This is the most impressive independent auto repair shop I have seen in five decades. It s exactly what I was looking for since moving to GA. The shop is clean, the folks are knowledgeable, the work was top notch, their lot seems secure, and I trust them. Jeremy the manager was busy, but professional and efficient. I took our Honda for an oil and filter change, and in the morning received a text message confirming the cost and suggesting additional work with the associated cost estimates. Having a dealer or auto shop promote additional work is commonplace, but these folks went further and provided close-up pictures of my dirty air filters, worn brake rotors and pads. I planned on having this work done a little later, but the pictures convinced me to approve the work. The estimates were in the right ballpark especially for the premium parts. They had all the work done by 220pm, and their text communications system let us know the car was ready for pickup. They are my new go-to auto shop!

These guys r awesome. They fixed the top on my convertible BMW 428i in just 1 day. I would recommend anyone who needs their car worked on to this place.

Called with radiator fluid leak on a 1999 CRV with over 200K miles. Was pleased that they could take the car immediately and returned an estimate for repairs the next morning. After we authorized the repairs, the car was restored the same day and picked up the next morning. All conversations with the office staff were pleasant, professional, and informative. Excellent experience far beyond that from a dealership.

I brought my car in for a brake issue. They did an assessment and determined my brakes were just squeakers but in good shape and not in need of replacement. I appreciate their integrity and will be returning for all services! Lastly, the customer service was stellar!

I love Motocars International. They have taken care of my cars (BMW, VW, SAAB, Honda) for decades now. I needed some maintenance this week and the process was easy to navigate, great response and communication. I was given a thorough inspection to address my concerns with advice for issues I might have in the future.Thank you Motorcars! I know I am in good hands

Motorcars International. A reliable shop. I've been through a few MINIs and they have all been serviced by M.I. There was a noticeable shift during the pandemic and I'm not sure if they lost any of their long time technicians, but the quality of work was still satisfactory. They are honest if they don't feel 100% confident in what the work on your vehicle may call for. Which is a relief. I'd rather someone show a little trepidation than to fake confidence. They don't mind installing aftermarket parts, but I don't believe they prefer it. All in all, if you desire to have your MINI serviced to manufacturer standards, M.I. is a top choice. (If you are looking to mod your MINI, well just have a conversation with M.I. and see what your options are.) From a 03 R53, a 13 R58, a 15 R60, and now a 11 R55 currently in their service bay, it's obvious that M.I. has a repeat customer in me. A bit pricey. Very honest and professional! Took my vehicle in immediately due to the tires sensor coming on. I was headed home to Florida after a visit with my brother and his family. My vehicle was ready in less than 40 minutes and did not need the $3,000 job the dealer tried to push upon me. The Audi had not been driven in 3 months being I was out of state working, and they recognized this immediately without me saying a word.

Very honest body shop, with exceptional customer service, they identify repairs needed quickly, they specify how long it will take and most importantly get it done on-time and right! I ve been coming here a few years now and wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Just bring your car here you won t regret it. A shop like this is a rare gem.

Motorcars International on Spring Rd in Smyrna, GA are Foreign Car Specialists. AUDI, BMW, Lexus, Mini Cooper, Range Rover, etc these guys can fix it! Their recommendations are spot on and they return the vehicle the same day or within 24 hours for most repairs, depending on Parts Supply Chain. You can trust they will do a great job.

Motorcars International always does a great job on their inspection of an issue by providing photos and details. They also keep an eye out for any upcoming issues or things that need immediate action. I trust them 100% with my vehicle!!!Also, to approve or deny work they present for repair..the process is sooooooo easy!!!

Just want to say come here for any of your needs. Don't go to a dealer! Josh and Andrew were so honest and helpful. I took my moms 2002 VW Golf for electrical and overheating issues. They called that day and told us the issue and fixed it. They also diagnosed the AC not cooling and took care of that. I had other quotes and was so much more. After being in the industry I also noticed how clean the service area is which you don't see that much. They are the best!Service: Electrical repair

Motorcars International is my go to whenever I have any issues with my vehicle. They have consistently come through with quality work at reasonable cost and exemplary customer experience every time. A special shout out to Andrew who is an amazing asset to the staff with his professionalism and personable demeanor that puts a customer at ease during a car crisis. I will NEVER take my German car to the dealer again.

Been taking our cars here for years. They specialize in imports and are very knowledgeable. They do great work and won't try to gouge you or constantly upsell you, while explaining the work they are going to do ahead of time. You can trust their work. Who says there's no such thing as an honest mechanic.

Motorcars International earned my business and a new customer for life!I recently hit a curb in my wife s Audi Q7 and decided to bring it to Audi of Marietta dealership for diagnosis.Audi of Marietta s estimate- $12,221. The list of damage included the rear sub frame, rear passenger suspension, heat shield, and rear wheel. I shared my concerns about how this amount of damage is possible by hitting a curb at < 5 mph.Needless to say, something didn t feel right, so I decided to pick up the car and take it elsewhere for a second opinion.I dropped off the Q7 at Motorcars International on Friday morning and was told to expect an update by Monday. With nothing to lose, I shared Audi of Marietta s diagnosis and asked them to keep it in mind as they did their own.I received their call on Monday afternoon. My repair total? $198. An alignment was all I needed. I spoke with the owner and technician who both confirmed that there was absolutely no frame, suspension, or wheel damage. Still in disbelief, I picked up the car and went for a brisk test drive- good as new.In summary- Audi of Marietta quoted me $12k+ to repair my car. Motorcars International, being the trustworthy business that they are, saved me $12k and got me back on the road quickly!I became a new customer for life of Motorcars International. Honest, hard working, small business shop with plenty of expertise servicing and repairing German vehicles.Service: Wheel alignment
