Work ordered and paid for was never done even though the service advisor assured me if the service tech said it was done it was done, but it wasn't. Tire rotation ordered and paid for: NOT DONE. Wheel alignment ordered and paid for, NOT DONE, BUIT i WAS ASSURED IT WAS. A blind person could see the same front tires still on the front and not the back. How is an alignment job done on a front end that was never touched??? I ordered the cabin air filter to be changed. As the cabin air filter is behind the glove compartment box and has to be removed, how can I tell if a new air filter was actually changed and replaced with a new one, I can't unless I removed the glove box all together and remove the filter for a visual inspection. That's a good one. I order the LED lights in the headlights fixed and have all lights working properly. When I picked up the car the lights were only aligned but never fully fixed. WOW WOW WOW, what kind of business is this??? MONKEY BUSINESS, that's what kind. Oh yeah, when I told the service advisor about this and asked for a refund, he refused and said they don't give refunds. How about i get a refund from them through my lawyer. FUN FUN FUN....DON'T USE CAPITAL CADILLAC SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Electrical, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Update: After keeping the car for 17 days, they wanted to charge over $1000 to repair an issue for which they had previously charged the warranty thousands! Do Not Go Here! Took girlfriend in to pickup her car that they said was ready for pickup. When they brought it out the issue was worse than when she dropped it off. Then, they never called back with resolution plan as promised and even forgot the car was still there. Horrible service.

As far as service centers at car dealerships go typically, this one is top notch. They ve been reasonably fast with the service each time and so far I haven t felt as if I am being overcharged with anything.Our car is still new, so all of this may change later on down the road (pun intended), but right now I am well pleased.

Clean and comfortable waiting area with workspaces and a lounge area with a TV. Complimentary beverages (no food since COVID). Friendly staff and fairly quick service for routine maintenance things. They are usually competitively priced.

I was recommended by a friend of mine to go to Capital Cadillac I was looking for a oil cap top I found it there personnel was very professional and friendly and knew exactly what I needed great job keep up the good work God bless Reverend Ross be encouraged always thank you
