Bought a lot of stuff from here in the past but after today won t be dealing with this place. I called to get a receipt emailed to me. Stacy didn t want to help and sounded irritated . While I was explaining to her that I don t have an invoice number but my phone number and name should be in the system she puts me on hold without saying anything . After a few seconds of music the call disconnected. I called back and said I think the call disconnected ( I know it disconnected but that s the nicest way to say I think you hung up on me lol) . She gets even more irritated starts breathing hard and tells me she transferred me to someone already. I start talking she transfers me again mid sentence without saying she s going to transfer me. U ever have to speak to anyone here avoid Stacy and her bad attitude.

Easy to find location. Walked in a salesperson greeted me. Asked me what make, model and year. Great pricing. The salesperson walked into warehouse and returned in five minutes. Paid $90.00 and left all within fifteen minutes. Ed Voyles quoted me $244.00. None in stock. Bet they buy from these people.Get s quote then call 1-800 Radiator.Thank you

Poor customer service. Can't deliver or pickup at a location that I gave them for a warranty claim. They shipped to one address for the original radiator (which failed in 6 months) so I had to pay someone different who was cheaper to pull their defective radiator out in order to put their replacement one in. When I spoke to the gentleman about the replacement radiator I clearly stated that I wasn't shipping it to the same address as before and gave him the new address. They still sent it to the address where I originally purchased the radiator. I had to go there and take the replacement radiator to the new address and called 800radiator and told them they shipped it to the wrong address and he apologized and said they must have not read the notes. I asked if it'd be a problem if they could pick up the old radiator at the shop I had swap the radiators and he said no. I then had to call them back and talk to Bruce who said he'd take care of it and it'd be picked up. 2 weeks go by and I get a call from the location the original radiator had been shipped to saying that they are calling them wanting the radiator. So, I call 800radiator back and they claim UPS can't find the address. I gave them the shops number as well and the lady said UPS doesnt call people and that she's busy with other customers and she'll have to call me back. If you want to do business with this location you better go picky it up or you'll have a headache to deal with. I've been going through this for almost 3 weeks.

Best price around on a brass and copper (all metal) heavy duty radiator for my daughter's Jeep Cherokee. Staff was friendly and put up with my calls when it didn't show up on time (FedEx driver left it on truck and came back at the end of the day, leaving it on the loading dock without talking to anyone).

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! It was an inexpensive way to replace my radiator. Although it was far from where I live, it was easy to get to. If I ever need another one or I know someone who needs a radiator I will definitely recommend this place.

I posted an order and payed for it. They said that they would deliver. 5 days since I ordered and still no part. The story has changed a few times so you know they're lying to you.

Good service if you order parts but if they send you wrong part they have every excuse in book not to pickup return I was very disappointed after 1weak I have to drive my self to return wrong parts

I bought a radiator , went to repair shop , was my antifreeze reservoir, not my radiator , I was allowed a full refund by the kind people in 1800radiator
