Very pleased with my service! The speaker in the car door blew out a few months back, and I couldn't find anyone to fix it for a reasonable price until I found MCA Audio. They fixed the issue and they were SUPER quick. I was in and out within an hour. The lady in the front office was very kind and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing audio troubles.

MCA Car Audio did an outstanding job! They kept me informed throughout the entire process, managed to fit me in quickly and had me in and out within an hour like they said. The upfront and affordable pricing was much appreciated. The installation is superb sounds great and a very clean look, showing their genuine care for their work. I'll certainly be back for any other audio needs.

If I could put 0 stars I would their customer service is great when they want your money but if one of their products is defective or they did something wrong they don t even try to help they are quick to get rude will never come back or waste a dime here again

I have a 2011 honda civic and they did a good job installing my radio, amplifier and speaker for a great price! I'll be back to have some new speakers installed. Gracias

Really helpful here. Were able to diagnose the problem with my speaker system and get it fixed up and working again in no time. Friendly staff made the whole experience straight forward and easy. Would use them again.

I took my car in yesterday to have them look at an amp and sub I pulled out of another vehicle and they were able to get on it right away and did an amazing job with the install. They were very communicative and let me know what was going during the whole install. Very happy with this place. Highly recommend! I ll be taking my truck in for some work too.

This is by far the best car stereo shop I have ever been to. I have had several cars over the years that have all been modified professionally here in the Atlanta area. I have used countless shops and nearly every brand of equipment. These guys are top notch. They are honest, friendly, professional, and fast. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they were more than happy to do exactly what I needed. I am extremely picky and they did everything without hesitation and with extreme friendliness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and quality service. 10/10. Thank you MCA Audio!

The quality of his work is unmatched. Especially for the price point compared to other places like Sound Sensation and Monster Customs. The work he does isn't rushed but well done. Highly recommend!

This is CLEARLY an establishment for individuals of a Spanish decent. I came here TWICE on the same day and noticed 3 Hispanic Males working on a van under a car port. The front door was locked and they just looked at me like I was trespassing! I seen the open sign lit in the window so I knew they were Open, but not so much as a Can I help you or nothing. Horrible customer service. My tip, if you don t speak their language don t bother wasting your time coming here.

Very nice gentleman. He answered the phone each time I called and provided me with options. The work was done fairly quickly and so far I am satisfied. I could ve purchased a radio system online but I wanted to support this small business. Thanks again!

Not such a good experience for me: I was quoted 3 different prices, a clip was broken on the cigarette lighter insert that they tried to glue back on, they added a splitter to the radio wire harness that only allowed one side of the stereo to play (the left side) and the right side played through the woofer (told me they had to as to not adversely effect the bass) and I was charged for it. They did not add a ground loop device to keep the alternator, headlight switch and blinkers from sounding through the speakers. They did not properly re-attach the right passenger temperature control cable that resulted in not being able to adjust the heat/cool on that side of the car. Apparently they did not check out the radio thoroughly after installing.Then I was told at checkout that there was no warranty since I had a pre-wired harness. I was seated in the car while the service guy was in the passenger side and turned on the radio for me to listen to-sounded pretty good but It was really loud-I was told about the pop when the headlights were turned on, but I have auto headlights so was not concerned-should have been. When I went home to adjust the balance and fader was when I discovered the wiring error. I called several other installers including the tech where I bought the radio system and all agreed it was not done right. I did not want to take it back as it was apparent they did not know what they were doing for my car, so I had to eat the installation cost and fix it myself.
