Let me say! The folks at Wally s are TOP TIER! I had my truck go in for some pretty decent damage. Like DAMAGE DAMAGE! That wasn t a problem for Wally s. They went above and beyond helping me and also really being some folks that helped me deal with difficult times. They had promised me to get me truck before New Years and they delivered. If you have any choice to pick a place to go to then you should go here. If something happens (hopefully it doesnt) then I m going back there! If anyone at Wally s reads this I was the guy with the red interior. I love y all. SHOUTOUT LUIS (I hope I spelled your name right) and MS DEBBIE AT THE FRONT DESK! If y all have em taking care of you then you re in good hands. Also I got my truck back fully detailed. That was the chefs kiss on top

The team at Wally's is amazing. My vehicle was in an accident (sideswiped when someone tried merging into my lane who somehow didn't realize it was already occupied by me), and Wally's had come highly recommended. They got me scheduled for the repairs quickly, and were highly communicative during the repair process. They arranged and took care of all the coordinating of my rental. And when I went to pick my vehicle up today, found they'd wiped down the inside (no dust on the dashboard!!), and put in some gas, as I was probably on fumes when I dropped it off, so that I wouldn't have to fill up immediately upon pickup. Plus, the car looks GREAT.I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back and will definitely recommend to anyone who asks where to get body work done!Thanks Wally's for the GREAT work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wally s is a great place to get body work done. I went in after an insurance claim. They worked with Tommy insurance agency and helped me get exactly what I needed. On the recommendation of my insurance company I took my car in for body work ($5,000 est cost), They never returned calls as to status of work. It took them over 8 weeks to complete: two days to inspect it and wash! My rental car allotment ran out after 6 weeks so had to scrounge for rides to work. They were totally unresponsive. I would not recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

Wally s did a wonderful job on my car. They are the upmost professional and treated me very well, almost like family! I am forever grateful that I chose/found them to fix my car. They are efficient and make sure they do a great job and right the first time! They are thorough and leave nothing undone, etc. If I were you, I wouldn t go anywhere else. My son took his car to this place in December and just got his car back 2 days ago. So your telling me it takes almost 4 months to fix a car?! We had to keep calling to see what was going on they and always had a shady excuse. Waiting on parts.. waiting on mechanic, etc.. and they even put the wrong gas in his car and the car would not start so they had to take it to the dealer which cost us $1000 more. They charged the deductible plus towing fees to get the car to the dealer when it was there own fault the car wouldn t start. On top of paying a car note for a car that we didn t have because this shop is so unprofessional. Worst experience ever!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This company is NOT a scam. They are the most generous and family oriented business I know. I was so nervous when getting my first car on my own and the literally made sure I knew everything thing I need to know before purchasing. Not to mention they have remained my car plenty of times and you could not even tell looking at my car right now. The are the only ones I let fix on my car. I do not trust everyone but this business has to be the best..... the customer is superb and amazing. They give the truth and don't try to get over on me. I would recommend this company for any repairs and painting. They are amazing. You won't regret it.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Welding, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Wally and Deb are amazing! This is the only place that would take my car for the 12 years that I lived in Savannah. The work is fantastic and the prices are awesome! They would always try their best to accommodate my needs. Not only is the workmanship top notch, the customer service is phenomenal. Always a sense of humor! I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle repairs!!

Had made an appointment to bring my Mercedes to Wally s collision center to repair rear bumper of my Mercedes. In the meantime, I fractured my kneecap and could not make this appointment. Wally did a pick up of my car and took it to his shop to make these repairs. This is over and above expectations for an automobile body shop to do. Such excellent service!Will let you know how repairs go.

What a nightmare! Since July of 2022, my auto work has been delayed. Now I am told they are not honoring the quote I was given after being told several times they would. Went to pick truck up today and they asked me to come back in an hour. Seriously the worst experience and work was never even done.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I brought my car to Wally's Collision Center after a high speed wreck on the highway. My Kia had body damage on pretty much every panel, bumper, door and fender. The headlights and tail lights broke and my control arm and frame had bent pretty bad. I was surprised they offer free and VERY accurate estimates! After Wally and his crew fixed my car, the body work was seamless and the paint color was spot on and drove better than before. I have gone to Wally's for all of my body and mechanical work for all of my cars and have always been pleased. I now bring my Honda here and Debbie always works with me the best she can. She explains everything in a clear and understandable manner so there's no confusion and nothing left out. She always remains in contact with me so I know exactly what's happening to my vehicle so I can expcect to get it back in a timely manner. She leaves all of the hard work up to herself and technicians and even offered to communicate with my rental company for me. What my insurance company couldn't cover, Debbie and Wally made sure to get the best parts for me that matched my financial budget. That being said, the customer service here is fabulous. I have nothing negative to say and will always come back! (:

I had my car for a total of 6 days when I was rear endedIt s smashed my trunk in and bent the heck out of my quarter panel!! But to look at my car now you d never think it had even been in an accident. They did an outstanding job on my vehicle.. And Ms Debbie always kept me in the loop with what was going on with my vehicle!! So glad I took it there instead of joe hudsons!! Overly pleased with my experience with this shop. Jarod was very helpful and customer oriented. The vehicle was ready for pickup on the day that was promised. Great quality of workmanship, and pricing was very reasonable. I would go to Wally's for any future needs.

Upon arrival, the service was phenomenal. I was greeted immediately and was helped to the best of everyone s ability. The staff members all made sure to make me feel welcome as well as getting everything I needed taken care of. I would definitely highly recommend Wally s to anyone in need of a nice family oriented body shop

I have had Wally's complete two paint projects for me and the results were 100% perfect. Both were small jobs for my motorcycle but he and Debby spent over an hour with me as if I was having a complete car repainted. Wally was focused on the details and gave great advise as well. I bought a car last December and hit a deer on the way home from the dealership, which nearly destroyed my front-end. Debbie at the front desk provided me with a free estimate and worked with me personally to save as much money as I could, being that I'm a young 20-year-old man that lives away from his parents and has his own bills and such, while explaining the process of how these things such as insurance claims and their order of operations work in a clear and concise manner using common language so that nothing she said would be confusing. She was very understanding of my desire to save money, but not cut corners, and I had all parts replaced on my car and I had it home looking brand new in two-weeks time, a time where they were slammed because of the holiday season. Wally is a straight-up businessman and Debbie is a go-getter that treats you how you treat her. As to the commenters above, I'm not sure where they get the vibe that Debbie was rude, she treated me like I was her kid and made sure I had what I needed. It is a family business and from what I've seen, Debbie and Wally treat their employees like family, and try their best to treat their customers the same way. Needless to say, I would recommend this shop 10/10 times.

At first Debbie was nice and helpful. However, when I called back to find out if she found parts for my car, and to ask for the estimate that she sent into the insurance company, she was very rude and wouldn't speak to me. She was yelling in the background while her husband was on the phone. No wonder I never heard about this company before ... Will definitely not be back or recommend it to a friend.

The most trustworthy, reasonable, honest, family owned business around. They fixed my car's clutch and rescued it before it almost died. I couldn't be more thankful to have found a business that takes care of its customers in such a manner. thank you a thousand times yall.

Jarod and the staff at Wally's were very knowledgable, honest and quick while performing high quality work. Jarod showed me exactly what I needed to get fixed and explained everything he would do before hand. If you need auto bodywork done in the Savannah area, go to Wally's!

If you want the highest possible quote and get ripped off than these are your guys. They gave me a quote with over inflated prices and than charged me $255.00. A srs moduel for $576.60 impact sensor $166.31 and buckle $103.83 when in fact only the srs module has to be sent off and re-botted for $49.00 as any honest body shop will tell you all cars in an accident have to have the control module srs reset. After giving me a price of $79.00 for diagnostic and than adding $88.00 for additional diagnose and than doubling that saying the tec had to diagnose twice I was charged $255.00 for a worthless in accurate quote.

A service is too bad when I decided to fix my car in this place. They took a parts from my car out and then they forget to put them back oh my gosh unbelievable ... I will never come back again.Do NoT Come

Not bringing my car back here, spoke with a Debby who was incredibly rude to me lost me as a customer.
