I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER I was charged up front for the service. Quotes should be given after removing tire from the vehicle and inspecting for transparent pricing. I don t like the way y'all conduct business, it comes off real sketch. Should have spent my money elsewhere. Moving forward I definitely will. Y'all genuinely do not care about your customers nor do you the slightest empathy. Waste of money and time.

Eric came through and replaced my tire so fast! Super nice and friendly! I wasn t expecting to pay what I paid but, it was definitely worth it when all other places around me closed at 6 or 7 AND didn t have my tire size in stock so it would ve been another day without my car. I ll gladly pay it again to have this kind of quick and convenient professional service!!

I woke up to a flat tire on a Sunday morning. Most shops nearby were closed or out of stock with my size. I called at 8:45am and had a technician confirm he was on the way within 30 minutes and arrived 30 minutes later. Entire ordeal was finished in about 20minutes. I had no issue with tire sizing as I knew my specific size. This can be found on the interior door panel. Any mobile service is a bit pricier. My only downside was they don't offer warranties for their service. Only the standard manufacturers warranty, which was the 4 star. Otherwise great customer service and quick response time.

When I tell you this company is AMAZING. I called at 5:14pm on a Saturday and Adam was at my car by 5:35 pm. His customer service was on point and he was done before 6pm. The price was reasonable and well worth it!!!!! I will definitely recommend the service!!!

Talked to person for 30 minutes to make sure I was getting the right tread on the tire I was getting.Was told it was a all terrain tire.When the tech got to my location he brought a road tire .Then I had to wait over an hour to get the manager to bring a socket to remove my tire.Would not recommend them to anyone.Charged up front and then had to wait. Bet they don't pay my $139.00 an hour charges

I would recommend this company to anyone! They were amazing!My company vehicle parked inside of a parking garage had a flat tire this morning . I called and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who set up a same day appointment for me. The technician called and let us know when they would be at our location and then called when they actually arrived. Rick and Eric assessed the tire, plugged the hole, and took my payment all within 2 hours of my phone call. They were so nice and professional and it was a refreshing experience to have people who actually care enough about what they're doing to turn a bad experience into a good one. Thank you again Rick and Eric!

The tire on our food trailer blew out on 400 by 285 during rush hour. 2 short hours later we had a new tire and were on the way home. The service tech was friendly and the dispatcher was too. Great service!

This service is insanely convenient. They were quick, efficient, and friendly! Gave me great advice and took great care of my new wheels. I highly recommend I and I mobile tire services, I will definitely be using them again when I need new tires or any help with my tires.

TLDR: Charged $50 for a phone call in a span of 20 minutes and no actual serviceI would like to share my experience with I & I Mobile Truck Tire Repair Atlanta to warn other potential customers. Today my mother was driving back home to Canada with her friends. She called my father back in Canada in distress as she hit a nail and her tire quickly lost air. While she and her friends were stranded in Georgia, my father and I called tire repair centers near their location. We ended up booking I & I Mobile Truck Tire Repair Atlanta for a tire repair.The person on the phone informed my father that there would be a $50 deposit, which he understood as a charge to hold their place and that it would be applied towards the total bill. At no point were we under the impression that this was not refundable. The repair was quoted to be $140 - ETA 60-90 minutes.Although we were promised a text when the technician s ETA my mother did not receive any message. We had to call I & I Mobile Truck Tire Repair Atlanta back to request an ETA, causing further delay. Meanwhile, my mother and her companions waited in the parking lot, adding to their stress and discomfort. After reading their reviews where others mentioned their actual arrival time was much longer than quoted. We kept searching for other companies to come to my mother's aid.We found another company that sent someone immediately for $80 without any deposit requirement. When we called I & I Mobile Truck Tire Repair Atlanta to inform them that we no longer needed their services, the person on the phone insisted on charging our credit card, despite our misinterpretation of the $50 deposit charge.We tried to explain how we interpreted the $50 deposit to the person on the phone, but they were unempathetic to our situation and refused to come to a solution, adding to our frustration and disappointment. I would have been more understanding of the $50 charge if the technician had shown up and my mother and her friends had been gone, but that wasn t the case.It's worth noting that this all happened within a span of 20 minutes or so, and we did not call to cancel anywhere near their quoted ETA of 60-90 minutes. In the end, we felt like this was a scam, as we were going to be charged $50 for a phone call and no actual service. I have never come across a business that operates this way, it felt like a quick money grab and we felt taken advantage of during a stressful time.Overall, I would not recommend I & I Mobile Truck Tire Repair Atlanta due to their poor communication, lack of customer service, and unreasonable deposit requirement. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your tire repair needs.

Service completely sucks, paid in full for service and was told it would be less than a hour of wait time. Been here over 2 hrs and no one responds to the calls. NEVER WILL USE AGAIN!!!!!

From call to finish, it was about 1.5 hrs. Rick, was amazing, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend this service.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!. Majority of the reviews are paid FYI. They make promises they cannot deliver. They overcharge you for a tire just to tell you that they were unable to successfully do the install a then once you get it sorted out for them they try to charge you an initial $45 to come back out and do their job. These people are a JOKE!!

Called I&I late one evening after a nasty flat in cold weather. The lady taking the calls was very polite and had a tech dispatched in minutes. Their tech arrived promptly and despite the long shift was incredibly polite and personable. After a quick switch of the tires I was back rolling in no time. Wonderful service! I hope I don t have to call roadside again but if I do I know exactly who I m calling.

Excellent service.Driver gives us a time for his arrival and was there on the dotProcess took less than 15 min and they had the special tire for our RvPrice is relevant to the service.Would totally recommend if you are in a tight spot and need your tire changed.

Very convenient! Professional service. I am all the way in Dallas GA, and they came to my rescue, very promptly. Customer service is great. The lady who set the service to my house was patient, courteous, and very helpful. The service person who came to my house, completed the tire replacement very fast, and the job was well done. For the convenience of the service, I personally find the price fair. I am recommending I & I for your tire service need without reserve.

Great Service! Reliable and affordable. After waiting hours on the towing service that s provided with my insurance company. I became frustrated & googled mobile tire services. I m glad I found I&I Mobile Tire. Wait time was about 1.5 hours but considering I could get my tire replaced on the spot & go home. I highly recommend this company & mobile tire service.

Adam V was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond the call of duty when he did not have to. Not only did he provide excellent service when changing my tire, he assisted me with getting my car out of the mud as well! Extraordinary service and an outstanding person!! We need more people in this world like him. Adam is the best!

I just received four brand new tires complete with install. The service was very prompt and very professional. The service over the phone was great as well. They even did a follow up the next day. Very satisfied customer. Will use again and recommend to anyone I know. Thank you!

Eddie was very friendly and profesional. It s a bit pricey but if you are in a jam this is a great option. They are short staffed so it may take a little longer than you would expect. I would still recommend if you re in a bind

Dishonesty at its best. Changed my tire and within 5 hours and less than 15 miles of driving slow, the replacement tire was flat. Unhappy and feeling taken advantage of. Disappointing since it s such a convenience. But I d rather go somewhere and deal with trustworthy businesses than this place

This company showed top notch customer service and repaired my front two tires and wheels after a mishap. Living in the city and not having anyone to help this mobile service was a godsend. Chris arrived and got me up and running. Like any service to you company it can be pricy but worth every penny! I even received texts and follow ups to insure eta from office staff. THEY TRULY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. I &I gets my sincere thanks for a job WELL DONE!

It gets no better then this. This business is not only affordable they come to YOU and change your tire on site. No long waits either. Best decision I could ve made on a rainy night in Atlanta with a stinky nail that made its way into my tire. AAA told me 2.5 hours called I&I someone was dispatched and got to me in 30 min. Thank you guys for great service

My tire blew out and I was stranded didnt know what to do so I Googled 24hr tire shop and at the beginning of the list was I&I 24 Hour Tire Shop. I called that night and the young lady was very nice and patient. The next morning I called and asked if someone can come about 11:30 a.m. he was there at 11:50 a.m. it took him 20 minutes to change my tire and he checked the others. I am so thankful for this company I give them 10 stars if I could.

During this tough time in the world the kindness shown by the service technician and the individual answering the phone was exceptional. They were so helpful and understanding. Despite the over masculinity being shown by people who thought they were helping me. The technician remained very calm and provided detailed answers that would provide comfort to my peanut gallery and myself. They were super helpful and knowledgeable. YOU ALL ARE AMAZING! Thank you !

I was visiting KSU and didn't live in the area. I was about to leave when I noticed my tire was flat. I hadn't realized how low the tread on my tire was. I was freaking out because it was Sunday and later in the day. Most places were closed. I found y'all and you saved me from having to leave my car an hour and a half away from home! The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and patient! Gave me time and price up front. When the gentleman arrived to replace my tire (which he arrived faster than the time given) he had it changed in no time at all! Made it home safe! Thank you so much!!
