TOM is my hero!THE BACK (short) STORY:I needed to replace a headlight on my Honda Accord. I thought it would make sense to go to the local Honda dealer in Smyrna, but it ended up being my second (and last!) horrible experience at Ed Voyles Honda. They said it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours, and minimum cost $60! This senior citizen put it in reverse.WHAT TO DO??I drove to Express Oil in Smyrna where I recently had my car serviced. Tom very pleasantly asked what I needed. It took about 10 minutes tops, and I spent $36 including tax! He was patient, helpful, and professional complete opposite of how I started my day. I can t say enough about TOM, and what great service I received at Express Oil on South Cobb Drive in Smyrna, Georgia!

The team at Express Oil Change is the best! They are so efficient and they get you in and out in no time! Today I was helped by August for an oil change and head light installation. August was so kind and he triple checked if I needed anything else. It s great to know that the people at Expess Oil Change really care about my car. They provide awesome service! Thanks!

Assistant Manager August Montana was so friendly & courteous! Knowledgeable, and he got me in and out with top notch service in less than 10 minutes. I always take my truck to this location when I m in town, and August & his staff make it a pleasurable experience. Thank you!

I always have a great experience when I come here. The techs are so nice and offer to educate you, for example today when I visited August M. showed me how to check my oil! I will continue to come here and have recommended them to my family and friends.

I took my car for an oil change, and they damaged the engine. They denied the damage and said it just happened. Cost me $2000. The most expensive oil change in my life. Never go there again.

On my recent visit everything went well. Communication was clear and customer service was good. Only complaint was when the guy closed the hood of the car leaving a greasy splot on the car when he used his very dirty rag. It's a good thing my next stop was the car wash.Not sure why he thought it was ok to leave the large obvious greasy splot on the hood of a car, saw it and ignored it.

So They person I dealt with today was name is Joe. Joe lied to me about how long it would take to get Brake pads installed. He said he should have it done in about an hour. It took 3 1/2 hours. Just be prepared that Joe to lie to you about how long it To get the work done. Joe is very bad at time management.

I was met by an older gentleman while pulling in and he gave exceptional customer service. I received a full synthetic oil change costing $92 for my 3.9 quarts car. The standard checks for lights, fluid levels, horn, windshield wipers, battery terminals, etc were checked as well.

It was OK, but the service technician was not thevery courteous. He motioned me to enter the bay, then said the next time I come I'd better wait to enter until he gave permission. He had introduced himself then after telling me he was directing the car in front of me, introduced himself again. Not friendly at all.

Horrible!! Arrived at 5:35pm, no line but an employee pulls his car in front of me and another employee advises they aren't taking any more cars!?? I'm aggravated Ive spent my time and gas driving to a location that doesn't honor their hours. I will never patronize this location.

SCAM! I got all four of my breaks and rotors replaced here. Not knowing anything about I assumed what they quoted me was correct. My fault for not getting multiple quotes but come to find out I was charged double of what is considered normal! I was in a desperate situation but I would get quotes and I would avoid this place!

I came here with an issue with my wheel and they nearly fixed it. But I was told they'd give me a fair price and they even offered me a 10% discount, which made me feel all warm and fuzzy.Luckily a family friend knows about cars and I showed him the invoice a few days later.They charged me $479.22 for an Import Direct Chassis Control Arm And Ball Joint Assembly - 5CB90401. My friend showed me that same part sells at O'Reilly Auto Parts for $184.99.THAT'S A 260% MARKUP!!! I mean wow, what a ripoff.Here this guy is telling me he won't hose me and will do an honest job, and on every single part they fixed there was at least a 200% markup even with the "10% discount" I had to ask them for.He could have easily told me to go buy the parts and then just have me pay for the labor costs, but the guy looked straight into my eyes telling me he was giving me a deal when he massively overcharged me for several parts...My advice with this place or any other mechanic, before they do the work just ask them for the part # and google search it. It's really that easy. And you'll find out just how honest they're being with you.At least next time don't act like you're being honest and fair when you're clearly not.

This place is always very nice and fast. I always come here because I know they are efficient. Even if there are 2 or 3 cars waiting, I know they will be quick. Usually, there isn't a line. The staff are also all very friendly and have good, direct communication.

Came in to get my brake pads, found my rear rotors needed replacing also. I knew a standard as to the pricing so luckily even with being assigned female at birth, I was not scammed into paying anything more than what was needed. Joe also called to confirm to go forward after listing the price so that much was also appreciated. They also gave me a ladies day discount and even let me know my front rotors will need replaced in 8k miles. All the staff were very kind and positive as well! If you re a woman this shop imo is one you can trust to go to and they perform an outstanding job all around. I d highly recommend this location.

Update: I went back to this location for brake service and was impressed with their ability to diagnose along with service the car. I worked with Joe who answered the phone first then met in person. He knew the car make and model immediately. After the team tested everything, I went ahead in approving the brake and rotor replacement. Within an hour, it was completed. Great work all, thanks again.Original, 5 years ago for oil change: Expert staff and fair prices on oil changes. They top off everything and do a great check on fluids/engine during the change.

This is a great garage. We moved to the area and was looking for a good garage. We found it! Very honest and price was average for the repairs. Very nice guys and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend! Would like to give a shout out to Joe and Tom! Couldn't ask for nicer guys to work with! They know us as the people from up north and really enjoy talking with them. They are not pushy, they take the time to talk every thing over with you and recommend only what you really need,. Very happy we found this garage! If you want a quick oil change and decent service, I suggest going elsewhere. The person helping me barely mumbled 3 words to me when I pulled up. Instead of promptly changing my oil, he stepped aside to have a 10 minute conversation with a coworker about how you can make good money being a private driver (while I was sitting with the car off in 95 degree heat) A 10 minute oil change turned into 30+ minutes of wasted time where I watched other cars get thorough service complete with air put in their tires, where I just got a painfully slow oil change with a piece of paper shoved at me in the end with a $59 bill. Also when he closed the hood to my car he didn t make sure it was shut all the way, which is dangerous a because it could ve flown up and hit my windshield. It wasn t until I saw it partially open at my next stop that I fixed it myself. Terrible service, will not be going back there.Service: Oil change
