Melanie was very nice and have excellent customer service and they will have your car look brand spanking new! I ve been coming here and they never disappoint. Ask for Osman he is amazing! He even fixed a minor issue for me in seconds and I m so thankful for him! The entire team is excellent!

I went to them because they were a Progressive approved shop and I thought that would make it easier. I also thought maybe since luxury is in the name they are doing high end work on high end cars. So my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee should be easy. Not the case.I will try to keep it short as possible - they delivered the car in terrible shape, with trash in the clear coat, scratches they put into panels that were not damaged from the accident, swirl marks from their terrible job buffing the car, and drip marks and significant orange peel texture from their terrible paint job. Ozmond even tried to tell me that the swirl marks they put in the paint would just come out with time! I took it to my brothers shop to look at it under proper lighting and multiple issues were apparent (see photos). Then I went back to get it the multiple issues addressed and they minimized my concerns, did the bare minimum to repair their gross errors (they buffed and waxed it, leaving spots missing clear coat where they got the trash out of the clear coat), and the shop manager - Christian, blew off my concerns, confirmed that he had not looked at the car prior to that moment, refused to take it back into the shop to look at the paint under proper lighting, and repeatedly tried to distract me with topics irrelevant to the poor job they did. I finally just asked if this was their best work and he was proud of the product. I informed him that I would be taking it again to be inspected at my brothers shop under proper lighting. He just told me that is fine. We have a lifetime warranty on our paint and I left it at that. I m done arguing with them so I m taking it to another shop for paint restoration on not only the hood and bumper that were damaged in the accident but also the front corner panels that they scratched up in their attempt to match the paint. Running me another $1600-2000 to fix their work.This is a $65k vehicle with 8k miles on it. Getting in an accident sucks. Having the shop that repaired it complete such a poor job on the repairs then disregard my concerns made it even worse. Just look at the photos, they speak for themselves. And please note how difficult it is to capture fine scratches and such in photos but I was able to capture them with my regular phone camera.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I truly appreciate their work and thoroughness when it came to customer service and servicing my damaged car. My car was dented and paint was scrapped off from an accident. The staff made me feel welcomed when I came in and picked up my car. Shawn (forgive me if I misspelled his name ) is a dear and wonderful! He calls with an update at every step of the process. Melonie is a sweetheart and kind! Also, Enterprise rental was easy to set up and drop off. I enjoyed the process! No stress, speedy process, and they gave me a small sample of paint a lovely gift that I appreciated and I appreciate them

Just picked up my G80 today from Georgia Luxury Automotive and I am impressed at the work they did. Very happy with it. But I want to thank Tiffany and Melanie that work in the office. Those girls are great at running the show there. They kept me informed every step of the way and even didn't bark when my insurance company had failed on their end to complete the claim which held us up when I went to get it today. Very professional and such great attitudes. In todays world of poor to awful customer service it is nice to run across customer service like it use to be! Doing a great job there! I highly recommend these guys for any body work that you have to have done.

Great experience from the office personnel, Jake the owner and the detail personnel that completed work on my car.. The timing/completion of the work was completed timely with no delay. I've used GLA several times and the experience has away been the same, PERFECT!!!

Their customer service matches their name. I received the best service. The staff, especially Melanie, was nice, informative, and supportive. They also were timely in giving updates about my car. I am very satisfied with my car. It looks great! I would recommend their service to everyone!

I ve never had to have body work done before so I was nervous. This shop is absolutely incredible. Drop off is super easy, the staff is very friendly. They give you updates on every step of repairs. Repairs were done in a timely manner and my car looks absolutely amazing. Hopefully I ll never need body work again, but if I do, I know I ll be going here!

Georgia Luxury made the repair process painless and quick. They were able to get me in right away, helped to make sure insurance covered the appropriate repairs, kept me updated every step of the way, and delivered the vehicle on the date they said with all repairs done correctly. I have had so many problems with other auto body shops across the US that there are too many to count!! Until Georgia Luxury Automotive Smyrna! They went above and beyond in every aspect of the process! They text updates every step of the way to let you know where your vehicle is in the process. They also kept me informed of the expected date of completion, and they had my car ready as promised on the date they provided. My car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Each person I dealt with, from the owner, service technicians, and office staff, was very helpful, friendly, and happy to help you! I was shocked that my experience was not stressful, which is a first when it comes to auto body repair! I highly recommend Georgia Luxury Automotive Smyrna!!

I used this company through my Progressive insurance and they did a great job fixing my car and it looks brand new! Their communication and updates with pictures was super helpful and they were always willing to coordinate and help whenever I asked. For a repair I thought couldn t be fixed, GLA took no hesitation and completed my SUV like it was fresh off the car lot. This is my third time using them through my insurance. Itwould ve been four but the car was a total loss last year.. (teenage driver ). They do a really great job and this time my car came back faster than I anticipated. I wasn t even able to enjoy the rental lol. But that s OK I can appreciate how fast my vehicle was repaired. Unfortunate situation and GLA did a great job on our 2019 Mercedes GLC. The vehicle is repaired and looks like new. They also did not use generic parts. GLA handled everything through our insurance company. The work was done timely and delivered on the promised date. Melanie took great car of us. Thank you for everything. I would highly recommend.

I've had my license for 43yrs & never had an accident. On this one day I cut out of a driveway and hit a hydrant. the hydrant is ok, but it was mad & held on to my bumper. . I taped the bumper & immediately called my insurance company. Several collision companies gave me Nov dates to fix, but Ga Luxury told me to bring it in that day & gave me closest rental car company for my insurance co to set up my rental & they would come & pick me up. I did all of that. They were so nice and made me feel at ease. Enterprise was there & waited until I was finished checking in my car & getting everything I needed out my car. My car was ready when they said it was going to be ready and I all I had to fo was leave rental there. They did great work on my car. I hope I don't need repair work again, but if I do, I will definitely use Ga LuxuryService: Body & Trim

Tried to get my car fixed here, just to find out they only do repairs on cars through two insurance carriers: State Farm and Progressive. I don't know if this is common, but I think it's good info to know for people looking to come here and get repairs. They will be turned down attempting to pay out of pocket or with another insurance carrier outside of the two mentioned above.

Completely worth the wait! i had a tree branch fall and mess up the back side of my car and I ended up having to wait 3 weeks for my appointment with them. Once I took it in, it was clear communication the whole way. They delivered it to me on the day they promised. I will tell you this car hasn't looked this good since the day I bought it. I was very impressed with their work! A few days later I ended up having an issue relatively near where the repairs were done and when I called them they were super courteous and had me bring my car back and had the issue resolved within the day.
