Ordered tires, got the email saying they arrived, called and made the appointment to have them installed, took off of work, drove an hour to get there and be told that the tires were not there. The worst part is that I wasn t surprised. That s the world we live in now. I went directly to customer service and canceled my membership.

Craig is a positive asset to the Company, he went above and beyond to accommodate me on the installation of my tires. He took my vehicle in promptly and it was ready to go in under an hour despite the fact that the shop has been short-handed. I applaud his determination to give good customer service against all odds. I hope Management realizes what a talent he is and strives to get him some help. Terrence is also on the ball!

Poor customer service. Unable to setup installation online when ordering tires. Associate doesn't know how to do job. Always only one installer working, so never appointment available. Loyal customer can't wait for Costco to be built across street and tire service now going to Discount tire which ends up cheaper.

They have great sales on tires. Be prepared to wait. Slow doesn't begin to describe it. Plenty of employees but they only have one speed. Been waiting two hours for one screw to be removed and the tire patched.

Management has changed and the place is awful now.The poor employees seem downtrodden.The new manager is rude to them in front of members and hateful to members.Cannot wait for Coscos.So sad to see ppl treat their staff like that.If u can wait go to Coscos they open in Aug 2019.

Same problem here with the tire center. Never enough workers and it takes hours to get anything done. Can't wait for Costco to come in and make them work for our business!!

Craig that works in the Tire/Battery service area is a credit to Sam's Club in Sharpsburg, GA. Even though the tire area is in DIRE NEED of more workers, Craig was very kind and helpful. Thank you Craig.

Not enough people working tire center and still give excuse that tire center closes early due to Covid after all restrictions have been lifted. Cocso tire center is booming!!!!

Next day appointment, 30 minutes to balance and rotate tires. Great service.
