Finding a reputable Diesel Mechanic and shop is harder and harder nowadays. I ve been working with Capital for 3 years now and have not had a bad experience.Service Writers Radi and Amy are friendly and do not pressure you with additional service work. Their recommendations are appropriate and timely. Scheduling service work is frictionless.The shop is clean and the waiting room is spotless. Pretty good coffee too.The big deal for me is the free drop off and pick up shuttle. Saving the indignity of an Uber.The Shuttle driver, Marco is a friendly chap who will contact you and pick you up on time.The service work is textbook and the fees, well, they are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. If you are a loyal to Capital they occasionally send some really good service coupons which takes the edge off the total price.Bottom line- for me, Capital s service has been accurate, clean, appropriate and trustworthy.

Service Tech Leonard was very professional, helpful & friendly. He went above & beyond to help me with my current issue of my new Canyon's "Phantom Braking" & a 5 month old issue with getting the correct straps installed on the "Tonneau Cover" added to my vehicle purchase in November 2023. He personally readjusted the strap install & discovered that the straps were correct & the holder to click the strap into was wrong. He ordered the correct strap holder & said it should be in within a week. Thank You Leonard!!! Great Employee!!! Praying the computer reprogramming of my "Forward Collision Alert/Automatic Emergency Braking" & camera adjustment has removed the safety issue with the phantom braking.

The great customer service began with the initial phone call from Blake. When we arrived at the showroom, Blake was there to escort us around the property. He took us over and explained the finer points/options included with this vehicle. We test-drove the vehicle several miles and we returned ready to purchase the vehicle. The experience was exciting, to say the least. The encounter was professional and light-hearted but balanced. There were no negative experiences. We will purchase a vehicle at this dealership again when necessary.

Zach was amazing and extremely helpful with helping me figure out what I wanted. He was friendly and polite from the minute i walked in and was super patient with me and all my questions the entire time. He really knows his stuff about the cars and can help you make the best choice for yourself. I will definitely be buying another car through him he made me less anxious; i usually hate going to the dealership. I m in love with my new 2024 Buick Encore ST & I m so happy I chose Capital Buick to buy it!

Going on five attempts to fix an issue with our Acadia Denali. This time no loaner car available. I cannot believe this how a customer of over 7 years is treated. No more. We ll be taking our business elsewhere for both new car purchases and service. Unacceptable.Edit: (April 10, 2024) now on our 6th visit. Unbelievable. Again. No loaner and waited over an hour for the shuttle to work.

Mannnnnnnn I found the only truck in Georgia that was fully loaded here at Capital GMC I looked at GMC dealerships in Macon, Columbus, Cordele, Warner Robins, Griffin and other GMC dealerships.. I Called Blake and a deal was made.. I am very pleased with the service. I purchased a 2024 GMC Sierra Elevation top of the line, fully loaded with leather, sunroof, side step, spray Berliner, and Bose stereo for Trim package Elevation did I say this was the only truck like this in Georgia?

Factory ordered a 2024 GMC Sierra. Theo was very helpful throughout the process and frequently shared status through delivery day. Delivery and purchase occurred with no surprises and relatively quickly. Overall we recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new truck.

My vehicle was ready however I was not notified. I called and could not get through to anyone in SD. I eventually just drove to pick my vehicle up, by the time I got there they were closed. The next day I was expecting someone to notify me that my car was ready and nothing. After spending nearly $2000 dollars for repairs, I would expect someone to call me and let me know my car was ready. Fortunately I'm blessed to have more than one vehicle and was not horribly inconvenienced. My customer service experience was awful.

Had an accident and the body work done at this location before the collision center was moved. I have taken my car back at least 15 times for an issue that remains unresolved. The service manager basically told me they hear the noise, can't find it and to just turn the radio up if I don't want to hear it. That doesn't solve the issue. It's a loud rattling noise coming from under the car (exhaust area). While Rodi has been super nice and understanding, my car still hasn't been fixed.

Worst of the worst, shady! Scammy, took $115k of my hard working dollar just to tell me they re not willing to sell me the car. Waited all day for a tracking number for a reimbursement check back. Jerking me around and not answering my phones, putting me on hold for hours. Still didn t get my money back. Will definitely take the appropriate legal action. $115k that isn t being reimbursed after receiving it from me with a shady bill of sale and not willing to sell me the car which is absolute discrimination. Make other phone calls around. They don t have any special deals or any special cars you can t get at another dealerships. Bunch of shady scammers. Disgusting.

I had the worst experience with the service department. Long story short, I brought my car in and told them it needed a new timing chain, diagnosed by a different shop. They never wrote this down during intake. They returned my car to me stating a new timing chain was not necessary. A few month later, my engine was destroyed due to my timing chain snapping. I received absolutely no sympathy, understanding, or apology for my car being totaled due to the negligence of this business. I had to sell a 2014 luxury Buick for $1k. To top it off, they're still calling and emailing me with service reminders even after multiple requests to be removed from their client list. Do NOT trust this dealership. Get everything in writing.

When the saying get you someone that s cares, and see you win , really is a person. I had the pleasure of being guided by one of sales associates here Mr. Kenya. At first you not successful you TRY..TRY AGAIN. Look at me now.The staff I met during the process and time were friendly and great. Wheww where do I begin ? I ve had some good and bad moments with Capital Buick but overall I m satisfied. It all began November 2023 I had my SUV towed due to an issue with it not wanting to drive. I had to pay money I really didn t have to get it fixed missing days of work due to no ride and some. Then, right after thanksgiving, I had to take it back because what was supposedly fixed was not. I was very angry because as a single mother of four kids working full time and in school, I NEED my SUV as it s our only transportation and we have no family here. After that, I took it back again December 2023 because my brakes locked up on me while I was driving on Christmas which almost created a HORRIBLE accident. So now I m thinking if they did a multipoint inspection I shouldn t have any issues right now because they would have caught them all. WRONG!! so I took it back and they fixed the issue (or at least I thought they did). A month later my brakes begin to sound like metal on metal so I take it BACK to the dealership letting them know what s going on now and they fixed it roughly two days ago. Throughout this entire thing, Rahdi and the service team really helped me out. When I had to return it for the first time after the initial repair I was hotter than fish grease!!! During each encounter, I kept communication letting them know what s going on and giving them whatever it was they needed. Although I ve come out of pocket a little over $2,000 later, it s fixed and I m happy (as long as nothing else comes up). I won t change from their business only because they clean up their mistakes. I read a few comments prior to using this dealership for service and was hesitant, but as long as you communicate with them, they do their best to assist you. Thank you Rahdi and the service team and there s someone who recently helped me this last time but I forgot his name (sorry). Im very appreciative. I hope to only see yall again for an oil change or because I am able to buy a bigger SUV (this one is outgrowing my children )

Excellent customer service, I had to bring my vehicle in multiple times for numerous issues and they were able to take care of me. I still have some more repairs i have to get done but my overall experience has been great, and would recommend anyone to service their vehicles here.

I had an auto accident back in OCT 2022. This was during a peak season where all the shops were backed up. I wanted to have a GM certified shop handle my repairs due to the extensive damages from the accident. After calling around I sw the body shop who confirmed that my vehicle would be able to be inspected within a week by the manager Jimmy. To avoid any delays on my part, I promptly have the vehicle towed overnight at this location. Worst decision ever ! I was given the run around regarding the estimate being created, and sent back to my insurance for approval, I infact had to call multiple times, send a number of emails just to get things moving along. Which took up to 3 weeks, same thing happened with the supplement. I was told by the collision center the delay was my insurance company, until they started CC ing me on emails which proved it was the body shop causing the delay. My repairs took 2-3 months to complete. I was told they were pending parts nearly 6 times, was blatantly told they used my parts for another vehicle which delayed my repairs, was told they were in the process of tearing it down for two weeks straight, the baseless excuses are limitless. After having another shop take a look at the supp, I was advised the supp should ve taken no more than 2 weeks to repair!!! And that this shop was just kicking the can because they were ultimately behind. I finally received my car just before new years. The horror doesn t end there, I had a number of issues from the repairs. Found out some of the parts put back on my car are the originals involved in the accident with a new paint job i.e why my bumper hangs off at times and why there s a spreading crack in grille. My headlight lamp began to fog, and in my YMM that means that it wasn t sealed correctly and the entire headlamp assembly requires replacement. Contacted the shop and they acted as if they never touched my headlamp and it didn t have a warranty, even though it was a front on collision accident so I know it was replaced. At this time I couldn t find the supp anymore and just trustee they would be honest, as why lie when it could be disproven. My a/c also didn t work, hadn t realized until it started to get warmer out around MARCH/APRIL. Apparently they did not refill the coolant during repairs, found that out by a number of a/c diagnostics. My YMM refrigerant recharge is north of $600 due to my a/c type. $600 I do not have to spend if the fault is not my own doing. I continuously called from MAR 23, the god awful hot summer of 23, and DEC 23. Pleading for someone s assistance, but no countless reps continuously advising your a/c wasn t touched or replaced I m looking at the estimate here . Until JAN 24 when I found the supp again and behold line item 32-33 AC Service refrigerant recovery evacuate and recharge . I called the collision center, with valid proof because surely you guys would be willing to fix your own mistakes, however apparently the collision center has closed down. That is however no problem of my own, as Capital Buick GMC is still in business off of Cobb Parkway and has a service center. After speaking with the service center manager, I was advised there s no way you went an entire year without a/c the audacity and the condescending tone alone is baffling especially when the proof is right there! I was instructed any repairs would have to be out of pocket, as the story is too far fetched to be believable, oh and the diagnostic fee is over $100 and will not be waived. God Bless anyone who brings their car here.

The team was very nice and professional. I did not have an appointment for my oil change but they were able to accommodate me walking in and they also provided the shuttle service for me. I ll definitely be back to this location.

The staff at the service desk were awesome. However, I learned the sales team will tell you ANYTHING to get a sale. I was told my oil changes were free for a year and that wasn't true. I was told I'd get $500 in rewards to use, guess what? Also not true. Imagine my surprise having to come out of pocket for an oil change a little under 7 months of purchasing the car. There were other things that i was told that weren't true, but I'll get off my soapbox. My friend was looking to trade his Silverado in for the new Denali and I told him to go to a different dealership because of the salesperson here.

Angel (sales) and Charles(finance) were great to deal with. Angel followed up a couple times after first visit to check the vehicle out. Charles in finance helped make the transaction and financing process very smooth and showed all details and explained a lot. Probably the best finance manager I ever dealt with to be honest.

I live in Nashville but they had the Buick with all the features I wanted. Pretty much the whole process was done online, on my time. When my car arrived (driven to me for a fee) it took a few minutes to sign my life away and the car was mine. No sitting in a dealership for hours. I couldn t be more pleased with my new Encore either!

The purchase process was smooth. It was good to see that the seamless process is still in place since my last Capital purchase in 2008. Sales Consultant Errol McLean was very professional and knowledgeable and Charles Dorsey in the Finance Department was not pressuring and I appreciated that.

Leonard in service was fantastic. The side mirror on my car was broken. He was able to replace just the glass ($168) instead of the whole assembly which would have cost a lot more. I have always been skeptical that dealers always look to do more than is really required due to driver ignorance. Leonard has restored my faith.On another matter, the appointment scheduling system on the phone stinks. Took 6 minutes from a person whose English was fair. 4 minutes of questions not related to my repair. 2 minutes of trying to sell other services before I got the appointment. 2 hours later I got a call from a sales lady trying to get me to buy a new car. They need to fix this.

He was personable and explained the impending services. Compared to visits at other dealerships, the service was timely and exceeded my expectations. After receiving my vehicle for service oil change and rotation of tires I noticed a loud squeaky noise on my front tire while I was driving. That noise was not there before I serviced my vehicle I did call the next day to report the issue they told me to bring the vehicle in for inspection but I had appointment that could not be canceled the day after the service so I m planning on taking my vehicle 2 days after the service was done to see what was the issue is
