Grant was super friendly helping us get new "rubber shoes" (tires) for our car. They got us taken care of within 45 min and made sure to suggest tire insurance- get it! :)

These guys are a lifesaver! A blessing! My tire was flat and I needed a set. They were the only place opened on a Sunday and they actually had the best deal for Firestone tires. We pulled up after 4pm on a Sunday and they happily took great care if us. They were AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This mavis location is wonderful, I got an unexpected flat tire and had to take a Uber to get another tire and even though they were just about to close he still got me a new tire. They were lifesavers. I had an excellent experience and Doyle grant and Alex, had wonderful customer service. I will be back whenever I am in need of tires.

Had the best experience here today! Went in for what I thought was a tire leak but had had multiple places say nothing is wrong . They fixed the problem in a little under an hour, apparently nobody else thought to look for a valve stem problem. The staff was very kind, professional, and made sure to explain things in a way I could understand. Prices were reasonable and services were quick. Would definitely recommend!!

Got tires installed here a few months ago and it was a great experience. Brought my car in today because I bent the core in my tire system and they fixed it for me free of charge in less than 30 minutes. This is now my go to tire place.

We were passing through when our tire almost blew out. Nick was very kind and helped us get a replacement tire very quickly. Our tire was a specialty one that was difficult to get.

I came in to get my oil changed here and was told it would be $160.00. I was shocked. I started to ask about the price of oil at places like autozone and how the price of an oil change has increased so drastically. He started to check again and noticed a mistake of an additional $60.00 on my bill . How coincidental. I then said my fianc� could just do it himself and left. It s like $30 for the oil in auto stores. It sucks that women can t catch a break even in 2024. Always trying to scam us for extra money thinking we aren t paying attention. Not nice.

Great team! I told them what I needed to have done and they serviced my car with enthusiasm. Grant and Nick were not only professional but very knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely come back to this location.

Called when they were about to close because my tire was messed up and they got me in last minute to change my tire so that I could be safe getting home. Awesome experience!

The black man who put air in my tires was excellent, quick, courteous and very professional. However the white guy at the counter with the Russian-like accent was curt and grossly exaggerated the condition of my tires. After he looked at my tires he walked back in saying your tires are completely bald! We can t rotate them Nonsense. He s clearly trying to sell Mavis tires because if the tread is low why does that prevent rotation. I went to a better suited business to do what I needed. The other business advised that new tires would be needed in few months but they re clearly not completely bald.

Had a really wonderful experience at Mavis today. Stopped by for a break check before a trip - when getting an oil change (at another location/company) I was advised I needed new break pads. I wanted to have things double checked and I m so glad I came here! Number one - break checks are free?! Had no clue but was pleasantly surprised! Grant was behind the counter and honestly I haven t seen better customer service in a LONG time - I m in customer success myself and had to compliment him on handling myself and incoming calls. They made sure to actually walk me back and show me that I did NOT need break pads replaced, talked me through everything, all of the guys in the back were extremely pleasant and helped advise me on when I would need them, what to look out for and costs to anticipate even if I didn t come back. The experience here makes me want to come out of my way to come back to their location. Thank you Grant and team for the help and making sure I m good for my trip!

My family came from out of town. We had to get our rental car fixed at the last minute. They were very helpful, friendly and fast. We got serviced in under an hour. Definitely recommend.

These people are on crack or something. I called to get a quote on brake pads on a dodge Durango. He instantly quoted me 550 for pads and rotors without even looking at it. Told me it's grinding so rotors need replaced. What a freaking joke. I just didn't want to jack it up and do it myself in the cold. Do NOT bother with these people

Came in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and balance. Mavis discovered that there was a nail in tire. Stated that it could not be patched. Informed me that I would have to buy a new set of tires b/c my tires are worn (My current tires have another year or more of tread). Not the case. Went to another tire shop to get a second opinion. Tires are fine, nail was removed without issues.Secondly, I was also informed that I needed new front struts and rear shocks, again, not the case. I got new brakes, rotors, struts less than 12 months ago.F.Y.I-Beware, get a second opinion.

I d hit a huge pothole 10 minutes prior to my check tire pressure light coming on and was concerned I would have a blow out on I-75. I took the first exit available and I m thankful I found this Mavis Tire.The gentlemen inside treated me with respect and kindness. They took care of the issue and had me back on the road in an hour and a half. (They were busy and already had three cars in the bays when I arrived.)I was only charged $35.They checked my alignment, repaired the effected tire, and did an overall inspection to make sure my car was road worthy.I m thankful to each person there.The waiting room and bathroom were both spotless. They had a water cooler I was able to refill my cup. The manager kept me updated every 15 minutes.Five stars doesn t seem like a high enough rating for the service I received.

Ms. Kim made sure my vehicle was in and out due to me having to pick my infant son up from school. In addition, my tire was replaced as promised under my warranty and I was able to receive a discount for the service. Great customer service on a Monday, one of this location's busiest days!Updated Review: 11/9/2021I came in today after being told to show up at 8am so the tire pressure sensory could be fixed. Prior to this service my sensor was fine. When I drove away it was THEN that the sensor conveniently had an issue. This being said every time I come in here with the exception of the last time Ms. Kim helped me someone else is always INCOMPETENT and messes up my vehicle in some way. Needless to say I will be reporting this location for bad business and leaving this review as the issue was not resolved. On top of that they had they audacity to try to come and present me with a bill for their mistake but also for other repairs that I was not inquiring about. Will never come back to this location or do business with them again.

Brought car in for a 1:00 appointment. Nothing tricky. Just wanted a tire inspection/alignment and a check on the rear differential. Ended up having to wait four hours despite having made an appointment.Giving a nod here for courteousness - the staff was exceptionally polite, if somewhat slow in their assessments. One other bump for pricing - the alignment here costs about $100 less than at the Audi dealership.That said, I d work on increasing staff, service bays, etc. as needed to appropriately handle client flow.

Just went in with a loose flat for repair they did not have time to do it today, but I was willing to drop it off and pick up in a day or two.As I was bring the tire up, Grant said "let's see if it is even fixable". Checked it out,determi was it is the valve stem and he just goes ahead and replaces it right then and there. No charge evenThat is custom we service. Thanks so much

My good experience began with the ease of making an appointment for tire repair on their user friendly website. They communicated well to remind me of the apt and called that day to confirm. They took me right away when I arrived and my car was ready in 25 minutes. All at a very reasonable price. I will definitely go to Mavis next time I need help with tires.

I called up to the store to see if they could do a last minute Oil Change. Grant answered the phone and was super nice from the get go. He told me to come in and they will definitely help me out. Even though it was last minute! I came in and he was super nice gave me my options for an oil change. He told me it would take 45 mins to an hour. They ran into a problem ( not the fault of them at all!) and Grant advised me of what to do next! I am so grateful he told me what to do and how to fix the problem! He was also super nice to my crazy toddler. Him and the team that was there! Thank y all and I will definitely be back!
