I took my Jeep Wrangler to Mavis to have all 4 breaks replaced. They recommended I also replace my two rear break calipers for a total cost of about $1200. They neglected to secure the caliper and two days later while driving on I-285 at night, the break completely dislodged from the car putting my life and my unborn child's life in extreme danger (as I am currently pregnant).I towed the car back to Mavis. The manager acknowledged that this was a huge mistake and promised to fix it but would not compensate me for their mistake beyond a free ($99) alignment - only if I purchased a new set of tires and had Mavis replace them for an additional $1200+.Needless to say, I ended up taking my car to Tire South to have all 4 tires replaced. Although I paid nearly double of what Mavis quoted me, the customer service was outstanding and I had quality assurance. Not only that, but we also took my husbands car to Tire South to have his breaks and tires replaced as well and it was worth every penny. I say all of that to say, Mavis refused to go the extra mile to correct their negligence and ended up missing out on an opportunity regain a customer AND make an additional several thousand dollars- all because of the manager's inability to see the value in providing a safe and excellent customer experience.Their prices may be cheaper but this is for a reason. If quality, safety, excellence and customer satisfaction are your priorities then I would NOT recommend taking your car to Mavis. I could've been seriously injured due to their grave negligence and I'd hate for the same to happen to you.

I had a nail in my tire and stopped by to get it repaired. The staff were super friendly and took my car in the shop as soon as I walked it. Travon and Connie provided great customer service and made sure I got taken care of. I would definitely recommend to anyone who s thinking on stopping by.

Thankful to this team for fixing an issue with my car that was a huge safety hazard! They were very helpful and courteous for fitting me in without an appointment. Truly appreciate the crew over at Mavis! Highly recommend!

This is the absolute best tire spot to come to in Smyrna . I unexpectedly got a flat tire and these men helped me so much . They drive me to my car and they helped me get my car to their shop while guiding me. There a bunch of wonderful men. The process was very smooth and I didn t feel any kind of discomfort. Not to mention they are reasonably priced and even on top of that they gave me a discount . I don t know what I would have done with out them . I would come to these guys time and time again for my tire issues !! There amazing .

Greatful to this entire team at Mavis. They are always willing to accommodate me without an appointment. The store Manger,Tarvin, is always there attending to everyone that comes in and makes an effort to remember all is returning customers. Today Tarvin and Doyle worked as a team to attend to my car, giving me their expert advice and getting my car fixed within 3hrs. Doyle especially spent extra time with me showing me all the issues they found and helped me workout the best deals that allowed me to be able to fix everything in one day and had my car ready within 3hrs. This location and team has become my go to for all my car needs.

AH-MAZING Location!!! Hands down the best car service ever experienced! I was running late to pick up my daughter and Brandon saved the day! Definitely coming back to these guys, fixed up my wheel and tire in no time at all! Can t recommend enough! Theses store just removed too, so take advantage of the cleanliness!!!

The service at Mavis Tires in Smyrna (S. Cobb Dr.) was in one word, exemplary! I m big on customer service and what businesses I support and, Mavis Tires earned my business & support. I had used Mavis Tires previously and the service was good. The new manager has taken the customer service from good to great! He is passionate about the customer experience & getting the job done right and efficiently. I m so appreciative of the exemplary service I received today. Kudos to the entire team at Mavis Tires in Smyrna!

They did an excellent job! Not only did they get my alignment done, tune up my car without having to be prompted, checked my brakes, they filled my power steering fluid as I was about to pull out the parking lot the moment I heard the noise, free of charge. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone in the area near or far and I will most definitely be back for even minor inconveniences since the staff were so friendly. :)

They will take your car for a two hour's, even for things as simple as a or oil change . They lie about their pricings and then charge you a very high price afterwards. Also gotten my brakes done, and they were damaged still.

(S.cobb drive location) I initially came in VERY irritable after driving around all day looking for tires and being disappointed. My frustration grew as I got to Mavis and had to deal with another service rep. I will say that my overall experience was really good. MARTAY has the patience of a saint and was finally able to address my needs for a reasonable price. I can't speak on the other staff, but as long as he is working here...I will be back.Thank you for your patience and professionalism.

I've visited this location multiple times over the past couple of years, and Connie has always gone above and beyond. She DESERVES a promotion and a raise. Marte has assisted me a couple of times as well, and he's been great. Thanks, Connie + Marte!

I've already tried to have the chain remedy this but after zero response, this is the choice I have. I took my car here because I had a tire consistently losing air. They took it back, had it for about an hour, and SUPPOSEDLY did a patch on it. I was surprised when the very next day, it was losing air again. I took it to a different shop. They confirmed and showed me that the tire had never been patched. There was a screw still currently stuck in the side wall and the tire was losing air in the exact same way it had been days prior to the "service" I hadn't actually received at Mavis.After discovering this, I called the corporate line and they said the regional manager would reach out - never heard anything else about it. They charged me $36 for a service they didn't even do and put me back on the road thinking my tire was fixed.This is disgusting and deceptive and I hope no one else is taken advantage of in this way.

My appointment was at 1pm. I showed up at 1:06 because I wasn t feeling well (I have stage iv terminal cancer, which I told the call center person when I called Mavis to make my apt). The call center folks ensured me I had a 1pm apt and that the tire service (I am buying 4 new tires) would take an hour and a half. When I turned in my key when I got here, I was told it would be an hour and a half. It has been nearly FOUR HOURS and my car is still not finished because of all the other people who came before me . All the other people who came before me? What was the point in making a 1pm appointment if my car wasn t going to be serviced at that time!??? The manager is very nice and friendly, but this is terrible customer service. Other vehicles should have been turned away for those with appointments, or I should have been called and told there were few service attendants in today and that they would need to reschedule my appointment. Or I should have been told when I arrived that I needed to get a ride home because they were really behind. Absolutely ridiculous!The only reason I m giving 2 stars is because of how friendly the manager is.I will not be back. I miss the excellent service that I received when this was Kaufmann Tire. Mavis, you leave A LOT TO BE DESIRED. Two thumbs down.

Tarvin and Marte were simply exceptional in both their technical know how and customer service!I am so appreciative and impressed with their guidance, fair pricing, and care.Although this was my first experience with their car service for my brakes, I guarantee that if I ever need expert service and truthful guidance again, this Mavis location and staff will always be my go to!!!Highly recommend!! Marte was so helpful. The work my car needed went above what I had budgeted. Not only did he give me many discounts but he also gave me the option for a card 6 months same as cash, aka no interest payments and that was the icing on the cake! Yes Marte is an above and beyond employee! I recommend coming in and seeing him! He's also polite and smiles.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! SCAMMERS!You take your car in for an oil change and come back and your bill is $200 for services you do not request AND do not authorize!I ve heard this from plenty of other customers and the up charge also happened to another lady while I was there.

Please refrain from bringing your vehicle here. I paid $1150 for rotor, brake, and oil change services. Despite this, my brakes continue to make noise when I brake. After informing them, they scheduled an appointment. Upon returning my car, I requested them to fix the issue or provide a refund. They assured me it was fixed, but after driving for about 3 minutes, the same sound persisted.

I came to get two tires replaced and was quoted one price and when they found out I had my tires in my trunk. The price doubled because I didn t purchase the tires from.Them. If you charge a fee to replace a tire, I think it should be the same fee, regardless of the fact of me, purchasing the tire from you or someone else. Yes, I went elsewhere because the price you quoted me was extremely high and I save money by going somewhere else please avoid Mavis Tire They will never have to worry about me coming here or to anyone of their tire locations

Call the call center to get a price quoted before you come into the store and make sure you get a confirmation number. I was very disappointed that I was quoted a $125 higher price in the store than I was told on the phone. I lost trust in the gentleman at the counter and had to put him on the phone to honor the price provided by Mavis when I called. It felt like they just wanted a commission.

Buyer beware! Back in Aug 2022, I purchase two tires from Mavis and purchased their "warranty." On Nov 1, 2023 I went in to get a tire patched b/c of a nail/screw. Mavis's associate told me that they can't patch the tire b/c the tread is very low and tried to sell me 2 new Mavis Brand tires. How is it possible after 1 year and 2 months into these tires...I need new ones. (I didn't drive that much in 1 year and 2 months). Maybe, Mavis Brand tires are just junk. They are here to rip off consumers. I took my car down to street to Smyrna Tire and got it patched WITHOUT them giving me NON-SENSE. Shame on Mavis and You lost a customer for life.

Marte and Tarvin took extremely good care of me and my vehicle. Their service was timely and extremely educational and professional. I don t know anything about tires and wanted to get a good deal while maintaining quality. They offered options and made a suggestion of which one would best suit my need and budget. I drove away knowing that I got a great deal and that the 4 tires I purchased are top quality! I will absolutely be back for my other vehicle needs.

The mavis tire shop on south Cobb is really good and they are a pleasure to deal with. I was in a big hurry and had went above and beyond to get my tires changed and back on the road. Marte was extremely busy it took time to handle everything smoothly and efficiently I highly recommended that you get your tires repaired here
