My first time coming here and I loved it.Great customer service. Patrick really worked hard to get us the best deals and we drove away happy customers. We will definitely be back. They went above and beyond with our vehicle. They even stayed open passed closing time ON A FRIDAY for us..

I stopped into Crook s for the first time this morning because I had a nail in my tire. I d never been there so I wasn t very optimistic that they d be able to help me right away. Surprisingly, I was wrong and they took me in right away. The young man that helped me was extremely polite. Crook s has definitely earned my future business. Well done guys!

My personal experience was great. I ordered a set of tires which were delivered and installed on the date/time I was given. Great customer service, good people. My brother also had a good experience with them.

I made an appointment online for service a couple days later. I called to confirm and there was no record of the appointment despite having an email regarding reservation. Nonetheless, Another appointment was scheduled over phone for same time as original online appointment. When I show up to drop off vehicle, neither appointment was found and schedule was booked so was offered to reschedule. I am disappointed that I had unintentionally made 2 appointments but neither ended up being recorded. I had limited time to coordinate between days off work and being without a vehicle which is why I attempted planning ahead and making appointment.

Did extra work to my truck without talking to me first. Replaced a water pump that had just been replaced 8 months ago. I was hoping this could be a local shop I could bring my vehicles too get serviced. I will not be back.

Y all did an oil change on my girlfriend s 2011 Honda pilot. Thanks for stripping the oil plug and not putting the gasket back on the stripped plug !

Manager and all employees were extremely polite and professional! They definitely went above and beyond what was expected of them. They worked quickly, and did a phenomenal job! Would definitely recommend to others! they also keep their bathroom very clean, which is also a nice plus!

Absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and were upfront with me about the maintenance on my vehicle. I stopped going to the kia dealership, because all they wanted was money. I could tell Crooks were about what's best for the customer. If something is needed for your vehicle, they will tell you. If it is not needed, they will also be up front and tell you about that also. I will diffently be going to Crooks from now on, for all my vehicle maintenance.

My battary is tucked up under my A frame of my 2016 Ford Escape,some things have to be removed to get to the battary, so I coulden"tdo it my self. Took it to Crook"s Tire & Auto to put my new Battary in, they did a excelent Job, and with in a hour, very professional.

Had new tires put on the car. The mechanic checked everything! I am very pleased and satisfied with the work. The cost was very reasonable. Will bring my car there whenever I need service.

Nice folk. Went in asking how much for head gasket, valve cover gasket and thermostat. They said they would call me with Prices. Prices were higher then other nearby shops. As soon as I decided to pass, they charged me $100 for "diagnostic". Other shops did not charge me for this. Since they never informed of this charge beforehand (law), Wasn't worth arguing, disappointed though. I was looking forward to calling the my hometown mechanics. I'll be taking my 3 cars back to Goodyear Newnan. They are a little further, but worth it.

Doesn t get much better than Crook s Tire and Auto. First off Don went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. He was honest, attentive, commutative, fast, and truly was one of the best interactions I have ever had with a mechanic shop. He could have made me get a service that he originally quoted but was honest and told me I didn t need it after all. This speaks volumes! We are so happy we found Crook s Tire and Auto and will be life long customers! Or at least for as long as Don is there! Thanks guys!

I will definitely be going back whenever I need my car worked on! The guys were really nice especially with explaining things to help me understand what's wrong with my car & the different options to fix it and what they recommended. Plus they were really fast, they had me in & out in under an hour.

Had my vehicle serviced yesterday & was extremely pleased with my experience. Don was extremely friendly, explained what my vehicle needed in detail & kept me updated on the progress of the work. I explained that I needed the vehicle this morning for an appointment, if possible,when I dropped it off. I wasn't promised the vehicle could be done same today but to my surprise they were able to finish it just before 6pm. I would absolutely recommend this business & will use them again in the future. Thanks again, Don & team!!

My husband and I just moved to Senoia and both of us had oil changes and tire rotations at Crook s. He called to book his and said Don was super nice on the phone and got him in immediately. I booked my appointment online for my next day off work and Don emailed me quickly and confirmed I was all set!I dropped the car off and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the lobby was; they even have massage chairs for while you wait. Don was accurate with the timeframe for my visit and I left extremely happy. The pricing was very affordable and I didn t feel pressured into upcharges like many mechanics usually put on me. I will definitely be back!

This post is not to bad mouth this company at all. This post is solely being comprised to display a little constructive criticism to fix an issue that can make it function a bit better. I am new to the area and used the online appointment setter to get a front end alignment done on my truck. The website displays you will have your vehicle in the door within 10 minutes of your appointment time. My time as well as others is extremely valuable, upon arriving I was greeted by I believe her name was Jessica, she was very kind with me when I spoke to her on the phone to confirm my online appointment the day prior and when I arrived that morning for the appointment. I was asked if I would be dropping the vehicle off or waiting... online I opted to check the box that said I would be waiting at the location for my vehicle to be finished which was the first red flag that it may be a problem. The mechanic that was doing the front end wasn't at the shop, he was still at his house. I waited until 9:30 which was as long as my schedule for the day would allow me to do without breaking other appointments. Once again this post is to help make what seems to be a great family business operate a bit better.... many factors could have involved in not being on time and I'm not ignorant to that fact. I WILL BE going back to this location as should anyone reading this message, were only human and make mistakes just like everyone else in this world nobody is perfect. I decided to give this 3 stars solely based on Jessica being so nice and making the effort to get in touch with the mechanic to start service.

I received excellent service from Crook's Tires when I needed four tires for my little utility truck. No one tried to sell me the most expensive tire; I felt they just wanted to help me get what I needed in the most expedient way possible. From the young woman who received me in the office, the technician who installed my tires, the young men who took me home and picked me up, to the owner of the business, I felt like Crook's cared not only about providing good service but also about making the whole process stress-free as possible for me!

I've left review for Crooks Tire over the last 15 years but now things are different. I drove in on a morning with no appointment and not expecting anything for days with a leaking transmission. Don is the man, he said we'll be in touch as soon as we get to it. One hour later via text I had the issue resolved and a quote. By 4pm I was driving again. I expected it to be days judging by the old Crooks Tire management. Totally Recommend!

Friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk and I had friendly conversation the whole time I was there.Fair prices. Went in for an oil change (cheap!) And found out I had a small leak in coolant reservoir. They sealed it up for free...this place definitely has my patronage again in the future!!!! Keep up the great work

We ve brought all our family cars and trucks here for years. Through many staff changes, etc. Overall, we ve been very pleased. Today Don went over and above to resolve an issue for me! I truly appreciate that type of service!

These guys are the best and I won t take my truck anywhere else. Full of knowledge and willing to actually talk to you and give you knowledge about how to fix your vehicle. Wish I could give 6 stars.

First time using Crooks Tire Pro. Had a fuel leak in my 4Runner and brought it in for repair. Brad was professional and kept me up to date while they were waiting on back ordered parts. We will definitely do business with Crooks in the future!

I had to get a new tire and I brought my old tire to crooks. They didn t have the tire in stock so they ordered it for me and called me a Couple hours later. I couldn t get it then but I got it first thing in the morning. They were so easy to work with and had great prices ! I m very thankful!

Buyer beware. I called to get a quote for the replacement of an engine in my Ford truck. After the third time calling, and leaving my information twice, I finally spoke with Don. He gave me, what I thought was a fair and honest price of $6000 out the door. So i did some research on the engine that he was going use and called him back to discuss further details about the job. At this point he informed me that the price had gone up to $6500. This was not as good as I had hoped, but still better than other shops, plus it was spending local. So I asked him to put it all on paper and I would come by so that we could finalize everything. When i showed up in person he handed me a quote on paper for $7748.81, and said that there "...must have been some I's that I didn't dot and some T's that I didn't cross...". This is very classic bait-and-switch. I will not be using them for any reason. If you do, get it in writing.

I could not have been more pleased with their fast and honest service. They could have easily tried to sell me a new tire but instead they advised me to go to our mechanic so they could put a plug in it which would save me money. The hole was in an area of the tire which it is usually not advisable to use a plug but in my case he thought it would be okay. Their policy is to never use a plug in that area otherwise they would have done it.

Our A/C went out in our 2004 Honda Pilot and Brad and his staff took very good care of us out-of-towners. We have family in the area, and would not hesitate to come back to Crook s for service.
