I had an awful experience here and recommend that you never visit this dealership.I had a repair done on my vehicle's axle. It was very overpriced and ended up costing much more than I was origionally quoted. I paid it and right after picking it up from the dealership and driving home on the freeway, the underside belly pan of the car came loose and was grinding on the road. It hadn't been attached properly by the dealership after the repair. It was not safe to drive and very disappointing that it wasn't bolted back into place. I took it back and they would not replace the pan even though it was mangled and very damaged. They bent it back into place and said it was fine. I took the car on a road trip to Florida the next day and while driving, it again came loose and was dragging on the ground. It shows that the dealership is very imcompotent and lazy. If something like this happens, it makes me wonder what other mistakes they made while repairing the vehicle. Karim, my service advisor, did not care at all that this happned and would not replace the pan when I brought it in. I have a terrible experience working with him. It's frustrating that this happened after paying so an exorbitant amount of money for a repair.

Had a terrible experience here. Had an 8AM appointment for an oil change and transmission flush for my 2015 Genesis Sedan. Showed up and was checked in at 7:50AM, with a ride arranged to give them enough time. They said it would be ready early afternoon. At 2PM, tried reaching the service advisor by phone to check on status, no response. At 3PM, tried service advisor and manager by phone to check on status, no response. At 3:30, after having the car for almost 8 hours, they finally call me back to say that they had just got it up on the lift and couldn't do the oil change or transmission flush due to "leaks" they found. They would only do the basic services after I paid to fix the leaks to the tune of roughly $1800.Fed up at this point, I told them I don't trust them to do the work and picked up the car after dropping it off 9 hours ago, with nothing being fixed. Drove it home just fine.Took it to an independent service center and they did the oil change and transmission flush without issue. And the "leak"? It turned out to be a loose hose clamp and was an easy, no-charge fix by the shop!Terrible service, poor handling of customers, and shady mechanic practices. They're looking out for their bottom line, not you and your car.

Nicholas in the service department was more than helpful, and very professional with all my question and concerns and they got the job done. No complaints!
