Worst customer service ever. Whoever the lady is that answers the phone. She should not be the first person a customer has to talk to. Very rude and very short. Had questions and she was t willing to answer. So much for a small town tire store.

My son in law Matthew took his car over to them on 11/28 for an alignment. Car worked perfectly fine before dropping it off. Now it's making an extremely loud noise when driving it. This was not there before!!!!!!!!!!! They refused to look at it or give him his money back and the mechanic they referred him to, their mechanic, wants even more money to look at something they screwed up!!!!! Don't take your vehicle here if you want it to still run and work when you get it back!!!!!!!!!!!

Today my family (4 girls 10-14mos) continued our trek back home from being out west for work. Been traveling 11 days straight. Wanting to avoid Atlanta we took an alternate route. At what was supposed to be a quick bathroom break before hitting 16-E, I noticed a low tire on our 5th wheel. Turned out to be pretty flat.I did a quick search online as my husband tried to see if it would hold air. Sharpsburg Tires came up closest and with some of the highest rated reviews I have seen in a long time. We prayed, calles, and they said they could help . Patient, even as my husband misheard the gps directions and had to back up, turn around to their parking lot. Immediately, they got to it. Technician found a nail that caused the side wall to blow out. Within 30 minutes we were back on the road. They were courteous, quick, thorough. They have public restrooms, good if you have kids, and didn't cause a fuss when my girls climbed a tree on their lot. First tree they have been able to climb in 4 months. Wonderful when kids are allowed that. Today, they are heros in our eyes and save us from disaster. God Bless.

The staff is amazing!! I had an emergency tire situation in route to Columbus. My tire light was on and the right front driver s side tire was low. They took me in as an emergency and checked all my tires. I just asked for them to put the spare on so I could get on the road to my appointment. But they checked everything and the tires were fine, all needed some anir, and they were able to turn the tire light off. They also put air in my spare tire which was flat. I highly recommend them if you live in the area. They got me back out and on the road and I was able to make my appointment in time.

I discovered a large screw in my tire this morning and called to check availability. The woman I spoke with was professional and helpful, and they were able to get me in right away. I was even able to remain in the car with my two toddlers while they repaired the tire. They were fast and efficient and really helpful for a mom of two littles. Thanks for the great service and value Sharpsburg Tire!

Sharpsburg tire is the only tire shop I trust, to the point that I drive almost 4 hours to have my work done exclusively here. (I live in South Ga) This crew is TOP notch. Whether I m getting a new set of tires or just getting a rotation, I m never waiting for long. I started going here after my grandfather Ray (a loyal customer for over 20 years) passed away last year. The staff asked about him and gave me phenomenal service with a smile like I d been going there 20 years. You just don t find that anywhere else. Thanks so much Sharpsburg Tire, keep doing what you re doing!

My tire light came on while headed to Newnan from Williamson. I saw Sharpsburg Tire and pulled in. They patched my tire and I was in and out in 22 minutes. Awesome service!!!!!!

We have gotten tires here for more than 20 years. Always a great experience and prices are good. I wish that every car repair experience was quick and easy like getting new tires or repairs here. Thanks Denny and Melissa.

Service was great. The guy doing alignments looks a little funky, but does an excellent job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for this, the only one that could get the shimmy out of my truck. Have done business there for years. The chick behind the counter is NOT a people person, don't let this turn you off, she's just all business, but their prices are competitive.

Very quick and family friendly place. I will definitely be using them for future oil changes and tire rotations. This is probably the cleanest oil change place I've ever visited and didn't mind waiting on the inside. The lady at the front counter was really friendly.

Very good experience. They are not the cheapest place to have tires put on but I would say they are the fastest. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I prefer giving my money to small businesses like this one. I felt like I got a fair price and excellent service. I highly recommend Sharpsburg tire

Fast, friendly, family service. Had an alignment done on my Impala after performing some suspension work myself, and they did a way better job aligning everything than firestone ever did (who I've used for this in the past). Car drives perfect. I will definitely be back the next time I need it. They treat your car right. Thank you!

R&J diagnosed the unusual vibration in my car as a tire issue and told me to go here since they don t do tires. My tires turned out to be from 2017 (KIA of LaGrange lied to me about the tires being new ). Sharpsburg tire was fast, friendly, and efficient.

Nice family owned and operated tire and alignment shop. Not the cheapest, but no high pressure sales or bait and switch tactics that I have experienced elsewhere. The shop mechanics include the owner and are competent and don't damage wheels, wheel covers and properly torque wheels when finished.

The lady at the front desk is very rude, and acts like she s better than you! They over charge $70 for one tire and only has 60,000 mile warranty?!? I bought the exact same tire For $47.00 brand new. If you have money to blow then this is the place!

had 4 tires mounted and balanced..that i didn't even purchase there..i found everyone i interacted with there to be very courteous, informative and professional ..price was a fair price.job was done very fast and would gladly do business there again

First let me say call ahead. Often they will not have the tires you need on site but can get them there early afternoon. I have been using Sharpsburg Tire for at least 15 years. They are always extremely pleasant and talk to you honestly about what to expect of the tires you purchase. They perform the work quickly. They have very good prices. They always recommend tire rotation and will do it on the tires you purchase for free every 6000 miles. I think this is a great place.

Have been going here for over 15 years and they always do a great job. I live in PTC and pass 5 tire shops to get to them. Tire prices are good, labor rates are really good and they do excellent alignments. It's reassuring to go to a business that is local, family owned and has the same folks working there all this time.

I was on a road trip when I ran over a giant hook, which got stuck in my tire. I googled searched the nearest tire shop, and Sharpsburg Tire came up. I m so glad it did! They exelled in customer service, and they patched my tire in a very short amount of time. Very affordable, too! I highly recommend.

Very down-to-earth people, if you want honesty and right price this is the place to go. So don't miss out. This summer time coming around you better fix your car, or any means of transportation that they could help you out with.
