This was my first time bringing my car to Christian Brothers. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the kindness of the gentlemen at the front desk. I spoke to three different gentlemen, and all of them were very knowledgeable. They were patient and explained the issue and the process for fixing it. The communication throughout the day was excellent, so there were no surprises about the status of my car. I was able to get a shuttle ride back to Christian Brothers to get my car. And I was met with the same kindness and professionalism I had encountered when I dropped off the car. The owner, Craig, was very friendly and greeted me personally. It was a great experience! I will definitely be returning and will refer Christian Brothers to friends and family.

I have been coming to Christian Brothers for over a year now and must say it is the best service experience that I've ever had.I've had my son's Audi A6, my Audi A8L, my wife's Mercedes E350 serviced and could not be more pleased with the completeness of the diagnostics, and quality of the service. I highly recommend them.... even over the Car Dealers.

I have taken my truck in many times for various issues and the staff has always been friendly and courteous. They are transparent with their pricing. They care, and are customer centered. They build a relationship with their customers. I appreciate the how they treat me and I will be a long term customer of CB.

If there is anyone out there that can t find a decent mechanic I highly recommend Christian Brothers I checked the reviews before I went to them and they had good reviews and so when my car would not start one morning I got it towed to them and they did a awesome job they were very fast at finding the problem and they did a very fast and efficient job. Now I just got my first oil change by them and they did perfect job I usually don t leave reviews but this company is by far the best they even got they own shuttle to take you to your destination! Thanks so much for your excellent service!

What a mechanic experience should be. They're helpful, clear, transparent, and they use technology to send regular estimates/explanations of what's going on with your car and what needs to be fixed. They also did the job for a few hundred dollars cheaper than what was quoted to me by another mechanic. They're the best!

If you are looking for a place to get your car repaired with transparency and honesty, this is the place. I have a Wrangler TJ that needed some transmission work done and it was being finicky to get fixed. I had to bring the Jeep back a few times but they never gave up and never charged me for the extra visits to get it done right. Great customer service experience!

It s hard these days in the economy we live in to find reliable people that are willing to provide great service at a reasonable cost, but these guys are it!!!They currently service both of my vehicles and I ve now committed to them doing all my work. They go above and beyond to help you and find affordable solutions to my problems. I ve invested about $5000 with them to date and it s been worth it.I recently had an issue with one of my vehicles where all the total work was going to cost over $8k. They found me used rebuilt parts, no warranty protection of course, to keep me from going severely upside down in one of my vehicles. Not to mention I had an issue with some vehicle damage and they are currently working to resolve the issue for me.All in all they are great! They have great personnel on staff and the owner offers and drives the courtesy vehicle so you can be locally transported home while your vehicle is in the shop, so no need to call an Uber or a friend and hassle with waiting for someone to come take you home because they do it for you.Love this place!

They are always open about charges and never pressure me into an unneeded repair. Their inspection report is very thorough and they are prompt in getting service done. Their lobby room is cozy and the staff there are always kind. What more could you ask for?

$190 just for a diagnostic and then tried to drain me on the repair costs. Overpriced and did not try to help me resolve my car issues in an affordable way. Will never go back

I had an amazing experience at Christian Brothers this week. I have an old car that I knew was about to give out, and they were super helpful and honest about what was a worthy investment due to the age of the vehicle and my safety. I will be getting a new car soon & will be returning only to this location to get it serviced in the future. Thanks CBA for your help!

2/5/24 I still feel like they were nice the people who took the time 2 speak. I really want to say I don't stay in Smyrna I feel like all the work they've did on my car I feel like I owe them. When I said once before that any further repairs I'm going to go to them because they brought my car back to life. I wish they would have told me on the phone though that I will have to leave my car and I wouldn't have drove 28 minutes only thing they know from seeing me I'm disabled . It is a hassle to get there an be told I will have to leave my car something I can't do because I am my kids only means of transportation so i will no what my move is. Y'all are still the best I appreciate everything y'all have done thus far I wanted to have you'll to fix my car so it won't get in bad shape again. Greatful for all you'll do.4/20/24 gm I no y'all won't about it but I called your Establishment numerous times after you all did so-called free repairs to me how many people donated funds for you all to do the work. I called in and told you all that it was a problem with the brakes due to the fact that you all did not listen I was in a major wreck I called and left a message on the owners voicemail which I did not get a call back, if there doing work for you an it's free make sure you have somebody check after them lucky were alive I say we because all my kids were in the car I really attempted 3 times to get my brakes done you had to push the brake to the floor in order for the car to stop.I wish I would've kept something in writing to hold you'll accountable this is so not ok

All we ve heard of is this company s great reputation and how they keep their mechanics honest. Unfortunately, as of 4:57 today, a Christian Brothers automotive driver nearly took my fianc�e and I s life. We were biking on Spring Road going through the intersection of Village Parkway when the Christian Brothers driver in a company car decided to not yield to pedestrians, sped through the intersection on a left turn, and came a split second from ending my fianc�e s life.If they don t care about how they drive their own vehicles, how can you ever expect to care about yours? I have to leave this review as they nearly took one of the most important things of all, my partners life. This is not excusable. Learn to drive a car before you try to work on other people s cars.

I scheduled 2 back tires + O/C. On the drive to drop my car off... my back tire went flat 1/2 mile from CBA. They called me as I tried to change tire ( ugh!). They provided me a # for a FREE tow. EZ SMARTPHONE SCEDULER And gave me a ride home. My driver/check in guy was absolutely great!

None of us like it when that check engine light says ughhh. I m like not today, yep my exhaust system needs to be replaced. Well at least the one next to the firewall. I didn t want to wait to late to have it repaired/replaced afraid it ll mess up my engine or something. Got to work, sat in my vehicle for a few minutes, got the courage up to do a GOOGLE search on a service place to get it done . This place called Christian Brothers Automotive of Smyrna . I know, that what stuck in my head. The whole Christian Brothers is what told me to check them out. I liked that. Got there, the lobby was super clean, smelled super fresh, bottomless coffee if you want it. Close to some eateries or if you just wanted to go for a walk you could. Talked with Steven, got me in. Even shuttled me home and picked me back up when my car was ready. Reasonably priced, my SUV drives like it suppose to. I would like to thank EVERYONE at Christian Brothers Automotive for taking care of my family.

Had a moment to review. I just could not give this amazing team their propers!Christian Automotive had been truly an honest experience.With the access of YouTube and the internet as well as Six brothers Never have the mechanics found a problem with my Chevy Equinox that was not accurate. They even redirected me to the dealership for a major issue that was covered under my warranty, though they could have charged me.The honesty of these guys very rare these days! I don t go anywhere where else!Highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive of Acworth!

I can t express in words how much Christian Brothers has exceeded all my expectations of what excellent, honest, personable and just great business practices look like. They really seem to care for their customers and don t hide the fact that they will go above and beyond to ensure you leave their business better than you entered. Whether it s service for a repair or a proposal/inspection only, the experience is a pleasant one. This is the only place I trust to perform work on any of my 4 vehicles. After a different company cancelled on me twice Christian Brothers Automotive helped me take care of my car in no time. Steven Williams was kind and explained all the repairs to me. Price was a little higher than what I originally wanted to spend but the fact that they got everything done in a day was priceless. Will go to them for all future auto needs.

Excellent, friendly, and quick service. Came here to get a 2nd opinion and will be coming here for future issues. They provide pictures, tests, and descriptions to make sure you know exactly what is going on and the conditions they are in. The prices are also affordable.

The best, fair, and most efficient repair services I have ever had. They will send you detailed written digital reports with photos of all the work they recommend, include pricing for parts and labor individually, and allow you to accept or decline any work you wish to have done. Steven A. handled my entire case, and anytime I called CB or received a call, it was always the same person who I talked to who knew my case well (he was an incredible and knowledgeable representative). Seriously the most honest, transparent, easy to understand auto repair center I have ever experienced.
