He ups the price and if you try to get the part number to order the part off Amazon and he will not help he wants you to buy from him so he can mark up the price

This place is great customer service was outstanding I was told three week s wait time and everything was explained as far as servicing and repairing even got my item back a week early Would highly recommend

If there was an option for zero stars, that would be more fitting for this business rather than one. I am not sure how they have survived keeping the doors open based upon how the owner operates his business but I can only assume it's the same small talk he pulled on me that they cannot back up once you're committed.This is a "one and done" shop that could care less about the customer. Jason, the owner, took my piece of equipment in guaranteeing his service that "they could fix anything". Months upon months later (year+) and with me having to call them with no return calls back or any sense of urgency, I got a make shift piece of equipment back that broke within an hour of having it back. Promise after promise he stated they would call me....never happened once. I would not take a bicycle to these guys to work on much less purchase anything from them. If you want to purchase equipment got to Jack Peeks or Georgia Lawn Equipment or even Fayette Mower....anywhere but Mow Better in Senoia. I believe in giving credit where it is due and certainly forewarning folks to stay away from businesses based on bad customer service and poor business ethics. I've lived in Senoia all my life and can only hope that the ethics in which this company operated catches up with them sooner than later before they have the opportunity to take advantage of the folks of our quaint town. This review is not one of emotion nor opionated but rather fact; it's a terribly ran business. Since my experience, I have spoken with several other's and they too have similar stories and I have encouraged them to warn others by sharing their story but they don't even want to hear nor see the "Mow Better" name. Consider this my civic duty to future / potential customers and the warning to stay clear because... you'll "Mow not at all" if you take you're equipment here. Incompetent, inexperienced service, lack of integrity (big time) and the worst management I've ever been witness to. Shame on you Mow Better and surely you didn't think I'd let my experience go unannounced! You may have taken me but you didn't take my voice. Best of luck in your next business venture and maybe then, you'll have learned what customer service is and have a moral compass about yourself.

These folks are a joke. Be there 4 times and had had a bad experience on all 4. Last time I was there was told belt was out of stock. I asked them for a part number, the guy laughed in my face. That will be the last time I will ever set foot in that place again. They never have parts I needed and ur always told it cost more to fix than replace. Avoid at all cost.

Mow Better to the rescue again! I am totally new to law equipment and it s maintenance and once again MB saved the day! I ve been there a few times over the last few weeks as I try to get my newly inherited property back in order and learn to use the equipment that came with it! As a female amputee with almost zero experience this is quite a task let me tell you! Not only did they sharpen and tighten my chain for the chainsaw but allowed me to record them doing so as well as replacing it another time so that I can do it myself in the future! They have been infinitely patient with me and my many questions and if they can t or don t fix something I have they point me in the right direction for who does! It s so nice to be in a small town where people actually care and can give you prompt and courteous one on one service and all with a smile! I m sure I ll be back up there soon with something else I have torn up and they will set me on the right path yet again! Lol Highly recommend them to the general consumer and especially to those who are like me and don t always know what you need or what you re looking for! Five stars!!!

These guys are wonderful! Great, small, family owned business. I've been doing business with Jason for over 3 years now. I've got him on speed dial on my cell phone, and if he's too busy to answer my call immediately, he will call me back within 15 minutes or less. If he doesn't stock what I need, he can usually get the parts within one or two business days. If it's something simple, or doesn't require a lot of time to fix, he doesn't charge me anything. I also recently purchased an Echo edger/hedge trimmer combo unit from him that is phenomenal, and was priced cheaper than your big, box stores like Home Depot, or Lowe's. If you need small engine repairs, or landscaping equipment such as a mower, weed eater, edger, etc, give him a call. You won't be disappointed.

Avoid at all costs. Dropped off a blower to repair. They told me repair cost to repair would be worth more than blower so told them I'd come pick it up anyway. When I pick it they hand me the disassemble blower and bag of parts. Garbage business not worth wasting your time or money.

Mow Better is THE place to go for any of your yard care equipment needs. Whether you are a commercial mower, or you maintain your own tiny yard, or anything in between, they have the equipment you need to get your job done. They have a very knowledgeable mechanic on staff, and they stand behind thier products. Stop in and pick up your own new product so that you can Mow Better!

Told 4 weeks, took over 7 weeks to get my mower back. Didn't call to tell me it wasd ready, after being told twice I should receive a call. 200$ to install a belt, that they "forgot" to order. 200$ because they decided I needed a new battery and tossed my old one. Never go back here.

This has been a terrible experience with these guys....I have used this place since they were on the other end of 16, and never these issues. I have had a chainsaw there for over a month, and all i get when I call is "we hope to have it ready tomorrow"....tomorrow never comes, neither do the phone calls updating......Today, I call and am told "oh the first carb we put on it didn't fix the problem, so we had to get another one". I said oh ok, when will it be ready, he said "I hope tomorrow, we are leaving at half day today".......business must be good friends! I wouldn't recommend them.

Very good drop off communication and expectations set for the repair, but did not hear back on whether my pressure washer would be repaired or if the cost was greater than we decided on. Weeks later I called and it is not repairable within a reasonable cost.

These guys will basically repair anything with a small engine. We have had them service and replace the blades on our Cub Cadet XT1. Jason provides a realistic estimate of their schedule - summer is their busy time. Everyone is professional, courteous and helpful. They pick up and deliver riding mowers. We have used them for 3 years now.

Very friendly and helpful employees. willing to look at and help us with a brand new Toro push mower bought at one of those big box stores. They are also working on our John Deere rider right now, will see how that goes, hope they can get it fixed but thank you for your help so far.

Very Disappointed. Was never told the up front charge of $ 30.00 was for diagnostic fee not part of repair charge. I ask to be called with estimate cost and never was.I called six or seven times and continued to be put off. After about two weeks of not repairing my mower was told not fixed but I could pick it up but not get my money back. Very disappointed at not ability or desire to fix mower.Worst part not returning my calls after saying each time would..

Nice guys but didn't get the job done. I'm not a contractor, just a homeowner so I got shoved to the back of the queue for nearly two months for a gas trimmer service (in the Winter - I purposely brought it there during the low season). In the end, they didn't have the part to complete the job despite being a "dealer". I walked away from the trimmer and bought a Stihl. The Stihl dealer always seems to have the part and the time for me.

Great Folks! 3 Day turnaround. My Honda mower conked out on me, they had it up and running at a very reasonable price in time to mow my lawn! I will use again

This place is a joke! Had my mower for over 3 weeks... was given multiple excuses as to why it was taking so long. Never answer the phone nor return calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND
