I needed my wheel bearings replaced. After being told by another shop that my car would need several costly repairs in addition to the wheel bearings, I took my car to Grease Monkey. They were able to replace the bearings in about an hour for a reasonable price. When I asked, they said they hadn't found anything other than normal wear and tear. And unlike the other shop I had gone to, the mechanics at Grease Monkey didn't make me feel like I was bothering them by bring my car in. These guys are incredible and I will definitely be taking my car back next time I need work done.

Was serviced here for an oil change, Mike & Nick were fast and efficient. Really enjoyed the thoroughness & quality checks as I have had a horror story with a previous oil change place. Definitely will be returning!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received at Grease Monkey today in Sharpsburg. I was referred by a friend. I had a transmission fluid change. They explained all and answered all my questions. On the plus, I got an emissions as well while I was there. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend!

Mike and his staff are amazing!! They always take such good care of us! We bring all of our vehicles here!! They take their time to explain everything and don t pressure you! Highly recommend great service!!

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went and had my oil changed there today. $117.00 later (after a $20 coupon) my car reeks of burning oil as they spilled it on engine. After being charged $6.00 for an additional quart of Mobile One oil my car is registering only 3/4 full of oil. I went back to discuss and was told "oh we use oil MADE" by Mobile One and he only put 5qt in as that was all he had. I counted 4. I was charged for 6 qts. No price adjustment was given!! I will be sharing my experience and lack of customer service on social media in addition to this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT GO BACK THERE.

No waiting was great... however prices were not posted or either not easily found. The quote was higher than other more established oil change places I'd been to. The service was friendly and attentive. The reason I didn't give a higher rating is because I wasn't shown the dipstick after the change, no other fluids were topped off, and the tire pressure wasn't checked, which seemed like these things should have been done considering the price.

My husband went yesterday, and they took care of him in a fast and professional manner. He also witnessed the manager truthfully speaking to a customer and not trying to be pushy or upselling things the customer didn't need. We went today again and got the same fast and professional service. We will definitely keep going back and recommend this place to others!

I tried to get an oil change from them. They sounded kind but I mean when I was told the prices my mind completely changed. I understand oil changes are getting expensive but pay $90 to $100 for one here when others around offer like $10 to $20 less than that? I mean yeah they advertise 10 minute change while others are around 15 minutes but if it's going to come to waiting an extra 5 minutes or so yeah I can wait at other locations that are cheaper than this.

I went this morning to get my emissions done and the guy kept apologizing saying there was only 2 guys today but they still got in me in and out within 15 mins! Very nice and great price!

Stopped by for an oil change, the employees were very nice and helpful. I was out in about 15 to 20 minutes, I could not have ask for a better experience. I will be returning to this grease monkey for my vehicle maintenance, again guys great job thank you.

Very helpful and professional! Have been multiple times and great service every time. Thank you!Edit: On my recent visit here the guy that did my emissions (Gary) offered to fix my hood & headlights. They looked awful. I thought it was sun damage but I believe he said it was oxidized paint. In less than 15 minutes he had half the car looking brand new. I thought I was going to have to repaint it but he saved me from having to do that. They offer a lifetime warranty so if it comes back over time you can bring it back to get it touched up. I highly recommend getting this done.Thank you so much!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Went for a tire rotation and oil change at my husbands recommendation. They finished the work and handed me a lug nut from my tire blaming the PRIOR repair shop that did work on my car (after this shop took off all my tires and reinstalled). Okaayyy. Gave me $15 off. My husband and his dad then spent the entire afternoon getting a single tire off to find that all threading / lugs were damaged. They called shop and took it there to show them and District Manager said it wasn't their problem. Good to know and know this: you lost 3 customers.

My first visit here was great. My second visit was not great at all. I will not be going back. They tried to over charge me, problem was discussed and changed . When I received my receipt there were 3 extra charges still. The guy told me he was going to give me a coupon, coupon was applied but only covered part of the extra charges. They say they are going to give you a coupon but over charge you so really you don t receive the coupon.

Robert and Nick were awesome! I didn't realize that I had gotten to the shop right at closing time and they still took care of me, most people wouldn't have done that.Highly recommend!

I ve been coming here for a few years. I no longer live close by but continue to come here because they are always friendly, welcoming, trustworthy and pricing is good. The customer service is amazing! Love this Grease Monkey!

New to the neighborhood, this was my first time at Grease Monkey in Sharpsburg. I didn't the techs name but 97CJ was awesome. Great customer service and fast service! I was given a discount but prices were still very reasonable. I will be back.

The lady who checked me in was very professional and had great customer service. But the other guy who worked on my car was not paying attention. He was always on his phone and I had to remind him twice to check my air filter and he asked me for my card without telling me my total first. Then he said he did a light check and everything was good but then i ended up getting pulled over because i thought my tail lights were good until the officer told me that the light on the passenger side was out. This is the only location I had that I had this problem with and I m very disappointed. As for the lady I didn t get her name I which I did because she deserves 5 starts but for the guy who was always on his phone I don t want him working on my oil change no more.Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change

Store closed early. Manager was rude. If I can't trust them to honor their posted time how can I trust them to put in the correct oil and service my car correctly. I can't and won't go there.
