Spivey s did an excellent job repairing my Fiesta. Shane called me before they began the work to explain what they would be doing and he answered all of my questions. They sent me text messages daily to inform me of their progress and completed the work a day early. Shane showed me what they had done; it was an excellent job. I m a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Spivey s!

This is the best body shop in the Atlanta area. They were able to get my car in while I was on vacation; cutting down the time I needed to get a rental. They emailed me every day regarding the progress and finished my car two days early (before it was promised)! My car looks great and was super clean on the inside as well. I can t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

I have had 3 unfortunate events take place over the years, resulting in body damage. I have chosen Spivey's Bodyshop each time for my repairs and have never been disappointed. The company is easy to work with, repairs have been immaculate, and the turn around time is speedy. This bodyshop is nothing short of amazing.

My Subaru Ascent was rear ended and my rear bumper and muffler had sustained some damage. I took my car to Spivey s Body Shop and they did an amazing job. My car is running smoothly. I went to get an estimate did on my truck , where someone had scratched it. They will do the work next week and remove the scratches from it.

This place is a scam. They are in cahoots with state farm insurance. They said they evaluated my vehicle, checked oil, transmission fluid, interior of car, checked all systems, heat & air cond., Radio and everything and said my vehicle is leaking fluid. I was there and watched them and they never did any of this. They only wrote it up that way to help state farm avoid paying me what they were supposed to. Stay far away from this place if you are in the business of being treated fairly. Horrible place of business. Don't ever use this place for estimates. crooks!!!

Been here twice and completely satisfied both times. I appreciate the quality of work that was provided. I am a person that loves their vehicle. So I can be picky. I am glad i chose Spivey's. Some evil non driving person side swiped my baby while she was parked on the street. Spivey's brought her back to life in record time and now she looks better than ever! Thx!

I purchased a taillight on ebay and they were kind to install it. Many places wouldn't do that. Frankly, it was an easy job and they've made an exception, but body shops were busy and the owner, front desk, and technicians were all very willing and friendly to help. I could tell they had a good chemistry and a great working environment. Highly recommend it!!! A+++

Brought my car here for service. I want to give them five stars, but their communication could be more clear. Takes a week or two just to get an estimate. Then on that day you schedule the day to bring it back & drop off, which will be another two to three weeks later.. Lots of time passes. I was told one thing over the phone, then another thing once I showed up in person. But they do great work, and they do all the contact with the insurance company, so they are great at what they do. It's a nice, family owned operation, which you dont see much of nowadays. I'd bring my car back here based on work quality, but they all just need more clarity in their initial expectations in first contact with customers.

Can t say enough great things about Shane and the team. They take care of you from start to finish and make the whole process a piece of cake.Getting hit or in a crash sucks already so glad to have chosen these guys because they not only are pros at what they do and make your car look brand new but also are just good people

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The professionalism of this business and the passion of the family who runs it is so apparent. From the beginning, Nancy in the office was so accommodating and friendly. Her husband Shane who runs the business was so attentive and knowledgeable inspecting my vehicle. His father started the business 50 years ago, and was nice enough to shuttle me to my rental car even though he didn t have to. My car was ready sooner than expected, and the results actually made me emotional. My car was detailed inside and out, and they even fixed another minor issue with my door unrelated to why I was there. It s so obvious that working on cars is an art form for this family. Could not recommend a local business more!

Had a wonderful experience at Spivey s. They were professional, provided updates on the status of my repair, service was top notch and my vehicle was fixed ahead of schedule! Super friendly staff with flexible availability to fit me in the same day I called. I personally spoke with the father and son that ran the business and they both assured me that my vehicle was in good hands! Great communication with the progress of my repairs. I would greatly recommend!

I got into an accident and had to use a body shop that the tow truck guy recommended. That place got my car back to me 2.5 weeks late from the time that it was supposed to be done and they didn't communicate at all with me. When I had an incident with my side mirror/door that needed to be fixed, I made sure to do research first and Spivey's was the first to come up and it had excellent reviews! I didn't hesitate to call them and schedule to drop my car off.The owners of the shop are both amazing and hands on! They were able to get my car done earlier than expected as well! Not only did they handle everything with the insurance, but they made sure to keep us informed as well. The experience that I had with Spivey's made me reassured that taking your car into the shop isn't as much of a hassle as some could make it. They were awesome!We will definitely be using Spivey's for any work that we may need done in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. The staff is great. The work was excellent and done ahead of schedule. They were very friendly and helpful. I had a 3 and 5 year old with me and they were kind enough to watch them for me in the office while I swapped the car seats to and from the rental car. I will recommend them to anyone that needs a body shop.

Took my car here for some minor rear bumper repair and not only did they have it done in about 24 hours, it was days faster than I was quoted from another shop. This father/son shop is fantastic and I love finding places like this that have been around for a long time. You know right when you walk in the door, you're in good hands with some honest and trustworthy people. Doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommend these guys!

My car was broken into, rear window pried open & smashed, door scratched fairly deep. Took it into Spivey s expecting to just get the window replaced, & they went far beyond my expectations! Paint repair for the scratches, replaced molding around the window, removed & inspected other components to ensure they were still up to par they even cleaned up the broken glass that I missed! They worked with my insurance for me, all I had to do was provide the claim number! On top of that, Shane Spivey (I believe) was incredibly nice & very helpful throughout the whole process. I really can t recommend them enough!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best auto shop experience coming here! The small family staff are the most genuine and honest in the industry in my opinion . I guess manners and a hospitable environment go far for me. Will recommend to anyone in Decatur/Atlanta area in need of body work. I definitely felt valued as their customer. My car looks better than new now!

I called Spivey s more than a half-dozen times over a three-week period to schedule a repair to my car, spoke with several people and left multiple messages, but they never returned any of my calls. I finally contacted another body shop, and this shop took my car in the next week, began repairs that same week and even called to let me know the status of the work. Spivey s might do good work, but I ll never know, as they never scheduled my repair or returned a single one of my calls.

I was rear ended and the bumper needed replacing. They also fixed the paint job that I tried to do myself. I m glad I went to this place. They did a good job!

Spivey's did a great job repairing my car. And as others have stated the family business went above and beyond. In addition to the owners personally answering any questions, they were always available and friendly and willing to accommodate. They even cleaned my car - inside & out ! I can't recommend these guys enough. Quick, honest, and great work. I brought my Porsche to them with deep scratches and a number of dents and got the car back looking fantastic within a few days. Jack has an impressive collection of his own - you can feel confident he is doing quality work as a car enthusiast himself.

I must say that Spivey's Body Shop is the place to go whenever you need work done to your vehicle. They're reliable & on time like they promised.
