Getting into my garage has been and issue and my car sure suffered from our battle. I had a broken passenger door mirror, broken bumper clips, and scraps on the sides of my bumper. Every morning when I stepped into my garage the damage to my car would be the first thing that I saw. After getting quotes from body shops that left me in shock, I went to see Lawrence. They are professional, detailed oriented, and timely. I was so pleased with the results .and the price! Please stop by and check them out .you won t be disappointed!

Thank you Lawrence for helping me in my time of need! Great customer service and an overall great guy that made sure we got the project done right on time.For y'all wondering, I needed to redo the upper apron & strut tower on my 2015 Subaru Forester to pass the state of Georgia's Rebuilt Title Inspection. Lawrence worked with me throughout the process to bring me peace of mind and ultimately have my vehicle pass the inspection, all at a reasonable price.If you're looking for customer service, this is your shop!

First off, I would like to say that Lawrence and his crew did more than an amazing job on my vehicle. I am still in awe. They treated me like family from the gate. He kept me informed every step of the way, and if you look at my vehicle, you can t even tell anything was wrong with it so if you were looking for the work done right, I suggest that you go see Lawrence and his crew with your issues. Trust me you won t regret it. They are amazing.

DISAPPOINTED - Complete Auto Body Detail Paint came highly recommended by a good friend who s used them for past collision repair, and after looking over the reviews, I was confident in using them for my front door replacement after my recent auto accident. Initially, speaking w/ owner Lawrence Peltier during the damage assessment, I felt assured that my vehicle would be in great hands for the repair. Unfortunately, I didn t experience the quality of customer service that I anticipated throughout the process.Upon dropping my car at the shop, there were delays in opening my door, where it took a week to perform. I was concerned about the delay, however, more so, there was a lack of communication in making me aware of the issues encountered, as well as presenting options that could of expedited this process. Lawrence was indisposed due to an emergency so his shop team was supposed to contact me about the ordeal, however, I never heard from anyone and if it wasn t for my proactiveness in calling the shop throughout the week, I wouldn t of been aware of the scenario. Upon finally having my door opened, I was informed of additional damages, which was expected, but when I had the opportunity to speak w/ Lawrence about the lack of communication, he was extremely defensive throughout the conversation. As I was paying for the repairs out-of-pocket, he informed that my vehicle was not a priority since insurance claims took precedence and made it appear as if I shouldn t of had the level of concern about the delay.Agreeing to move forward w/ the repairs, I remained proactive in checking upon its progress and my car was ready about 10 days later, however, upon receiving my vehicle, I found further interior damages from the team shifting components on my driver side to access for the repair, and there were issues closing my door properly. After bringing my car back to the shop to assess my grievances, Lawrence didn t want to accept responsibility, insinuating that with my car being older, it came in that way . He eventually agreed to adjust my door, as it wasn t closing fluidly, and when I came back again for the appt, he continued to deny the damages/rough treatment his staff left on my vehicle, to the point in which we were arguing in front of the shop w/ him asserting that he was only going to adjust my door. There were adhesive marks from taping on my car top, clear coat sanding debris throughout my dash, missing/loose interior components, etc. I eventually paid for full interior detailing on my own to correct, as I refused to breath in the fiberglass debris from the paint sanding for a week until the adjustment appt. Lawrence ended up removing the adhesive residue off my car top and windows, and cleaned my driver side front headlights following the argument, but at that point, it was too little, too late in terms of the quality of customer service received.As mentioned, I m highly disappointed and moving forward, aspire that the shop engages in better customer service consistently across the board whether you have a new vehicle, older car, insurance sponsored or self paid job. Complete Auto essentially gave my vehicle 2nd class treatment due to it being older, and the verbal confrontations from Lawrence left a negative impression where I m unable to entrust in their services at this point. As a customer, you expect quality care, especially if legit concerns are being brought to attention, and I didn t receive that I was left to fight for my claims and even when resolved, made to feel that my business wasn t valuable. The workmanship on the door itself was good, but between the arguments and residual damages left from the initial repair, I wouldn t recommend unless you have a brand new car being repaired under an insurance claim. I got my Ford Mustang repaired here a few months ago after i took too sharp of a turn and hit the corner of a narrow building entrance. The rear of the passenger door and bumper were badly scratched and dented. Took it to these guys and they fixed it up like brand new. Dont even remember what damage looked like anymore. They were very communicative and worked with my schedule to get the job done on time. They take pride in their work and are very trustworthy. Highly recommend these guys for any of your car repairs. Wish they did car mods too so i could take my mustang there for them to do as well

Lawrence did a good job on my car. My bumper needed to be repaired and painted after someone scraped it. The turnaround time was good and so was the cost of the repair. He also restored my headlights and they look much better than they did before. I am pleased with the quality of his work and I would recommend this shop for painting & repairs.Service: Painting

Lawrence and Joy did an amazing job fixing my car! Lawrence is honest, reliable, and had great recommendations for repairs at a reasonable cost to save you money. He had a very quick turnaround time and has a relationship with a nearby rental car service to make things even easier. He had my car fixed up and looking good as new within the timeframe promised (2 days!). I would recommend him to anyone and will keep coming back as needed! Lawrence was kind enough to accept my car when all other auto places were estimating not even assessing my car until October. I had run over a tire scrap on the highway when I was not able to avoid it safely and it tore my front bumper along with destroying my undercarriage. Lawrence fixed my car up nicely, tested it to make sure it was not overheating, and cleaned my car too. Thank you for everything Lawrence. A friend of mine accidentally backed his Bobcat into my Tacoma's right rear quarter panel and insisted I get it fixed properly so it would look like new. I took it to Complete Auto Body as Lawrence had done a nice job repairing my wife's car's rocker panel at a very reasonable cost.The price Lawrence quoted me for the work was very fair and I had him go ahead with the job. Unfortunately for him the job was far more involved than he realized due to issues with the aluminum body being difficult to work with. It took him a great deal longer to get it all done, but I was more than pleased with the result. Lawrence even found new graphics stickers to replace the factory ones that came with the vehicle. As the colors of the graphics were not the same as the original, he replaced both of them even though I had told him I was not worried about the difference (you can only see one side at a time). I was not charged extra for the stickers (they aren't cheap) nor did he charge me any more than his original quote. Lawrence could have charged me more than 2 1/2 times what his original quote was due to the unexpected difficulty of the work, but he did not. I find this kind of integrity and honesty a rare thing. The man obviously takes pride in his work and reputation; he even asked me to come back after my road trip (at no extra cost) so he could wet sand the paint job, touch it up a little, and make it look better (there was some barely discernible texturing to the paint) but honestly, I think it looks fantastic as is.I highly recommend his shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The owner of the business restored my faith in small business owners. I brought my 04 GMC ENVOY to have the driver and back doors fixed along with the bumper. I explained my situation and Lawrence fixed my car doors at an affordable price, since the buy here pay here I went was not trying to cooperate. The company ended up illegally taking the car back. But I will always bring my business and send any business to this man and his crew. They are professionals, their work is quality work, and I truly appreciate the courtesy, customer service and professionalism of Lawrence...

Lawrence and Joy were INCREDIBLE!! They took a bad situation that turned into a worse situation and headache and made it tolerable......at least from their end. We had A LOT of problems with the insurance company of the person that hit my vehicle. Lawrence and Joy did everything RIGHT and kept me informed while doing so. I would even say that they sometimes had to go out of their way and be totally annoyed by the insurance company as well as the car rental place. They remained professional and worked with me every step of the way. Unfortunately, it's going on two months and all the issues are not resolved with my vehicle. Lucky for me I still have Lawrence and Joy working with me!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Complete Auto Body has been great. Mr. Peltier has been repairing my cars over 15 years and I have not had a bad experience. His work is awesome and his prices are fair. I am still speechless on the AMAZING job that Mr. Lawrence and his staff just did on my car! He went above and beyond in fixing it and making it look new, just like the day I bought it. I have already been referring people to his shop. Most people want the number just in case! Everyone that sees it is amazed!!! If you have any dents in your car, you have to go see him and his staff! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!! This man has such a caring heart and looks out for you!!! Definitely a true Godsend!!!!!!!

Highly Recommended!!! I have patronized Complete Auto Body Detail and Paint for the last 3 years and will continue to do so. He is always professional and very knowledgeable. He tells me exactly what the problem is and doesn t encourage unnecessary repairs. My son also needed assistance from him and took the time to educate my young man on the aspects of the repairs, present and future maintenance. Lawerence is a trustworthy and a breath of fresh air especially when you are at the mercy of a auto body and repair shop. Again Highly Recommended !!!

Place was recommended by a family friend after I had an accident. The owner was very nice and able to answer all my questions. They worked with my insurance and made things easy. I visited once and the staff members that were there were nice. They had to jump the car because the battery was dead and I needed something out of the trunk. My car unfortunately was totaled but if I have an issues with the next car, I would definitely come here. I highly recommended simply based on the customer service.

One review is from owner so go figure. I don't recommend this company for any major repairs. Was hired to replace front passenger door and repair rear door after accident. I picked up vehicle in a hurry and immediately noticed ding on rear door was not completely removed. After waiting for insurance and repair we were too excited to just get rid of the rental and didn't say anything. Weeks later, on a cloudy day I noticed spots unpainted on the front door. I called owner Lawrence Peltier and he argued he never replaced or painted the front door only "blended it". It's my vehicle that was wrecked so I'd know where the car was hit. It's clear the recommended number of coats of paint are not on the car otherwise one could not see the original white base paint. Any untrained eye can see the difference and can point out the repaired side verse original side. The owner calmed down only after I challenged him and his hostility toward me. This is no surprise as when the car was picked up he never even came to release the vehicle. I had to go find him to say thank you, then in my haste to return the rental I forgot my receipt. It took 3 requests before finally getting any documentation from this company. In my opinion the owner is very hostile for no reason and discourteous. No matter when the missing paint was noted, he should have immediately invited me back to the shop to see the work and not argue that he wasn't supposed to do the work on the first place. I only went to this location as it was recommended by the driver who hit my car. If you can choose your own body shop, skip this one! Giving your own shop a top review is a clue to character.

Mr Lawrence had to fix problems that another body shop made. He looked at the entire car and communicated with me. Worked with me on a payment plan to get my car fixed. He was very helpful. Certainly recommend the service.

I am incredibly impressed with this body shop and they have not even started work. It was Friday afternoon and I have been through hell with Geico for a week before this. Needless to say Geico failed once again and there was an issue getting a tow truck to take my car to a body shop. This body shop agreed to stay until 5:30 and they normally close at 5. Well I arrived at 5:30 but the tow truck driver never showed with my car until after 6 as he went and did a job in between transporting my car. Unbelievable! Cami (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was so sweet and calming and Lawrence who owns the shop was fantastic on the phone. I finally feel like my issues will be resolved and I am confident my car is in good hands. Body shops these days are booked out but if you have an opportunity use this shop and if you have Geico #geicocustomerservicesucks, run for your life.Service: Body & Trim

The best place to have your automotive work done in the area. I recently moved to Atlanta and didn't have a local mechanic to go to, I did my research of local auto mechanics/body detail shops in the area I couldn't have been more pleased. Lawrence and his team do great work with very fair pricing, they took me thru the complete process in detail and explained what work was needed with the cost. I always bring my automobiles to Complete Auto Body.David C
