Tobie was very helpful when I called for information and availability of 36 volt battery bank. On our arrival, Tobie and Alex were super friendly and helpful in determining the appropriate batteries for our needs. No up-sell pressure. Alex pulled the batteries from stock while Tobie examined the cables I brought along and removed corrosion as needed. He unloaded the old batteries from my truck and loaded the new ones. They even provided new terminal nuts and a battery lifter at no additional charge. He and Alex recommended that we purchase anti-corrosion spray, which we did. Cannot ask for better service. Later in the day, I spoke with store manager Eric to be sure he was aware of excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place and will be back as needed. Also, the standard and extreme 6 volt batteries are manufactured in Kentucky by Superior Battery. The company's products are highly rated.

They restored my 2001 golf cart for a reasonable amount. It s like brand new again! They were Very good in keeping me informed throughout the time is fixing it up.

Man I feel like this company really deserves this review. After searching at several golf cart shops battery source was THE pick. Let me tell you the many reasons why.1. FRIENDLY staff ~ After entering battery source we were greeted pleasantly by the staff. We did not have to wait to get noticed.2. The price ~ You can t beat their prices trust me we tried. $13,??? And some change total for a 2022 Evolution 6 seater Lithium battery Blue Beauty3. Location ~ Yes that kind of mattersFrom start to finish the process was easy. You go in, you pay a deposit (500) your golf cart arrives at battery source, they apply the finishing touches & if you live in Peachtree City guess what? Your getting it delivered for free yall.The process had zero kinks and no issues. Thank you battery source for making our lives easy since moving back in Peachtree city. We have been doing some serious remodeling and it is refreshing not to have had to stress about this part.

Awesome crew! Walked to the counter with my key fob in need of a new battery for it. The cashier plucked it off the counter and had it changed in moments. Struck up a great unrelated conversation with store staff better than the local coffee shop!Thanks for a truly great experience!! Made my day!

Michael (Manager) was AWESOME. He was knowledgeable and answer every question I had. I called before hand for pricing and availability (wasn't the cheapest battery but the 5 yr warranty made up the difference to me). I told Micheal I'd see him in 10 mins and the battery was waiting for me on the counter. Micheal removed and tested my old battery (I appreciated the extra step and confirmation) then installed the new battery before even ringing me up (AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE). For the professionalism alone, I'd return.

Was there at 0830. associate could not get batteries out called manager. Manager arrived at 1030 . Finished at about 1230. Was very friendly and explained problem. Helpful for future care of batteries

PJ and Kevin were incredibly helpful and friendly with making sure I was given top notch quality customer service. Both were very knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend coming here if you are needing any sort of battery related items or help in regards to needing your phone fixed.

I walked into this Battery Source for the first time yesterday needing a new glass for my daughter's iPhone. I mentioned that my phone was not working and I was on my way to Sprint. Not only did the manager, Jerry, offer to look at it, he fixed it and saved me the trip! How is that for customer service? The young man also working there, Anthony, is very polite and professional. I highly recommend this store!

One of the best places for customer service. Excellent knowledge of the products and honest pricing. They helped us save close to $400 when we bought our batteries. Highly recommend coming here. They never disappoint.

The battery died in my 2015 Chevy Silverado. I jumped it off and looking at the location & attachment of that battery during the jumping process told me that there was NO way that I wanted try to change that battery.Jerry at Battery Source was very polite & helpful. He had the battery I needed, and watching what was involved in swapping it out convinced me that I made a smart decision to turn to them.I'm impressed with him (manager) and the business. Their top line battery was less than I found at (xyzstuv) auto parts & had a better warranty.Great product, great service, nice people, good business ... I hope I don't need a battery for a while, but I'll recommend them to all my friends!

I received exceptional service at this store and will continue to go back for all of my battery needs. PJ checked the charge on my car battery, which turned out to be okay, but then offered to clean the corrosion off and sprayed anti-corrosive without me even asking. All at no charge. I then bought a small battery for my key fob and plan to return when I need a new car battery.

Fantastic experience! Woke up to a dead battery. After jumping car off, went to battery source, and left with a newly installed battery by Jerry. 10 minutes, 2 year warranty, and extremely economical! Highly recommend!!

After purchasing multiple lawn mower batteries from the local Wally World, I went to these guys to get a better battery with more cranking amps and a better warranty. The store is brand new and the guys running it are cool. From the looks of the store, if you have a battery that needs replacing, they will have what you need.

I want to recommend any ptc residents to battery source. They have anything and everything you need for you're golf cart. The sales clerk P.j had outstanding service, she answered all my questions and explanied everything I needed to know for my golf cart. Being that i'm a new golf cart user. P.j not only help me choose my batteries , she also recommend a windshield and tires , which I desperately needed. When i left battery source I felt like I had a brand new gold cart. Thanks Pj for everything you do and keep doing !

Bought a new car battery for my wife's car. Anthony was very helpful and explained the 3 kinds of batteries that I could purchase. They helped me bring in the old battery and recycled it. I would recommend to anyone.

Went to batteries plus looking for my favorite tech and found out PJ wasn t there anymore....found her at Batteries Source!!!! I am now a Batteries Source customer thanks to PJ....so glad I found her! If you need a good tech for your for any battery related Issues, or even fixing your car remote, PJ is the girl for you! I won t let anyone work on my stuff except her.

The young manager greeted me with a big smile.......took the time to research the packs that I needed....installed them while asking me how we like the area....told me how to get the max life out of the batteries, and did this all while taking of other customers that came into the store!
