The worst service department employees I've ever encountered. I purchased my car here and had my insurance company deliver to them after a theft for damage repairs. Even though I have a signed receipt with a date and time, no one could acknowledge that my car was here. I called 5 times over 25 days and came in person today to check on my car. They still denied it was here even after I told them my husband had been here and found it 2 weeks ago. He took photos. It is still in the same spot. I have been insulted by the service employees on the phone and in person. Never. Never, do any business with these awful people. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Ed Boyles Kia. I'm sure no one will acknowledge my concerns. I'm arranging to have my car towed to another Kia dealer for the repairs. Just to cover my bases, I took many photos of my car today from every angle so I can prove it's here. I would not be at all surprised if the pleasant fat guy with the charming personality tried to do something to my car. He was very quick to tell me that They are not responsible for any damages my car received while here. Why would he volunteer such a statement.??? Especially after telling me my car wasn't even here.

Excellent Service and Car Care at the DealershipI recently visited KIA ED VOYLES for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care provided. Joseph Medina, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. From the moment I arrived, Joseph was courteous and efficient in getting me checked in. He took the time to address any questions or concerns I had, making me feel valued as a customer.Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dealership also provided a complimentary car wash with the oil change service. Not only did I leave with a smoothly running vehicle, but it also looked pristine thanks to their attention to detail.Overall, I highly recommend this dealership for their outstanding customer service, professionalism, and commitment to vehicle care. I will certainly be returning for future maintenance needs, confident that my car will be in good hands. Thank you to Joseph Medina and the entire team for exceeding my expectations.

My experience with Ed Voyles Kia was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After my car was unfortunately involved in an accident, I entrusted it to Classic Collision, an Allstate approved body shop, for repairs. However, due to some under the hood work needed, my car was sent to Ed Voyles Kia for additional servicing.The nightmare began when I received my car back, only to have it develop problems within a day. Classic Collision sent the car back to Ed Voyles Kia, where it languished for almost a month without anyone bothering to look at it, despite numerous calls from Classic Collision for updates.The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Ed Voyles Kia was appalling. When I attempted to obtain information regarding the status of my car, I was met with rudeness and an attempt to rush me off the phone. It was clear they had little regard for customer satisfaction or providing timely service.After finally learning that the issues with my car were not related to the accident, I made the difficult decision to move my car to another Kia dealership, despite it being more than 30 minutes away. I simply could not justify leaving my car in the hands of a dealership that had failed to address my concerns in a timely manner and had demonstrated such poor customer service.Overall, my experience with Ed Voyles Kia was a complete disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone in need of automotive servicing to seek assistance elsewhere to avoid the frustration and inconvenience I endured.

After a horrible experience at another dealership I spoke with Dion at Kia and he was amazing and professional from beginning to end!We had a pretty strict budget we were working with and he found us a great car for the right price and made the whole experience enjoyable. Dion and his finance team were wonderful to work with and had us out of there and everything done in two hours. Highly recommend!Thank you for making car buying an easy stress free process.

It was an easy transaction. However I did have to be stern about the trade of my Mercedes. The car is fine and is exactly what I needed for the keys. The white is much cooler and stays looking clean. I like the black wheels because I do t see break dust on them!! The size of the back is adequate and I moved an armoire easily the other day . I liked my salesperson Over all I am satisfied.

I could not be more disappointed in my experience at Ed Voyles Kia.My issues started earlier this year when I brought my car in for a routine inspection and an Oil/Filter change. Upon picking up my vehicle, they informed me that my side-view mirror was broken despite the fact that it was working fine when I dropped it off earlier that day. After arguing with the staff, the technician admitted to damaging the mirror while putting it through the car wash. Finally, the manager agreed to repair the issue free of cost using after-market parts.When I brought my car in last week for an issue with the rear brake lights remaining on when the car is off, the service member mentioned that this was a known issue and should be covered as part of an extended warranty for the breaking system. When I came to pick up my car, I noticed the traction control warning light was on in my dashboard and the brakes seemed to be engaged when I tried to accelerate the car. This was causing my car to smoke and grind my breaks.When I brought it back into the shop the next day, they spent 2 days diagnosing the issue and told me I needed to replace my entire ABS system which would cost ~$2,000. I was confused as my car never had any of these issues when I brought it in 48 hours earlier.Needless to say, I was dubious to pay so much money when I already had issues with their service in the past. I brought my car into a different mechanic for a second opinion and he was able to find that my break light switch was incorrectly adjusted which was leaving constant pressure on the brake system. The mechanic fixed the issue easily and found it hard to believe that a trained technician would confuse this issue with a faulty ABS system.Overall, I feel completely used and taken advantage of by this company and I will not trust them again to work on my car. I strongly advise one bring their car to such a company.

We had a very positive experience buying a used vehicle, especially with our sales person Isaac Dasilva, a very personable and capable gentleman. We enjoyed every aspect of our interaction with him. Ed Voyles had the vehicle we wanted, at a good price, and Isaac made the purchase not only efficient, but also pleasurable - my best experience ever with an auto firm. We will refer people to Isaac and Ed Voyles whenever we can.

Yesterday I slept through my alarm to go get my oil changed. I ve never had trouble being a walk in around 11, but this time I arrived at about 2:45. Joe took me in anyway giving me a 2 1/2 hour wait. That was expected at the time I chose to come. To my surprise, he came to tell me my car was ready at 4:25!! Happy customer right here every time!

The worst customer service experience in my life at this Kia dealership. The service center was very unprofessional, unsupportive, and negligent throughout the time my car was in their custody. I called customer service to get updates on my vehicle and after being transferred was sent to voice-mail almost everytime with no follow up. When I did speak to a Rep, I ask them to check the car and ensure it was ready for me to pick up for I had to fly from NY to GA. I was told it was ready with no issues, but when I arrived there was a oil alarm and the car had what appeared to be a drilled hole damage in the oil tank, ironically with no damage on the protective cover. The representative lied to my face about checking the car and was fired soon after. I had to book another flight back home and inconveniently come back at a later date. After placing an insurance claim, the service center suspiciously repaired the vehicle without authority and before an inspector could investigate. The manager told me I wouldn't have to pay but still charged me later on. I was told by the manager that the car was fixed and ready, but when I returned from NY to GA again, the maintenance was incomplete, car parts were left in my car trunk and cup holder full of dirty screws in a filthy vehicle. There was also damage on the oil filter that was not there during my first visit. I am extremely disappointed from this horrible experience that cost me plenty of time, money, and stress to correct. I do not recommend anyone use this dealership for any services.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Ed Voyles Kia after trading in my truck I had. I love the car I got Ed Voyles. I have been doing business with Ed Voyles dealerships for over 25 years. The sales department is awesome. The sales manager, I wish I knew his name, went above and beyond with my pre-owned car I purchased. I purchased it as is , but there was an issue with the brakes a few days later and he made sure the car was 100% correct before returning it to me. That is why I continue to do business with Ed Voyles!! I would have given five stars but the service department is not the best. They did return the car dirty, as they have done with previous cars. There is grease all over my wheels.

I had a great experience, the best I ve had in all my years of buys cars. From being to end it was a truly great experience. Isaac our salesman was kind and funny and never pressured us in any way. Zack the finance manager was great too. If you re looking for a new car i highly recommend Ed Voyles Kia.

Highly recommend stopping into this dealership I Walk to kia voyels on July want just to look the car meet with Mr. Will Davis outside greeting me and my husband walked trough . show me all cars. And best options good for me even I tell him we not ready I have my permit and my hubby with zero credit answer all my questions and concerns I have befored I made decisions . Tell him I will follow back when I get my drivers license. Breff when I came before thanksgiving suprisely offer me better deal 2024 Sportage kia like everything about it the new update since I m new driver and expecting baby.was perfect for me we do all the paperwork in minute. Process the loan paperwork with his manager very easy going . I decided left the car pick it up on my birthday Dec 15th . plan change I walk trough in less 30mns car and tag was ready for me to take without any previous appointment . I m happy I stop by I felt like trust was their main game, If you're looking for a vehicle you'll be in good hands with Mr. Will. I would recommend them to my family and close friends.

The experience with Ed Voyles Kia was top notch. We went in asking for a quick look at the Telluride, 15 mins tops and Rhon not only showed us the car but he delivered world class "consultative selling" in 15 mins! He asked questions and listened to what was important to us. We went back the next day when we had more time and bought the car! They also worked with us to get us to our budget and provided their insight and expertise. Overall, we are so happy with our decision - one that we ve been mulling over for about a year. Walking away feeling like you made the right choice is the best feeling and all thanks to Rhon and Ed Voyles KIA.

Great service. Everyone seems so happy there. I walked in and the office consisting of 3 persons at their desk turn to the door and greet with a smile. The sales person I dealt with mostly was Jack. Jack was phenomenal. He needs to given a gold star for customer service. Thanks Jack for your excellent service. Love my new Kia.

I had the absolute BEST experience recently with Joseph in the service department. Upon arriving he was attentive and diagnosed my vehicle issues promptly and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He even arranged a Lyft for me so I did have to wait. I will definitely be returning!

I m satisfied with the car I purchased however the monthly payment was shocking because I haven t bought a brand new car in over 15 years . My salesperson Liz is amazing and I would like to give her 5 stars . She took the nervousness away quickly with a smile, knowledge and friendliness!!

I only went to get Recalls done, but the service did not have the part for one. The others recalls they had but in doing the Recalls they found car issues that needed to addressed. So I opted to have them completed, and on leaving the car ran better than if I had the car issues addressed from an outside shop.

Was not happy. I have been having problems with my brakes lights keep Burning out, they keep putting a new switch and it keeps burning out. The first year I had the car it went out every 3 months. Now it has lasted for 1 year and now it has started over with the same problems again. I spoke with a manager name Joseph and he acted like he didn't care . I didn't like his attitude at all.

My sales agent Heriberto Sanchez was phenomenal. He made sure that I could get the exact car I wanted, color, at the price that I wanted! Beto was extremely friendly, kind, and easy to work with. The finance manager also did a wonderful job as well. This was a seamless process from beginning to end. I received an online quote from Ed Voyles Kia that was very close to the in-store quote I received -the difference being I was quoted less for my trade-in in the dealership. But I was satisfied with the final numbers and purchased the car. That part of the sale was well about average but my vehicle pickup was below average.Long story short, I had to remove all protective plastic on the vehicle s interior, I had to remove the paper carpet protector from the driver side floor and I was in my new car getting ready to drive off the lot when I remembered the temp tag sticker had not been applied to the vehicle. I returned to the salesperson who then applied it to my car. Throughout the process I didn t feel valued as a customer by my salesperson. But that was ok because I wasn t expecting warm, fuzzies. But I was expecting a clean, prepared vehicle on the agreed upon pickup day.

I have purchased multiple cars from Ed Voyles Kia. They ve always been fair, respectful and helpful. We recently got our optima broken into and wanted to get a quote for what it would cost to get the steering column fixed. It ended up being higher than we expected so we got it fixed somewhere else. They charged us $200 and said it was an inspection fee. Obviously, we knew what was wrong with the car going in. They took advantage of us after we ve already been taken advantage of by the thieves. I will never buy a car from here again.
