I think her name is Victoria? (Dark hair) She made my experience very easy and very quick. I am very impressed with this location and would recommend this location to anyone. Please correct me of her name she need all the recognition!! Was able to find everything I needed and more!!

I was really impressed with the customer service I received from the staff at this O Reilly store yesterday. There was no hassle on a battery that had gone bad with 1 month left under the 3-yr warranty. This team went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and ultimately replace it.

The guys were helpful in searching out some parts for my 2001 Dodge 2500. I had to wait a bit to get the parts cause they are not typically held in stock. Good location and staff.

If I may say the gentleman by the name of Lucas was very helpful. He was very informative also. I would highly recommend coming to this O' Reillys auto parts store for help. Just ask for Lucas. He will most definitely help and give you the exact information.

Awesome staff, friendly and helpful each time I've gone in. Just bought replacement brake light, they offered to put it in for me. I just borrowed a screwdriver and did it myself. The employee even came out to make sure the brake light came on while I pressed the brakes.

Just because they told me that it was an auto zone. Nothing against O'Reilly's but Google maps was not accurate. I was not able to get the parts that I need because of the hole mix up...

When I arrived, there was only one customer in the store, meaning they weren't too busy to help me. As I walked in, neither employee acknowledged me. When I asked where the product I needed was, I was pointed the way. I wasn't offered any assistance with choosing antifreeze. I asked a question that was met with disdain and a shrug. I ONLY went to O'Reilly because it's closest to my home and I needed coolant ASAP. I've never had a good experience at any O'Reilly store. Lesson learned. I'll go the extra mile or two to the better competitor from now on. They're actually friendly and extra helpful!

Had an urgent need of a battery change. Chris and Jayden are a couple of awesome guys that handled my business promptly, professionally and courteously! I knew Saturdays would be busy but that didn t stop them from taking care of customers! I hope the manager here recognizes them because they certainly deserve the attention!

Adrianna sid a fantastic job, wa aging through a ROUGH time with my vehicle. She made the whome process simple, easy and stress-free which is what I needed at the time. Kept me on the road and able to get me back and forth to work, and maintain the ability to do things for my family. This will keep me a a loyal customer at the senoia oreillys. Thank you

Great service and a great staff, the manager working at the time of my arrival were very helpful. She also helped me find the best products along with solutions to a few select issues I was currently having with my car.

It's an auto parts store. Nothing too exciting about it. Got the help and part I required and was on my way in no time. (Maybe 10 minutes start to finish) Staff was knowledgeable and mostly helpful. The store didn't have change for a hundred even though my part cast over hf of it. No worries. Overall satisfied. Thanks

Wish I could give them 10 stars! My car wouldn t start after getting gas at Chevron. I walked to OReillys for a battery. They drove me back to Chevron with a charger so we could drive the car back to their store for them to change the battery for me. They tested the battery upon arrival and we determined it was the alternator. They offered to charge the battery for an hour so we could drive it to an auto repair shop. Even invited us inside with our crazy dog. Let us sit and wait in their break room. So nice and hospitable and now we re not buying anything yet they still helped us above and beyond!

Usually have everything you need in stock and if not can get it within a day! Prices are a little high on some things but fair on most.

Went in to buy wipers blades and asked if oreillys sold led headlight conversions. The guy at the counter stated no and that would have been good enough. But instead proceeds to tell me that s illegal in ga. Quick google search stated it s not and also common sense says no due to most new cars come stock with led head lights. I just sold a 2020 Corolla that had stock led head lights. Please train your staff. This is also not the first time they lied or sold me the wrong part

The best group of people and service I've had at any automotive store. Great service from Brandon, Jason #1 and Jason #2 , and Sam great job fellows keep up the great work. Give'em a raise O'Reilly or promotion

I went up there to have my alternator and battery checked, I was thinking my alternator was going bad but when the guy tested it he said the alternator was fine but the battery was bad.. went up there the next day and found out that my battery was actually great and it was my alternator that was bad.. the second guy that helped us was really nice and apologized for the day before.

I bought my first headlight bulb at the Senoia, ga O Reilly s store for $30. I came back to replace it cause I misplaced it and it was $17. That ended up being the wrong bulb after all and I had to come back AGAIN. They told me the bulb was $98. Now I ve taken the time to look it up.The actual bulb that they overcharged me for was only $32. I have a lot going on. With my wife in treatments for 7 straight days. So I m a little absent minded. I ve just been trying to get my car taken care of before returning to Emory cancer institute for more treatments. Now with that being said....if you choose to use the Senoia,Ga O reilleys. I would suggest in you checking your quoted prices before going in and or paying; like me. All 4-5 employees were hovering around my register and none of them corrected the price when it was given to me wrong three different times and three different transactions. I personally will not shop at this Senoia O Reilly s ever again!!
