These guys are on point! Brought in my 2016 QX70s and they were able to repair my brakes in a few hours (while I went to eat down the road). They know their stuff and I ll continue to utilize them for all of my car s needs. They also gave me good advice on the upkeep. Shout out to Nick and Wally at the front who were pretty cool!

I've been going here for years after I had to look for a new shop since the old shop was overcharging me on my lexus and infiniti and didn't do quality work. I didn't trust them anymore.Found Fastlane almost a decade ago. They have always done quality work, fixed up my cars quickly and prices are good. Once had my transmission go out, they couldn't find one with their supplier and allowed me to find one with lower mileage, had it shipped and they installed it.I like to keep my cars forever, so they always give me a list of maintenance items and what needs to be done. I then tell them what I can afford to do in stages. I tend to keep cars long and good maintenance these cars will run for a long time.I tell all my friends with Japanese Imports to go here.

My car suddenly was losing quarts of oil one day. I looked around and found this shop with decent reviews. Their prices are actually fair vs other mechanics (not the cheapest by far). What sets these guys apart from the pack in my mind was their DETAIL AND SPEED of diagnostics and repair. I brought my vehicle in before they closed for the weekend on Friday, they sent me a detailed estimate with photos MONDAY MORNING!! They did a detailed complete inspection in HOURS. We agreed on the items i could afford to do immediately that were the most important at 8:30am.I picked it up same day as agreeing to the estimate. They replaced simple and not so simple seals in my engine, and my cv axle assembly in less than 6 hours. Usually if a mechanic has a reasonable price they will take days or longer to fix a vehicle. If they have the lowest prices it may take WEEKS with poor communication about the progress. When your like me and rely on an car for work, waiting isn't an option.This place has the best price for the speed/detail provided, they use photos to verify what needs to be done and what has been done, and their communication is top notch. Customer service is top notch.They earned a loyal customer yesterday.

Great customer service from start to finish. Nick called me back within 24 hours to schedule the appointment. I was able to utilize their drop off option so I wouldn't have to worry about bringing it in between my work commute. What I like about this business is that they call you and explain all of the issues that they notice regarding your vehicle. They confirm the work before completion so there's no misunderstandings. I love how transparent and knowledgeable they were about my vehicle and they even took pictures for proof that they did what they said they were going to do. Nick has a outstanding personality that makes you feel very welcomed. I'll be bringing my vehicle back for additional work soon.

What a great experience! Not only did Fastlane complete the alignment of my daughter's car on time and on spec, but they identified a few other items that were potential issues and provided us with the information, without any pressure to have those repairs done at their facility! They even fixed one on the fly and for free. Highly recommended!

Willy was misleading with the process of a warranty claim and was not effective in giving clear guidance I felt he brushed my need for service on my car I would not recommend this location to anyone. What is the situation take the opportunity to give the customer complete service understanding my car was not repaired your ineffective in understanding the parts were not available you still did not process my request and refer me to a warranty and they referring me back to you was nothing but a run around for me and my need.

Love Fastlane. I ve been coming here for a year now. I was here last week for an alignment since I replaced a tire recently that went flat. I m glad I came because their report showed the car did in fact need aligning.Fastlane has always been great to me. Every time I come, the workers treat me with respect. The prices are awesome, and they will not screw you over. The first time I came here was to get a second opinion about a $1k recommended brake job that I received an estimate for from another local mechanic shop when I got my routine oil change. Fastlane took a good look at my brakes and said the rotors in fact did not need to be replaced and that the brake pads were good until at least my next oil change. They didn t even charge me to look at the car.Since I can tell they are genuinely honest and they don t talk to me like I m incompetent (like some mechanic shops!) they ve won my loyalty and business for as long as I m living over here. So happy to have them and I recommend them to everyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

My Nissan Pathfinder has been a part of our family for the last 10 years. I ve done all the regular maintenance but it was time for a full body work up. Turns out I needed a new transmission, shocks, spark plugs literally everything. Nick at Fastlane talked me through all the different repairs needed and we created a list separated into three different phases based on priority. When grouping projects, Nick took into account which items could be done together to cut down on labor costs. We got a lot done, but it was all necessary and painless. We have extended the life or our car by another 5 to 6 years. Fastlane is now our go to repair shop. KDM

I had my Nissan Versa clutch replaced, it drives like new and got it back quick. Pricing was reasonable and the staff are great. I highly recommend Fastlane!

Got my Infiniti battery replaced fast AND $110 less than the dealership would have charged! I also asked for a quote on other work recommended by the dealership and was also quoted significantly less with the same quality work. I will definitely be returning to have my car serviced here in the future. Shout out to Nick for getting me in and out without an appointment

Fastlane is a place to seriously consider bringing your lexus/toyota if you care about it and want it to be serviced by professionals that truly care about what they do. They want what is best for your vehicle and want to provide the best service possible. The employees there are super nice and explain everything. They are friendly and great to get a long with. The shop is clean and the prices are reasonable. I will not hesitate to go here again with any toyota/lexus I own in the future for servicing and work done to it.

The experience at Fastlane Import Auto is actually a relationship! When i go in to their shop, i am am mweting people who know me and care that my vehicle gives me the performance that I deserve! It truly sets the stage! So, when my transmission had to be replaced on my Infinity I was looking at a lot of money that I did not have...not good. But Wally and Nick partnered with me to determine the best solution for my 8 yr old vehicle AND WERE THOUGHT PARTNERS on getting it paid for. That is the power of that relationship with Fastlane! They provided ne with both a solution and a process that was to mypeace and benefit!!!

I have come here multiple times. As others say they are fast with fair pricing. Shop waiting room is clean. I am sitting here now waiting on my car and have listened to Nick and Wally answer repeated phone calls and customers coming in and they are so pleasant and respectful to everyone. Good customer service is very hard to find these days. Very impressed. Whoever the owner is either give them a raise or make sure you retain these guys

Great service. Very time efficient. Customer over 5 years. As a matter of fact I had issue that nobody could seem to figure out when bought my vehicle. Found them and they was able to fix the problem, very pricey. Fixed it for a fair price; problem solved. They have taken care of car every since. Honest and best around! Thank you for your integrity

Fast Lane is the best mechanic around. Have been using them for years to maintain our Hondas, Acuras and Toyotas. I stick with these brands primarily because I want Fast Lane to service them. They are always responsive, have a welcoming/clean environment while you wait and they are always providing suggestions on things to better maintain my vehicles without a heavy sales pitch. Love these guys. The only thing i would say they can improve on is move to a different location. The Windy Hill road changes have made it a little more challenging to get to, but that is not their fault. You won t be disappointed.

Fastlane Smyrna is my go to auto shop for all maintenance needs on my Audi Q5. They are professional and friendly, quick turnaround times, fair pricing and most importantly to me, they are trustworthy. Took in our Infinity QX50 for a couple of issue with brakes and traction control. Nick took care of everything with the greatest of ease! They run a super-clean an friendly operation. They helped me with another troublesome vehicle recently and I find them to be utterly trustworthy and skilled at what they do. I did visit Fast Lane in Symrna and i want to thank you for recommendtion after the daignostic of my car's prombem free of charge.I took my car to honda deader who also said the same daignostic. My car was repaired now i have heater.in my car.
