Gr8t. Caught a Flat Tire on the Expressway on my way to 7 Bridges to Revovery for a Charity/ Community Service event. Managed to crawl to Discount Tire, where Ronald P took excellent care of me and my 2023 Toyota Camry SE. Ronald and Discount Tire helped me make it to my Community Service Outreach Event. Thank you Ronald P and Discount Tire.

Darryl provided exceptional assistance at Discount Tire. He went above and beyond by reaching out to the manufacturer on my behalf, ensuring that I received the maximum value for my old tires. It was easy to make appointment online. In February I had purchased 2 tires and added the warranty package and come April I had a slow leak due to a puncture. They were closed Sundays so I made appointment online for Monday and was greeted in a timely manner upon my arrival. I walked to the Japanese restaurant around the corner to wait. The text message you get after checking in gives you an update on progress. I think it took them about 35 min to get to my car but the actual repair was not completed until 15 min later. They removed and gave me a baggie showing what was in my tire.I am pleased with the service and it cost me nothing due to the warranty

Really enjoy the customer service here. Everyone is super nice and funny.Darryl is super kind and tentative! Check-in was easy and thorough. Time in and out of the garage spaces could be a bit more sped up as far as any fall behind process goes, but overall 10/10 on service expectations and executions.Thank you for getting my car needs guys!

Y'all- this place is literally a life saver. Twice I have had emergency tire situations and they have helped me out very quickly, with all the honest advice, and no pressure to buy more than I need. I have worked with Darryl mostly, but honestly all of the people in the front are equally amazing. They put a spare on FOR FREE even though it wasn't one of their tires and let me go on my way to price check other places. They were the best price, guarantee, and service - even compared to Costco. They are also super quick to get the work done. This place is a gem!!

Complete peace of mind! I didn t know what I needed, but the staff was so accommodating. Mr Lynch helped narrow down the choices and I was able to get the best value for my budget. I feel so secure on the road and I know I have a great warranty. They really took care of me and my family.

My experience at this tire shop was beyond amazing thanks to Darryl. My wife picked up a nail in one of her tires and we came close to closing on a Saturday for a patch. I was prepared to hear a "no" but Darryl was very upbeat and told us that they could have us taken care of. He was very professional and courteous which is very hard to do especially towards the end of the day. I bought my last set of tires here and will definitely continue to do so because of the excellent service. Thank you guys!

I will save my overly detailed explanation of my 1 star rating for their corporate teams, but I would recommend staying away from this location. Unless you want to be taken advantage of, treated as if you lack intelligence, and consistently dismissed. I ve been here 2-3 times in the past 12 months, my experience has disappointed me each time. The manager especially, lacks care and concern for his customers. Direct interaction or not, his attitude, dismissiveness, tone, and demeanor are not welcoming nor provide respect for customers concerns. The tire that I purchased from here 8 months ago for my 22 Mercedes has given me issue after issue since purchasing it. Constant low pressure notifications, constant filling with air and it is now 500-1000 miles away from needing to be replaced due to low tread which is absurd to me. I've never had this happen before and this location refuses to assit. The only resolve they have provided is having me pay for a new tire 8 months after buying what I can only hope was a brand new tire from them. Completely disappointed in the service received. Please, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but Discount Tire.

A visit last week to Discount Tire Smyrna reminded me why they have been my go-to place for all tire needs for my three cars. They were simply fabulous, in professionalism, competency, and friendliness. From Justin, who greeted me and advised my needs (replaced a damaged tire) and helped me selected the best match for my Honda Odyssey and honoring warranties to offering to rotate my tires while I was there at no additional charge. They did the work in the exact time Justin quoted me (45 minutes, without an appointment that day). The gentleman who handed me my car back explained in detail what they did that day. I can't be more satisfied and impressed. My sincere appreciation to all the team members at that location.

I happened to visit this store to have my tires inspected after getting a nail stuck in one of them. One of the representatives (Derrick) helped me inspect with no charge as the nail was very tiny and it didn t damage the tire. He was very professional and cordial. Thank you Derrick and Discount Tires!!!

I've never had a bad experience here, and today was no different! I went in to get my tires rotated, and I had such a good experience with Mel who helped me out, that I had to leave a review. She was extremely helpful, even recommended a shop to take my Jeep to get some engine work done on it, and she was very pleasant to be around and work with. She was a very genuine person, and it put she put a smile on my face today. Thank you Mel!

The best tire shop in the state of Georgia. I highly recommend them. Fast, Easy and they do some much things for free here. The insurance on the tires great and cheap. Great customer service.

Discount tire in general is great! Definitely have a lifelong costumer! I have purchased tires in the past for one of my cars but my new car I had a bolt in it and they were able to take it out and which it out my spare for free. In addition, the dealership said I would n the d to purchase a new tire but discount said I would be fine and so far so good! Appreciate them not trying get me to spend extra money :)

Refused to put air in my tire, spend way too much money here have a fleet contract . Ron was very rude waited 7 minutes for him to come tell me he cut the line off was nothing he could do. Said just need air he Stated didn t care or matter it is what it is can t believe a loyal customer would be sent on the road like that & also can t believe how he spoke down to me.... I could of pumped the air in myself.. Jeremy the store manager was no help at all allowing employee to talk rudely just for him to do the same with all his employees standing behind watching

Always have had good luck with Discount Tire. Fast and polite service with great prices on tires. I've checked other tire shops and dealerships and Discount Tire is always the cheapest. Also, even when the tires are a few years old, I've never had a hassle to get the tire repaired if I get a nail or something else. One thing I recommend is to make a reservation first! They take walk ins when possible, but you may wait a while.

If you want to know what excellent customer service is, just drop by a Discount Tire! They hire the best, train them well, and they deliver! Read the book, Six Tires, No Plan. Today a slow leak in a tire and they looked so hard to find it. Most others would just rip you off. I luv these guys!

This location had excellent customer service- we got a flat on the highway and came here since it was close. The process was expedited to get a new tire just put on the rim- and we knew how to change a tire to get it on, so we didn't have to wait for the car to be serviced/mounted etc. Overall would recommend and thankful for their help!

I had the pleasure of purchasing an amazing set of rims and tires at this location. The GM Jeremy sized, researched and found the perfect wheel for my classic truck. Discount Tires is the only place that I use. I have been using the Lilburn location for years. AAA offered me one of their preferred companies when I had a flat and I said no way take me to DT.

Made appointment. 2:45pm for tire rotation and sensor replacement. 1hour and half later. And another sensor replaced and I am done. Not sure if this is standard but you may have about this amount of wait if making appointments after noon. The morning is best. Also always make an appointment.

Had a tire blowout today on the interstate and they not only got me in immediately they got me 4 brand new tires on my car in just over an hour in a very very busy store. I am so thankful for the kindness and overall positive experience in a super stressful time today. Thank you especially to Derrick, Mel, and Juwan for being directly involved in my experience today.

Honestly one of the best customer service of any company I have patronized. I have bought a set of tires on the Discount Tires website for installation at this site. All done in 1 hour from my appointment start time. Rotation/balance for the life of the tires.I have had to get one of them replaced after a big chunk of metal ruined the sidewall after only 1000 miles. $23, done one day after I came to them with the problem. They shipped the same brand tire in. I didn't even have the added insurance on them.Brought my wife's car in after her valve stem got stabbed by a petty person. I needed to do her first rotation on tires I didn't buy from here, as well. I bought the lifetime rotation/balance for $60 flat/no tax. They did not even charge me for the valve stem replacement.

Went for an air check. Was sent a stairs report that included a tread analysis. That was appreciated. Will definitely consider them when I'm ready to buy new ones.

If you live around Spring Rd, there s no excuse to use anyone else. I ve had so many flats from all the construction and stuff around Smyrna and the last 2 years, and these guys always patch me up quickly and for free. I ve now brought 3 different vehicles to this location and they have blown me away every time. They are honest, quicker (and more affordable) than any other place and ALWAYS kind. I MIGHT be able to squeeze out another $100 in savings if I go through the P.I.T.A. that is Sam s Club, but they will never offer the convenience and customer service DT offers. 5 stars for Spring Road Discount Tire - and shout out to Mel for patiently dealing with my multi-car problems today

Came here after I had low tire pressure and couldn t find the leak in my tires. They found 2 small nails. Sold me a new tire and had me in and out in an hour! If you make an appointment you really do save yourself a lot of wait time! I ll definitely be back!

I had a nail in my tire, I have always used Discount tire in Tennessee because that s where I am from. I had to drive back to Tennessee that day for work and have always been able to get a tire plugged/patched within 10-20 min. I got there at 10:15 am and they gave me an estimated wait time of 2:15 pm. I had to call off work in Tennessee to just then be told at 1:30 p.m. that they could not do it because it was in the wall of my brand new tire. So I needed a new tire plus they wanted me to purchase a $140 maintenance package on top of that. All this would have cost me $470 plus tax out the door. Brand new car. Long story short, I kept air in my tire all the way back home and my guys patched it, NO PROBLEM ( same company) in 10 min for $0 DOLLARS. This place is a joke. Thank god I got a second opinion.
