Called this shop about a 03 eclipse that had been rebuilt in 2015 two years ago...out of warranty im guessing. Opened up tranny and found it was not reassembled properly causing 4th gear friction and steels to burn up. I asked about getting the friction plates i was ask where my shop is. Ok yes im ASE certified. No i don't need to be. There is a complete rebuild manual online. Step by step not hard. Be aware that was his wife's attitude not his i was being nice she was getting defensive over a simple mistake that could be made by anybody. Guess you might need to check your warranties. Over all i dont deal well with someone who doesn't know what a friction plate is.

Took my 05 grand marquise with 60,000 miles to get torque convertor replace because mine was making a noise. Called and said it was ready. When we got there, crunck up car and there was a major exhaust leak that was clearly heard. Said they would fix it and be ready the next day and they would call. Next day no call so i called and got vm. Didnt have the respect to call and let me know anything. 3 days later, they brought car to my house and dropped it off. There was a coke can in my drink holder, grease on door, middle arm rest and a grease handprint on the drivers seat. So unprofessional! Drove the car. Sluggish on start. Vibration underneath car that comes through pedals and floorboard. Slowed down at red light and then gave it gas, the car stalled out for second then popped into gear! Later on as it was shifting, it popped again! $960 and i have more problems now then i did when i took it to them! So unprofessional!! Tried 2 times, still dont have it rite!! Now i will have to pay to have it fixed again! Unreal!! Exhaust leak, Grease and trash from them inside, sluggish on start, vibration underneath, stalling and popping when shifting! And i just needed a new torque convertor!!! They was recommended by a mechanic at church, but i highly do not recommend them! As i said, tried 2 times to get it rite and its worse now then it was when i took it!! Unreal! Unprofessional!! And surely no pride in there work!!!Service: Transmission

Only good thing was the price. Never got to meet anyone face to face but once. No one was ever in the office. Shady business. Poor work quality. Left my car filthy. Messed up a few things. Had to get it fixed at another shop because I got tired of dealing with people over the phone with smart attitudes because there wasn't ever anyone in the office. Wouldn't recommend. Only good thing I got from that place was a dirt cheap price. But you get what you pay for. Spend the little extra and go to a professional.Service: Transmission

They had our transmission rebuilt in 2 days. We are very pleased with the job they done for us. I can t say enough good things about this business. Thank you for doing such a good job! I will highly recommend you guys!

Extremely courteous, Professional, and very informative. They not only looked into my intial concern but troubleshot for any additional underlying problems as well for a complete view of my vehicles repair needs. They were quick as well seeing to my diagnosis within the same day. I highly recommend allowing them to look into any service regarding your vehicles transmisson service or repair

Awesome customer service! Will help in anyway possible! Won't sell you a rebuild if not required! Transmission hero has built 5 Transmissions for me and I will continue to use them! Do yourself a favor and not waste your time and money anywhere else! GO TO TRANSMISSION HERO!!

I called the office of Transmission Hero and described the transmission issue that I had, stated the vehicle, engine type, body style, transmission type, etc....I asked if they were willing to work on my truck and they said yes. I paid for my vehicle to be towed to their shop and transmission hero said they would call me with an estimate and then I could decide what route to go. Three days later transmission hero called me and informed me that they did not work on Manuel transmissions....we had covered on our first conversation that this vehicle was an F350 flatbed, 5 speed manual transmission...covered it explicitly. Now I m paying another tow fee to retrieve my vehicle. I will never call these folks again.Service: Transmission

Had a Transmission go out on the Car so I took it to this Place and had it Fixed.I have to say they know what they are doing at Transmission Hero..He test Drove it and was able to tell us what was wrong..He went out of his way to get us bac up and Running as fast as he could and we have not had one Problem after he Repaired it and we could not beat the Price we got it done for..I have seen him a couple of time and he ask how is the Car doing and that is a Man that Cares about the People he does work for..I will always use them and if you are Smart you will to because they Treat you Right and they do Great Work..Transmission Hero is the Correct Name for this Place because if it had not ben for them we would be in Trouble..I give them all 5 Stars because that is all they will let me give but I give them but I will give them an A+ and a 101% Satisfaction on Everything even the Dogs they Have because they even came out to Greet us when we went down to the shop and I thought that was Cool..So give them a Call or just go See them at Transmission Hero and don't forget to Pet the little ones to they are all Great People..So don't forget, Transmission Hero @ 1289 Bethel Church Rd SeSilver Creek, Georgia 30173, or give them a Call @ 706 - 237 -6410.Thanks for Everything and Tell Buddy I said Hi.Johnny W. Family owned an operation which means they treat you like family did my transmission in timely matter an gunateed their work 2mts later transmission works great also done other mechanical work. All in all I would recommend them for all your vehicle work
