I brought my 2008 Cadillac CTS in to Shop #2 to have it wet sanded and buffed. I was tired of my dull paint job I had from a previous shop. The technician did a great rub down on my car and it looks great. A big shout out to Melissa for her coordinating and making this a pleasant experience.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Hello,I usually never leave a review. In this case I feel compelled to share my story. I would like to share a short story. My friend of 25 years died in a motorcycle accident a little over two years ago. He was in the middle of a project. He was making his 1996 Corvette into a muscle car. A year later his son joined the Navy and asked me if I wanted to buy his dads car. I jumped on the opportunity. My mission was to complete what Henry started. I set off to accomplish this task. It took one year complete the mission. (Semper Fi) I wanted to make this car immaculate to honor my friend. The engine work was quite the task. Not to mention the tuning. The transmission. And everything else that you can imagine. The final task was what everyone sees as you drive down the road. They don t see the interior, they don t see the engine, they see the paint. This car means so much to me. I worry when it is not in my garage. There are few people, or shops that I feel comfortable with leaving this car. Brian knew what this car meant to me. He and his shop took care of this car. He had to paint several areas of this car. He treated this car as if it was his own. I am so pleased with the work he and his staff did to this car. It absolutely looks like a new 1996 Corvette. My late friend would be proud. Thank you, Brian! And Semper FiJohnService: Painting

They've had my car 5 days and no one can give me a status update as to when it will be ready. Car rental is expensive! I was told to "call back on Monday". I wonder if self-pay gets lower priority than insurance claims. UPDATE: turns out the business was in the process of changing names (bought out by another company) and the office personnel were very apologetic about the delay in getting my car repaired and returned to me. so i changed my rating from 1 star to 3. That car rental fee really put a dent in my budget! But the repair work was excellent.Service: Body & Trim

I took my gas tank and side panels from my 1976 motorcycle. I needed it painted and graphics to be put on then cleared over. I had it at another shop for 4 months and had to pick it up because they could not seem to do it. Brian listened to what I wanted, came up with a perfect color and did the job in less that a week for what I feel is a great value for the money. I get comments all the time on the paint he did on it and I love it.Thank you!Service: Painting

Brian's Pant & Body Shop in Sharpsburg fixed a rust area on the rear quarter panel on my Avalanche about six months ago. I waited a few months to post a review just to make sure everything still looked good. I am very fussy and the work they did was perfect. They had to do a little extra work once they got into the job but they still stuck with the price on their estimate. The paint matches the rest of the truck perfectly. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Repair was done on the low end of the estimate and ready days ahead of schedule! I had my Tacoma windshield and roof replaced...an expensive and complicated repair. The estimator, John, was a pleasure to do business with and the guys that actually did the repair, did an awesome job. I would certainly use Brian's again! Great job guys!

It's under new management/ new name same people. And still can't repair anything correctly. They were highly recommended by some. Then once they had my car all I heard were horror stories. When I left today I didn't say anything and that's on me but there was no way I was giving them my car again. New name or not just avoid.

Absolutely blown away by the amazing estimator Melisssa and the team at Brian s. My work was done quickly and professionally. Unfortunately one problem I had was a bad parking sensor and rather than just tell me the price, Melissa encouraged me to see if I had an extended warranty. I told her I didn t know what to look for so she told me to snap a photo or bring the paperwork up. She immediately spotted it, copied it, submitted it , and had already preordered the part for me so it is covered and I ll be back on the road for a minor deductible. She has gone above and beyond what I ve ever experienced in any body or auto shop and I can t tell you how much it means to me to feel like I can trust a company and to feel like I m truly taken care of. If I could give 6 stars I would.Service: Body & Trim

Fixed the car very nicely! However communication was not great. Contacted numerous times to change the number on file bc the other was hard to reach and they never did. The fix was supposed to take 3-5 days but took two weeks due to delays (which is only a personal inconvenience but still slightly frustrating), and when asking on progress responses were always ambiguous. And on top of it the estimate was $2000 less than what it actually was and it was never properly communicated (again because they kept calling the wrong number). Perhaps it was just unfortunate but my experience was not pleasant. However the fix was great so I can t complain about that.

Im not sure who the guy on the phone was but, thank you for your KINDNESS with scheduling my appointment. This business is Very Professional and upfront with the process of wait for repairs. I received my estimate within 15 minutes after being told by other bodyshops in the are that the wait for an estimate would be 2-3 months

This place is awesome! I was literally in and out! Staff is super friendly and very professional. I ve called at least 3 places in the area who wouldn t even take my car in for at least 2 weeks. Just to replace my driver side mirror. I called Brian s paint and body shop and they said will take care of you ! And they did just that! Randall was amazing! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

We had our sons car there after a recent accident. They communicated with the insurance company handling all supplemental claims. They communicated with us giving regular updates so we always knew where we were in the process. Then they delivered a great looking car, fully repaired and fully functioning.

Brian's is the only bodyshop that has ever touched my 14 year old car. I take pride in keeping it in great shape and Brian's understands that. Because of their expertise, it still looks beautiful. This is the only place I trust.

Probably the most customer friendly experience I've had at a service shop...excellent job on my 2021 Camry and they actually did a better paint job than Toyota..had to have rear bumper replaced and heard nothing but high reviews about this place and they were right!...great place to take your vehicle...

This was the second car that has been worked on in our family and Brian's did an outstanding job on both occasions. You can't tell there was ever any damage done on both repairs. Very competitive pricing. Very fast. Good quality work. Very satisfied.

I am writing this now because I am going to have to get a little bit of work done on my car because of a recent accident. I was considering who I wanted to go to and was reminded of the work I got done at Brian's. I give them 3 stars because the overall job they did was a good one. They matched paint well and the body work seems to be a good one. However, it was the details they failed miserably on. When I went to pick up the car after they worked on it, there was an entire door panel the rubber seal was coming off on. In addition to that, there was a plastic insert piece inside that was missing and most obvious and disturbing, the steering wheel and very noticeable scratches on each side on it. They put the blame on the Kia dealership who did the work on that part, and I don't think they are lying BUT, they didn't seem to care very much about it and when I told them I wanted something done, the only thing that was offered was the owner himself was going to try to fix it himself. They convinced me over time it would go away but it's almost as noticeable now as it was months ago when I had the work done. Lastly, as I was driving away a few miles down the road, I started hearing a metal scraping sound in the rear of the car. I stop and look and the piece that tightens the spare tire under the car was completely off and dangling on the cord behind the car and smacking and scratching the black plastic piece of the bumper. I took it back and they apologized and acknowledged they forgot to put the spare tire back on. That also damaged the piece on the bumper so I had to drop it back off and have that fixed by them. They covered the cost but it was their fault. Overall, you can see that 3 stars is more than reasonable considering all the issues they also caused. I'm not sure I'll be back again.

Bad experience with this shop, secretary. Went to the shop with my c5 corvette. Was quoted a specific rate by a man named Brian. Was told my quote was good for months. Came back to get work done, secretary would not honor quote, price four times higher. Will never bring my cars there.
