I ve been taking my Chevy Avalanche to Steve for several years now years, he is great honest mechanic who is genuinely not trying to take advantage! He s kept my higher mileage truck running and towing, & I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I can t believe I hadn t already left these guys a review! Keener Auto is great, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area. He s friendly, honest, and works quickly and efficiently. As a 27 year old woman I normally hate having to bring my car into any shop or dealership because they know I don t know anything about cars, and I ve definitely been nickeled and dimed plenty of times. Steve takes time to explain what s going on with your vehicle, how important or urgent repairs are, and he isn t trying to overcharge for anything. He clearly cares about his customers and gives great advice and service. Me and my roommates love Keener Auto Repair!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Easily one of the best mechanic shops around - Steve has always been super honest and straightforward with me and any of the work he s done on my vehicles. I ve brought engine problems to him and he s diagnosed them efficiently and correctly - but also always have me straight options on what I needed done NOW and what I could keep an eye on/wait a little bit. This is the type of shop that you can feel confident about the work being done on your vehicle (just know that they do charge a fair wage for their work so don t think it s going to be dirt cheap - they do great work at decent rates, and you can trust them.)I have three vehicles in the family and all of them over a decade old with closer to 200k miles each - I want them to keep running as long as possible so I m going to keep bringing them here for repairs.

We have been using Keener Auto for almost 2 years now. His name was passed on to us by a friend and he is the best local mechanic that we have found. He works with integrity; fair prices and clear communication. We highly recommend Steve.

Honest, friendly, and thorough! Thanks steve keener!! I have an older truck and Steven was pretty honest about everything. I went in for some interval maintenance and I actually needed other things done while they had the truck pulled apart. I'm glad we spotted certain problems and issues before they got worse. Steve is very detailed in explaining how things work and is not the type of guy to pull the wool over your eyes. Thanks so much Steve for taking care of me. I appreciate you and your crew!

Steve Keener is the world's greatest mechanic as far as we are concerned. Not only is he an expert, he truly cares about his customers. He works hard to make repairs affordable and works even harder to make sure that repairs are not necessary due to his consistent maintenance.

Very honest and nice people. Great mechanics. They'll call you if they find other issues and ask if you want that work done now or another time. They'll also let you know if something isn't urgent.

Keener is the only place I will take my vehicles. I was referred by a neighbor when I first moved to Georgia. They do solid work, don't rip you off and most importantly, are awesome humans.

I believe Steve is an honest guy, however I feel obliged to inform you that if you have an older model Prius you may want to go to another mechanic. I brought in my 05 prius for routine maintenance and got a call from Steve saying that there was a major electrical problem because the car wouldn t power on in any way. Very concerning! After getting it towed to another mechanic and being charged for another diagnostic ($113) it turns out there is no major issue. Steve made an mistake and didn t put the key in the ignition, mistaking my car with newer models that utilize proximity technology. Putting the key in the ignition like your supposed to allows the car to start fine.Long story short: he made a mistake and wasn t willing to make it right by pay for the diagnostic I didn t need. It seems to me like his knowledge in older model Priuses may be lacking and so I won t be going back.
