Tahjmar with Epic towing is one of the nicest tow truck drivers I ve met. He arrived in a timely manner and loaded my vehicle and delivered it to my home. I will recommend Epic towing to anyone who is need of a quality and professional tow service.

We slid off the road in Atlanta and our car was not operational. After a quick search I called Epic Towing because of the great reviews. Well, here s another one.Russel responded timely, was professional, and courteous. Because my front wheel was not on the car, he took extra time to carefully load and unload my car with damaging anything.Highly recommend.Service: Car towing

I had a great experience using Epic Towing. Great customer service, realistic ETA and pricing given up front, consistent communication on ETA (due to traffic) and accommodating. Would highly recommend using them if you re ever in a situation where a tow truck is needed.

Had been dealing with AAA for 4 hours when I decided to call Epic. He came out in less than 30 minutes and got me in a safe spot and in contact with another towing company with the necessary equipment. While he did not have the wheel lift that was needed to tow my car, he went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and in contact with the necessary people. 100/10. Will absolutely use Epic if needed in the future.

Before contacting Epic, I was stressed. Found Epic and was put at ease. Called to make arrangements, gave location of car and where it was going. Epic was very fairly priced. They also knew the shop where the car was going.I appreciate the attentive and prompt service. They kept me updated about arrival and the drop off. WITH PICTURES Will call again when I am in need. Great experience. He arrived in 10 minutes!! He helped me with a lock issue and he gave me tons of suggestions for long-term solutions for my problem. He gave me tips on what to research online and made the solution seem a lot easier

The service with Epic is unmatched. They were able to pick me up within 35 minutes, and Russell was absolutely the best. Super friendly, and made me feel safe as a single female. He made sure my ride was there to pick me up, and even made sure i had a pen to sign a drop off form. Out of every towing service I've needed to use, they are a great price and absolutely delightful to work with. If I am in need, they'll be my first choice.Service: Car towing

After calling multiple towing companies on a Friday afternoon with no response, they answered right away! Very friendly and quick, they arrived within 30 minutes and delivered our work truck to the tire shop promptly and safely. The price definitely seemed fair to tow from Sandy Springs to Alpharetta! We will certainly be using them again if any of our work trucks or personal vehicles breakdown again!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

After we waited nearly 3 hours for another tow service we decided to call epic and we should have done it sooner. Dispatcher was helpful, professional and had a tow for us in under 30 min. Hands down best towing company around the Cobb area my driver was Rusell. Very professional gave an accurate ETA completed the job in an efficient manner. Called CCS towing told me 35mins eta that turned into two & half hrs no updates on the eta also stopped answering the phone. Epic is the way great company would use them again.
