The team at Peachtree Sprinklers is the gold standard in customer service. From the initial design consultation, follow-up discussions, installation and fine tuning, we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.The lighting design has totally transformed the look of our house at night, it is simply spectacular now. While I thought the look was incredible, Ricky came out and made a few adjustments (after I sent him a night photo) to make it even better.In addition to lighting, they added a new zone and controller to the sprinkler system to water our newly installed landscaping. The new setup even waters my wife's plants on the front porch!If you need lighting or sprinkler work you must call Peachtree Sprinklers. Trudy, Ricky and the entire team are spectacular.

100% recommend this company for sprinkler needs. I ve used them for years without issue. Just recently I had a new lawn put in and an overhaul of my sprinkler system. They worked with the landscaping company directly to coordinate dates/times for the install. The whole process was on autopilot for me from the first call! Great prices and amazing service. We hired Peachtree Sprinklers to repair and rezone an existing irrigation system (as well as install new drip lines to service beds). Ricky and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. For the work required, the quote received was fairly priced (and line-item detailed). From their office staff (Trudy) to installers to owners - everyone was polite and friendly. We were pleased with the install and final product, and will be continuing to work with them as we will be establishing a service plan with them. Second mile service - guaranteed!

I used Peachtree Sprinklers to install my irrigation system. Ricky came out to inspect my property and provide a quote. He answered all of my questions. He's very knowledgeable about sprinkler system needs. Trudy is truly a PRIZE. She provides timely scheduling, quotes, and a plethora of other needs. The installation crew is a class act. They are very professional, and they took great care of my property. I particularly liked the machine the company uses for installation. You can barely tell that I had an irrigation installed after installation. I received several quotes, and Peachtree Sprinklers was by far the best considering the care that was taken. Peachtree sprinklers installed our irrigation systems 2 years ago. When we extended our back yard they came in and extended the irrigation system. Recently we had issues with flooding in the back yard after we installed a pool. Ricky came over and explained what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed. Peachtree sprinklers fixed our flooding issue. Our back yard have never looked so good since we moved in 4 years ago. No more blooding. I will like to thank Trudy and Ricky for all their help. If it was possible to give 10 stars, I would. This company meets all areas of good customer experience.From the time I contacted the business for an estimate to the time the job was completed, the company was very responsive and kept us in the loop. The gentleman who came to give us a quote was very helpful in making sure I understood what we were getting.My lawn was left in good shape and you could hardly tell that some work was done to disturb the grass.The mobile app is well maintained and user friendly.I also love the fact it was easy to schedule a follow-up appointment for them to winterize the sprinklers. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for professionals with good values

I am extremely pleased with my Irrigation install process. Peachtree Sprinklers provided me with several options to choose from and I feel that I got the most bang for my buck with the Hunter system. Peachtree Sprinklers did a great job recently when installing a 10 zone sprinkler system for us. I really appreciated the professionalism of everyone involved. People showed up on time. When there were weather delays, I was kept informed by their admin team. When I had questions, they were promptly answered. It was very refreshing! And on top of that, our sprinkler system works great. I would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

Ricky was great! He assessed my lawn's water needs and gave me an estimate based on the size of my lawn. His price was very competitive. I had some sod laid in my yard and when I turned on the sprinklers, I found out that the installation crew messed up my sprinkler heads. I called Trudy and explained what happened and she had Joel come out over his lunch hour to straighten things out. A great company with great people. I am so thankful to them for bailing me out! Obviously, I highly recommend them.

Peachtree Sprinklers was amazing to work with. I received my quote promptly and all my questions were answered. My sprinkler system was even installed a week early, which is unheard of. Ricky and his installation crew were great and they disrupted my landscaping as little as possible. Their work was top notch. Trudy is a wonderful communicator I have not previously worked with a contractor that has communication this good. Just had our irrigation system installed by Peachtree Sprinkler LLC today, Ricky and his installation crew were very knowledgeable, detailed and responsive. The work was done within a day with good quality. They walked through the APP with me, showed me where the water shutoff was, and helped me setting up the program! They even noticed an electrical hazard in our yard and helped us reporting it to the power company. Trady, the secretary lady, was amazing too, she was very responsive and friendly. It was overall a super good experience working with this team! I m very impressed, wish everybody can be as helpful as them when comes to house projects. Thank you so much!

Peachtree Sprinkler was called to provide a quote to installed a new irrigation system at my home. Ricky arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. He walked my property and offered suggestions and provided a reasonable quote. We agreed on a date and time for the installation of my new irrigation system. Peachtree Sprinkler arrived on time and did a excellent job. During the installation process I continuously had communication with Ricky and Truedi to ensure that the project was going well. Our irrigation system hadn t worked since we purchased our home in 2018. Peachtree Sprinklers came out within 48 hours of our initial call, got our existing system up and running, helped us download the user app, showed us how to program the system, pointed out all the important valves and shutoff s, and even explained how the irrigation should work with our pool s auto-fill feature. Peachtree Sprinklers is simply AMAZING!! I had three companies scheduled for quotes. One, I cancelled after Ricky s presentation. The other one didn t even compare. I m all about customer service. Peachtree Sprinklers exceeded my expectations! Ricky was so knowledgeable about their products and services, broke everything down for me, and made me feel confident in their skills. He didn t rush at all. Answered all of my questions. Ricky and staff worked fast, hard, are professional and definitely get the job done! I had a lawn sprinkler system installed at my home by Peachtree Sprinklers. The entire process was very professional. Now days companies seem to be lacking in the customer service department, but the customer service at Peachtree Sprinklers was excellent. The team came in and completed the work on time, on budget, and without tearing up the lawn. They explained the system to me and got me up and running quickly. I d recommend Peachtree Sprinklers to anyone.

Peachtree Sprinklers installed a sprinkler system for me and I can't say enough about their professionalism. Ricky and his team are both personable and professional, and their pricing is fair and reasonable. What I was most impressed with is that the equipment they used to trench my yard, did not leave gouges and holes in my lawn. As a matter of fact, you can hardly tell where they dug! I was also very appreciative and grateful to Ricky that he worked with my schedule to get the job done. I also really like that he came back to make sure I knew how to operate the system. Ricky, Trudy, and team were professional, competent, and very easy to deal with. They designed and installed an irrigation system for my 1-acre yard. Very happy with the quality of work and the results. I know a lot about installing irrigation systems as I worked for an irrigation company once. While there was some damage to the yard/sod, I blame that on the dry, hard, Georgia clay. The team did their best to ensure I was involved in the planning of the system. I used Peachtree Sprinklers to install a new sprinkler system at the house. What I found to be true is that that everyone associated with this small business was Professional, Courteous, and Cared about the job they did. when I initially met Ricky for a quote I knew right away he was straight forward and he asked the questions to understand what my needs were unlike some of the pother installers I had out to get quote. This company was not the lowest bidders, but I selected them because of their personnel. From the initial bid proposal to after product installation the entire team were very professional. Ricky (project manager) ensured I knew the difference between value (manual monitoring) versus convenience (electronic monitoring) of my irrigation system. The installation team walked me through how the irrigation system would be installed to ensure my intended watering goals would be met. Trudy (office staff) followed up with me throughout the entire process to answer my questions, process billing and provide tutorial information for my electronic monitoring device. Bottom line is I felt I was buying into a company that would be there to assist me with my irrigation system long after the installation. I had several quotes for our sprinkler system and picked Peachtree Sprinkler for 2 reasons. The own of the company came out and gave me our estimate, he brought up several good points that other companies didn't. The second is the use of the vibratory plow, it leaves alot less damage to your yard and in a few days you can't even tell they were there. The installation team was friendly and professional with many years of experience.. Trudy handled all of the pre-dig requirements.
