I would like to thank Erwin, for the effort he put into helping my Nephew get his car running. We tried everything. We purchased a brand new battery and it still did not work. We had to also purchase a new terminal connection. He put in some time to assist us, and I drove all the way from Woodstock to help jump my nephews car. And I forgot my tools. I did bring the jumper cables. I'm not a mechanic, but I saw that the terminal connector was broken. We could not get the screw loose on the terminal for the battery. He added a shim to the battery stem and finally got the battery to work as it should have. He also recognized that the battery did not have a tie hold. Without Erwin's assistance my nephew's family would not have a car to drive for two jobs the next morning.It was 20 minutes before closing. Since the car did not have a tie hold down for the battery, I waited for somebody to be free. There was only one person when I walked back in. After about 10 minutes, I saw the older gentleman, I thought might be the manager. I asked him did he ever heard of a universal tiedown for the battery. He said he had not heard of one.But while driving home I looked on Amazon and saw one that was very inexpensive. So I called my nephew, to tell him I found one on Amazon. He saw it on Amazon, and decided to see if Auto Zone had one, and found that Auto Zone sold them as well.My wife is a retail manager and works 70 hours a week. Please tell me that the manager did not lie because he wanted to leave the store close to 9:00pm. That was wrong. It's amazing that workers are more customer friendly than managers.

I just wanted to come on Google Reviews and give HUGE S/O to Ms. COURTNEY for coming threw for me yesterday afternoon.She helped me get a new battery with the budget I was working with. I well taken cared of and I just wanted to give her, her FLOWERS Because she treated me so WELL, I told her I would be back to get a better battery for my car, I just needed something to hold me over until then.GREAT SERVICE and Thanks again Girl, you are a life saver

When my car stalled at the hiking trail, I got a jump and immediately proceeded to this AutoZone. I was assisted by David, who was very kind and thorough. I needed a new battery. He gave me all of my options. When I told him that my car has over 300,000 miles, he understood the assignment.I appreciate good customer service. I especially appreciate being heard and not hustled. I was in very good hands with David. Thank you.

These guys were so helpful and friendly. I had a light to light up on my dashboard and I went in to the AutoZone store. The gentleman was able to do a diagnostic test and tell me what the problem was and I was able to buy the part needed to fix my car from AutoZone. This saved me money, time and worry.

Had a last minute issue in front while in town on a Sunday before closing just to discover doors locked 7 minutes before closing guy counting down register just looked at me as if he wasn't in the wrong for shutting down the establishment early

Sold my wife a set of wheel covers. 1 of the wire braces is broke. We didn't break it. I've called this # 10 times and no answer. This store used to be awesome. The last 6 months to a year its became pitiful.

Experienced excellent customer service today. a young lady, I think her name was Cal or Col, was extremely helpful with my battery issues. She took the time to figure out how to remove the complicated battery and then replaced it, especially in this heat too. Everything from the initial test of my old battery, to purchase and installation of new took about 15 minutes.

I received great customer service today. Larry not only tested my battery and sold me a battery, but he installed the battery. He was very patient with me, thank you, auto zone staff, and kudos to Larry!!!!!+

Every time I come here they take good care of me! One employee when I went last week name CLO L. She was so amazing! She not only helped me in a timely manner but she assisted me with what I needed and took the time to install my lights in my car. CLO L needs a raise because she took the time to help me and advised me on what my car needed! Definitely will continue with this Auto Zone. The service is great, they always have what you need and the employees are friendly and helpful

AWFUL service. my mom bough a battery from another store that was at this location so she came here to pick it up and get it installed. INSTEAD the store manager refused to install it because they didn t make the sale unbelievable how bad their customer service is. He should get fired.

The employees here are horrible and lazy! The old man with the baldhead has a disgusting attitude. Beware if u decide to go here for anything! They will make u wait in line for a long time and then tell you they can't provide a service bc they have a line. Its retail you always have a line at some point and that shouldn't deter you from providing services. Needless to say I'll go to O'Reilly's for what I need bc going here is a wastw of energy and time! This is my 2nd time dealing with pissy attitudes from men no less from this location. There wont be a 3rd! If i could give them 0 I would.

Staff was amazing, wonderful woman on the phone assured me that I would be helped regardless of needing assistance with my battery(jaguar f-pace). The manager Larry took care of the situation fast and effectively, could not have asked for a better experience!

Very friendly and efficient store! Geraldo helped me quickly and there was no wait time. He checked my battery for free and told me exactly what I needed to do to fix my battery without having to buy a new one. Very friendly and helpful. I'll be sure to be back if I have any auto needs! I can not say enough about the service that Larry provided today. I was in need of a new battery but didn t know exactly where to start. It was raining really hard so I knew it might be difficult to get someone to install the new battery for me. When I called in to see if I could get someone to assist me Larry answered and began to help me right away. He was courteous, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. He shared the various battery options available and made an excellent recommendation that didn t leave me feeling like I was being price gouged because I am a woman (something I ve experienced at other auto parts stores in the past.) He also installed the new battery for me in record time and took the old battery away, The entire process took less than 30 minutes! Thank you Larry for EVERYTHING!

i don't understand why they can't pick up the phone. i called 6 times today across like 5 hours to be put on infinite holds. i work 12hrs a day i don't have time for silly games.Edit: Yep, they kept putting me on hold until they closed. 30 minutes of nonsense. Maybe morning shift will give a slight more care.

Came to them earlier today, to see if I can purchase a crowbar or lug wrench to help change my tire. The manager, Larry, suggested a 4-way crowbar, which unfortunately didn't work. I went to return it and was able to away it for a wrench set. Keep in mind, he knew what my circumstances were and by no means did he state that once I make this purchase that the item couldn't be returned. The wrench set didn't work either, so like the crowbar, I tried to return it, only to be told thst I couldn't return the item, from an employee. I asked if he could confirm with his manager, the same one that I was working with earlier, just for him to refuse to take the item back. I felt that should have been mentioned prior to my purchase. Now that's fifty dollars lost and a wrench set that I'm stuck with, that serves me no purpose.

On the eve of Tuesday May 30th (9:05p), I visited this location to get some license plate bulbs for my car. The Black male stated my cost was $6.99 before tax, but the screen showed $8.99. When I asked about the increase in the cost, he repeated the same, then handed me the bulbs and a small packet.When I asked him about the packet, he said I needed it to install the bulbs. He didn't disclose this up front. He waited until after I had made the purchase. I have a newer vehicle and I'm not totally familiar with it.I asked him if he could help me install the bulbs. He stated he couldn't help me, nor was anyone there to help me. I asked for Geraldo, because he usually helps but Geraldo wasn't in. The guy just shewed me off. He was very disrespectful.I left the store and went to my car to try and figure it out. There was a man who asked me if I was okay. I told him the guy at AutoZone wouldn't help me, and I didn't know how to install the bulbs. He introduced me to a man who did car repairs. I later learned the man he introduced me to, was the Owner of an auto repair shop. The man (Owner) was really nice and helped me out.When the (Owner) man was installing my bulbs, I observed, the Black male, from AutoZone, who told me he couldn't help me, walk outside and help 2 Caucasian females. I saw him lift up the hood to their car and used a device. Horrible, and he wouldn't help me.He kept looking over in our direction. Why? What a shame and a disgrace to have someone like that working for AutoZone. Racist and disgusting.AutoZone need to check their cameras, in the store and outside. The cameras will validate what happened. What a horrible experience.

Great customer service, and very helpful. When my battery died near another location, but they didn t have it. So I went to S Cobb, and they were able to find my battery under warranty and get me going.

I want to personally thank Billy B and the other gentleman in the commercial department. My friend had a blowout the night before and he helped us with the parts that she needed to get her car back on the road. We didn t know what her vehicle needed. Billy told us every part that we needed. She purchased the parts. We were pleased with the customer service.

Very inexperienced staff that not only need training on their lifetime pad warranty policy but need customer service training. Babera was very rude. The gentleman that was servicing us called her over for help and she had an attitude about that. She was talking to me super rude like a friend she plays bridge with. You are to be respectful of customers at all times! If you can't do that then you don't need to be working with the general public. We ended up calling another location and they were able to accommodate us and their policy was honored. This location has been terrible for years. There was a couple of people here who were great. But the rest of the staff need some serious help!

Clo really helped me out today. Made sure i had the battery i needed even when her location didn t have it and then when the other location gave me the runaround about installation, she made sure she took care of me. I had to go pick the battery up about 30 minutes away and she did what she had to do to make sure i felt compensated for bringing it back here to get installed. Amazing customer service!

The best Service ever!! Larry came outside and quickly evaluated the need for a battery. I went inside and he installed quickly with a smile and great personality. The store was filled with friendly workers. I highly recommend this location!!
