I visited T3 to get a recommendation regarding my tires. I wanted to know if I should get a rotation and balance or given the age of the tires would it be recommended for me to replace them, as I did not want to waste money getting a rotation and balance if they needed replacing. I was told the tires had good tread so I could go ahead and get them rotated and balanced. I drove the car for only 3 weeks after that when one of my tires started going flat. I took the car to a tire specialty shop and they told me that based on the tread on 3 of the tires that they should be replaced. They did a thorough inspection with a tread gauge to determine this. When the guy at T3 told me my tread was good he looked at ONE tire for 2 seconds to make that assessment. If he had done a thorough inspection of the tires and used a tread gauge he would have known that the tires needed to be replaced. Instead he allowed me to waste my money on a rotation and balance that I obviously didn't need. This place is a rip-off and I definitely won't be taking my car back there for any of my service needs.

I ve been a T3 customer for several years beginning with my infinity. Currently a Lexus owner. I like the fact that I can call and ask about an issue and they are willing to give advice over the phone. Only place I take my car to for service.

I ve been patronizing this auto shop for a very long time and I m so disappointed in my phone call with Shannon the manager who told me replacing my cabin filter was a waste of their time. He then tried to chastise me because I told him that I had my oil change done somewhere else because T3 hours don t work with my schedule. I told him I don t have to explain anything to him when it s my money. Why should I have to? .I then asked for the owner and he told me it doesn t matter. When Ty was there I was never treated this way and he was very respectful never taking advantage of me. Do yourself a favor and find a business who will do the job big or small without insulting you. I found another shop who was more than happy to do the job and was stunned at my experience because it s a regular service.

I ve taken my Lexus GX to the dealership for 20 years now, and I finally found someone I can trust to work on my car. They changed out my rear rotors quickly and for a good price. I would recommend them to anyone with a lexus!!

I would recommend T3 to anyone who owns a Toyota. Ty was very professional and prompt. Shannon (hope I m spelling his name right) has the highest of my respect for the great customer service, honesty and integrity that both he and Ty presented with. As the owner of a 2001 Toyota 4 Runner, they took their time to provide quality service to a vehicle that has much sentimental value to me. Pricing for repairs was very affordable and they were very forth coming with any issues that presented. Thanks for being who you guys are. Don t ever change. Your quality service will stand out and carry you for many years to come. Requested a transmission replacement and one of the pieces weren t replaced during the repair. 6 months later the pieces that wasn t replaced caused the car to stop and the new transmission to be damaged as well. If you are hired for a job do the entire job or at least update the person on the issue. Have some humility and dignity and own up to it. The customer service was nice and they seemed to care but after it all fell apart there was no help in sightService: Transmission

My experience was good, the repairs were quick and I was on my way. Shannon was great. I was sad to hear that Ty was not returning and the business is moving. Thankfully it will be located not too far from where they are now. T-3 gives fair prices and great service. I visited T3 Atlanta for a major repair recently and the Guys took care of me as usual. I've been a Loyal Customer for years and has always been satisfied with their services. I took my Toyota Pickup in on Oct 7th because the clutch wasn't fully disengaging. I didn't realize they were appointment only and they said they wouldn't be able to look at it until the 17th. Well, I picked it up and drove it home and it's only the 13th! These guys are super efficient and great at what they do. When I picked it up Shannon told me he was able to knock a little off the already reasonable cost so it ended up being cheaper than what he quoted me the day prior.It seems a lot of shops will give you the runaround on why it's taking longer than normal, but T3 had the job finished when they said they would. That kind of integrity is hard to find in a shop. I won't be taking my truck anywhere else!Service: Transmission repair

The mechanics at this shop did a terrible job replacing the transmission in my 2008 Toyota Corolla. They left the old fly wheel intact which in turn re-damaged the transmission. We essentially have to pay for the same problem twice :(. Our original problem was not fixed, and we ve wasted thousands of dollars. Do not recommend.

Update: Even though Ty isn't there, we still trust the employees at T3 to take care of our car. They still only recommend the services we absolutely need, and don't try to upsell us on anything. We will keep coming back. And their service will be factored into our decision on our next car purchase. Want to stay in the T3 family.Ty and everyone at T3 have always taken care of me. I have been taking my car here for at least the past five years. Ty only recommends the services I absolutely need, and always informs me of the services that can wait. By making appointments, my car is typically never out of commission longer than a day. I've been using T3 for at least 7 years for service on my Lexus after they were recommended by two different friends. Ty and all the guys all do a great job of explaining repairs and service and make sure they do thorough job. Scheduling appointments is easy and they do their best to have it ready when promised. I think they are very fair in their pricing and do outstanding work.

My experience here was FANTASTIC. I was having an electrical issue with my 2008 Scion XB; which I couldn't quite figure out. I brought my vehicle in and left it with Ty. Within 2 days Ty had my electrical problem solved!! Not only that, but I was very pleased with his customer service and his rates! Very affordable! I'd recommend T3 to anyone! I have taken my Toyota here for 7yrs and I have been happy with the service. The prices are excellent . The only drawback is a 4 chairs waiting room and there's nothing in the area to do while waiting. Drop-off/Pickup The reason for the 4 .

I have used T3 Automotive since I bought my G35 Infinity 2008. They have done excellent work on my vehicle. I have never had a problem with any repairs that they have completed on my car. I've never had to go back and complain. about a service. This team knows what they are doing. I trust Ty and his crew.

T3 always calls with a diagnosis and estimate before getting started. Their advice is honest and knowledgeable, and their estimates prove accurate. They've done all of my work quickly, well, and for a fair price. For anything more complicated than an oil change, I wouldn't take a Nissan/Infiniti or Toyota/Lexus to any other shop. Friendly dogs too.

I've been taking my car to Ty and T3 for 13 years. They provide incredible value and do great work. If you have a Lexus let the dealer do the free diagnosis bring it to T3 for the work and excellent prices.

Have had 3 different Lexus vehicles serviced at T3 since 2008. They provide honest service, fair pricing and quick delivery each time. They have done all kinds of work from pre-purchase inspections and routine maintenance to rarer jobs when a strange problem happens on an older vehicle. I've had battery problems in one car and they always check the warranty life first to make sure I'm not overpaying for something that should be covered. Much less expensive than the dealer and the guys know what they are doing!!
