

I've had nothing but great experiences at Tires Plus Smyrna. Their customer service is unbeatable and they're extremely knowledgeable. I'm always able to ask many questions about their diagnoses and they're so patient and helpful. I highly recommend taking your car to them.

Very appreciative that the shop was able to get our vehicle in so quickly and make the necessary repairs that same day. It was hard to get a hold of the shop at times because of how busy they were, however everyone was nice and professional to work with. Will definitely be back!

The front end workers were ExtremelyWelcoming and happy in their service.They went above and beyond To make sure I was satisfied and after the job was done one even, due to my handicap, brought my car to the front door. This was the best service of any of the other Tires Plus I have been to. The Tp-Smyrna location is my favorite and permanent choice. Thanks.

I've been taking one of my cars to Tires Plus for at least 10 years back when the infamous Renee and Gentry were at this location. I'm glad the latter's stamp of phenomenal customer service and genuine support still thrives at this location. Antoinette, though new to their team, fit right in. She looked up my warrantees and made sure they were honored while Thomas made sure my car was safe and well inspected. Thomas also created a sensible service plan for my vehicle that was doable. Thank you, I will continue coming to Tires Plus, where they treat you like family.

Thank you tires plus for years of great service! Throughout my life, you all have been there to service 4 of my cars. I appreciate you keeping each one of them running so smoothly. The staff at this location is friendly and knowledgeable about automobiles. They walk you through your recommended repairs and why. There is never any pressure for them to be the ones to fix it... The only place i take my car! They are kind, so helpful, and always keeping me informed on what my car may need in the near future. I never feel like someone is trying to get over on me. Antoinette, Carlos, and Thomas are so knowledgeable. I love this location!

Antoinette was professional, friendly and accurate. She described what was going to happen and what the timeline would be For repairs of my flat tire. Other services were also completed so my car is ready for my out of town trip

The work was done in a timely manner, and when we had to wait for a part, the staff especially Antionette were very apologetic without being condescending. A minor issue came up and was handled without any problems at all.

I called the day before to schedule an appointment for the next morning. When I get there in the morning my appointment is not in the system. They say they are very busy and will squeeze me in. I arrived a 830 am and had my keys in hand at 10:05 am. Thomas is very efficient and communicated everything I needed to know. This was my first time at this location. I had a very pleasant experience, I will be back for sure.

Carlos and team were really great! The lobby/wait area was clean and quiet; the staff were helpful, VERY knowledgeable, and quick. And Carlos (one of the front desk reps) was really helpful. I wasn't able to get my car serviced there, but he took time and energy to discuss my options as well as help me get my problem resolved. Great old-fashioned customer service !!

Double charged for our service work. Jerome said I needed to come back to the store and provide proof. Did just that and a different service provider told me nothing could be done and to dispute it with my bank. Sounds like a scam that allows this local business and corporate to make extra money.

I had an appointment for a tire repair at 12 noon, the parking lot was full, but that managed to get me in right away. I ended up needing a new tire, due to the location of the nail in my tire. They got me out in less than 45 minutes, thanks to the girl tech who worked on my car. The customer service at this location is phenomenal, this was my first visit at this location, but now I can see why my Dad takes his fleet of work vans for service several years now. Asanti, my Service consultant has a great attitude & so helpful! Thank you guys for your help getting me in and out so I could get to work on time. You guys are amazing!

if i could give 0 stars i would . dropped my car off on a Sunday for a tech to come in Monday to take a look at it. Monday came n i was told the tech didnt feel comfortable running a diagnostic to see the issue was because the driver side door was dented up . wat does the body of my driver door have to do with under the hood ? not to mention i had service at this location twice in the past . took it to a different tire plus location and they served me with the best customer service and was able to fix the issue whatever tech works at this sandy springs location needs to just find a different career if hes gonna be lazy

These guys are awesome I was in need of 4 tires and front brakes immediately and they made it happen. Two individuals especially Xavier and Jerome helped me through the process of someone who didnt have the funds right away and was able to return to his family after a long day after work. They dealt with a few upset customers and handled it more professionally than I've ever seen. I highly recommend these guys as they have good prices and great quality work. Thank you all for all of your hard work and I look forward to making y'all as my new mechanic.

Was on vacation in the area and noticed my tires had been shredded bare from the roads. A day before my trip back I went here to get a quote and opinion if I could make it back home, sadly couldn't, they briefly explain why and how I would quickly get a blowout on the highway and traveling on a holiday would most likely be stranded. I asked if they could get it done by today and he'd quickly gave me a time and quote. It was done very quick and at a very affordable price! Saved my vacation and possible life!

Worst business ever!!! Had my tires aligned. In 6 week the inside wall of both brand new front tires was worn to the wire. Pretty sure it was done on purpose because me and the manager had course words about my alignment warranty.... In my opinion the worst service ever...Service: TiresService: Tires

I came in to either get a tired plugged or to replace the tire if a plug wasn t going to work - for which I made an appointment online the night before for 1pm the following day. This was my second time at this location where they acted as if appointments meant nothing and they would get to it when they got to it. After taking an Uber back home to wait, they called me 2 hours later and told me I needed a new tire - fine. 4 more hours later they called back and told me that another one of the wheels on my car was bent and that this other tire wasn t holding air. Knowing what I know now, they should have been able to tell me specifics on the damage - back of the wheel, face of the wheel, etc. since this is CRITICAL for a wheel repair shop to know. I asked for a referral to a wheel repair shop, and they told me that RTP Customs is a solid choice, and since I clearly couldn t drive my own car to drop off the bent wheel at that shop to be fixed, they said that RTP will come pick it up from the TP location. This was NOT true, and on top of that, I was never sent pictures of the wheel damage that I d requested so I could provide to RTP. After coming to pick up my car, still with a donut on, I drive to RTP to have them assess the damage and they tell me that because the damage is to the face of the wheel, they really don t feel comfortable performing that repair. ALL of this could have been avoided had someone followed through and provided photos and a clear explanation of how the wheel was damaged, and I don t appreciate the poor attitude and misinformation I received. This is my second trip to the Smyrna location (usually go to the Buckhead location), and it was clear that management is ineffective and nothing has changed as I witnessed multiple customers being told the same thing re: appointments, like don t you see we have 6 cars back there right now? We re not going to get to yours for a while . All this to say, please look into improving leadership, time management and industry knowledge at this location because it s clear that it s not as profitable as it definitely could be.

I had a tire blowout & needed to replace all 4 tires; tires less expensive than at Lexus. They worked quickly to get me back in my vehicle. I called at 1145, dropped vehicle off at 1200, picked up at 2pm same day. The young lady at the front desk was awesome! I don't write reviews often, but highly recommend.

Gentry is the man. Fair work decent price.. just a heads up if you leave your car you will be waiting.. just tough it out and stay a couple hours and your car will be done in no time

Great service from these guys per usual especially Liam at the front they always try to look out and take care of your vehicle with the suggestions especially on what needs to be looked at first as priority and what you can maybe wait on because ofcourse some repairs can be costly so I like their honesty lol . For my little Honda being a vintage 98 lol they fixed up my front end over the last couple months from tires ,front/rear struts, cv axle and brakes , rotors and etc!!! Driving great only let them , my private mechanic and Honda touch my car and they re a reason why my car is still rolling over the years as well just hit 330,750 miles :-)

STAY AWAY!!!! This location is HORRIBLE. No staff, ridiculous wait times w/scheduled appointment and incompetent technicians. I purchased new tires and had to make 3 return trips for them to be installed , balanced and rotated. I have included a picture of their work below. This is how my brand new tire install went.

This is not at all a place you should do business with. They did not tighten the lugnuts to my tires and let me leave...leaving me a a very unsafe car. The store manager, Carlos, was off for two days while dealing with the company and upon his return knew nothing about the situation when I picked up my car. After explaining my situation to him, he expressed no empathy at all and honestly acted like he didn't care. You would think that the mechanics and people on duty would have talked to the store manager and he would have atleast known something about my car when I picked it up, but they did not. He brushed me off, sent me to the next guy, and continued sitting at the desk with not a care in the world. I wouldn't trust this company with a dollar tree hotwheels car DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TIRES PLUS IN SMYRNA, GA on Atlanta Road! I could have died, but thank God I didn't!Service: Brake service & repair

Update: 3/31/23 There is a new store manager at this location who has fixed my problems below!!! Thank god!! You can really tell the difference now that there s a new manager whose name happens to be Carlos also. I am not changing my rating though. I ve been going to Tires Plus for 7 years and this was absolutely the worst location I ve ever been to. First, I called the store on a Monday to book an appointment for the following Saturday. Carlos didn t even ask for my phone number to look up account. Something was off about that to me so I called back on that Friday, and sure enough Carlos never scheduled my appointment. The store decides to still honor my appointment.When I go for my appointment, I told then I just had my brake pads, routers, and brake fluid all changed but my car was still squeaking. They refused to show me the break down of my charges before starting repairs and they never told me exactly what the problem was nor did they let me decide what specifically I wanted fixed. They just went ahead and changed everything all over again which I did not authorize. This was odd behavior ESPECIALLY at a Tires Plus. They have always been very transparent and vocal with me which is why I ve been a customer for so long! But this was a new location i had never been to before!In total, I had to wait 5 hours for them to change everything and they charged me $600 for front brakes only. I drive a Honda Accord. Along with that upon reviewing the receipt, I already told them was fresh but again here they go fixing things I did not authorize, but they STILL changed it and charged me. The actual brake fluid was about $20 but they charged me $80 for labor!!!!!Absolutely scam artists and I paid the full amount because I was too busy to argue with the YOUNG adults working there after wasting 5 hours of my day. I will certainly be calling corporate and whoever else to report their terrible customer service skills! I will never be going back to this store!Service: Brake service & repair

Rude customer service. Can't place appointments. Dont buy the tire warranty cause you'll never get to use it.Update 10/11/23: Still the worst. I got a screw in my rear passenger tire and have the tire hazard warranty but making appointments here is like pulling teeth. I will be fixing it myself, thank you.Service: Tires

Worst experience ever. Got 4 brand new tires and a wheel alignment from the Holcomb Bridge location in Atlanta and now my car sounds like it s old. Every time I go over a speed hump or drive uphill my car sounds like an old rocking charge. I drive a 2019 Malibu. My car wasn t making any noise before I took it to Tires Plus. I am highly upset with their technicians services.
