My rv broke down on my way to triple bypass heart surgery in Myrtle beach, Travis and the crew in Savannah took care of my rv for 2 months while I recovered, this included protecting my water system when the temperatures were in the 20 and keeping my batteries charged and cranking it up and moving it periodically. They did a great job..

5 stars all the way! Took our RV to them for an oil change and couldn t be more happy! Randy was so helpful getting it scheduled and everyone there was very nice and friendly. The price was reasonable and they did a courtesy check on the tires, lights, etc. I wouldn t hesitate to have them do any mechanical work should I need it. Location is super convenient for me so they ll definitely have my business in the future! Thanks guys!!!Service: Oil change

Brought in dump truck bc the truck check engine light came on, truck stuck in 4th gear and drives slowly then stop. WW Williams had truck in and said it was fix and charged around 3500. A few days later truck did same thing and now WW Williams say it will need a transmission totally not happy, and argue why should I have to pay for something they claim was fix and already paid for. To no avail they didn t care so, I reluctantly paid around 11,000 for the transmission. Transmission warranty x2 year given! 6 months later the truck doing the same thing, WW Williams says it s something else and not transmission that is under warranty and now wants 20,000 to repair! I m reporting them to BBB and seeking court ligation! Do not go there! Do not trust them. Mitchell & Son TruckingService: Transmission

The Savanah shop is a good shop. The $200 an hour is too expensive . But they got me out the next morning . Thanks for a job well done.

Once again I am impressed with the Detroit diesel shops. I came in cus my engine light was on. I got there around noon and they had the truck in the shop in like 15 minutes. Found the problem shortly thereafter, which was a broken wire. Fixed and back on the road within a couple hours. Charged a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff was very professional and personable. Great job guys and girls. Keep up the great work.

My husband had to have his motor replaced in his truck. This company had his truck for almost 2 months to replace the motor (ok,fine). He just received his truck back on Friday, and now the truck has an exhaust leak when he haven t had a chance to take a load anywhere. All of that was suppose to be new on the truck. Now that he has dropped it back off, communication is horrible and they are pretty much taking their time to get it fix when it was suppose to be fixed when he picked it up. Currently seeking legal actions bc this is unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME & IN A TIMELY MANNER

This place went absolutely above and beyond for us! While traveling full time in our skoolie, we ended up being stuck at this shop for 2 weeks (not their fault-long story)! They allowed us to stay in our bus overnight. They hooked us up with electric and water. They worked hard to expedite our repair process. They were extremely knowledgeable and kept us up to date on every little part of the repair process. They truly treated us as if we were family. I couldn t recommend this place more! We are truly grateful to have found this place in our time of need. Thank you Chris Rodgers (night shift) and Russell Watts (day shift )- we will never forget you guys and your hospitality!

They did a great job fixing our semi truck. Kept us updated (which we appreciated) for the duration of the repair. Repair was quick considering the extent of the work they had to do. Also, mechanics had great attention to detail. They reinstalled the side fairing which we had taken off (not something they needed to do but they did anyways). They went above and beyond (even stayed late for my husband to drop his truck off). We highly recommend WW Williams!

I can honestly say that after dealing with WW Williams in Savannah for many years , they are a great bunch of people who do care greatly for their customers and vendors. They are all about positive relationships with everyone they are dealing with. They have always treated me very fairly. That says a lot about how they operate.

Everyone was absolutely amazing - only exceeded by the quality of the service!! We limped in at 4:00p after having talked with Eric/Allison technician. He was under the coach within 5 minutes of our arrival! They accommodated us overnight - and were on the job by 8:00a the next morning! All issues resolved AND a full engine service by 2:30p THAT DAY!Service: Transmission

I do not recommend this mechanical workshop because of 3 bad experiences that I have there: 1). I brought a marine engine there hoping they may repair it. The customer experience assistant (Tracy) called me and told me she will be quoting more than USD$6.000 just to assembly/repair the engine. I told her that the price did not have sense for me considering that price was almost the price for a new engine. She did not tried to understand my perspective and my needs as a customer, she was just interested in invoicing. Then she was trying to charge USD$467 for the time they supposedly spent on the inspection of the engine and the time she supposedly spent to make a quotation (I have never received a detailed quotation). As I received no useful information regarding about what needs to be done to the engine (except for that it has to be rebuilt for almost the cost of a new engine), neither I received a detailed invoice (the invoice has no detail information about who did what), neither I received a detailed quotation of work and parts needed I requested them to reduce the invoice. The customer service assistant was angry, argued about my request and she said that I did not accepted to pay USD$6.000 because I did not have the money, what is not true (i did not said that and, I do have the money but I am not stupid to pay USD$6.000 to repair an old engine). Per my request they reduced the invoice to $300, I paid it, and they gave me a disassembled engine with a missing part. 2). After some weeks, when I noticed there was a missing part in the engine, I wrote an email to the customer service assistant at 21:00 (this detail is important) to ask to doble check if maybe by mistake the part was left at the workhop premises (Also I asked to quote the missing part). At 7:24 of the next day she quickly replied that the part was not present when I brought the engine. (did she doble checked records or called the mechanics during the night or she just did not care?) 3). They quoted the missing part for USD$207 plus tax and USD$50 in shipping and handling but: a) in other stores the same original new part is less than USD$120, b) Nevertheless they quoted USD$50 in shipping and handling I would have to pick up the part in the counter at the workshop. c) The customer service assistant sent me a template of credit card authorization to be signed because apparently their online store is not working properly. As the quoted price for the missing part exceeds other offers and since I do not trust them I will not sign such authorization. In conclusion, because of the poor customer experience and because of them focusing on invoicing rather than customers needs, next time I will go to other workshop. Maybe you will find this experience useful to improve customer service, maybe not but please do not contact me.

With engine lights on and not sure where to go for service, I took a chance, based on multiple good reviews, on W.W. Williams, Savannah, GA. Rolling into their facility at 1800 I was greeted by Chris, night supervisor, went over the issues and asked if they have the time to do a full Service PM as well as correcting the fault codes. In the morning truck ready to go and everything Chris said the night shift would do, did. Thank You for the professionalism, politeness and informative repair. Awesome job and highly recommend this facility. My hats off to you all and Thank you for keeping an O/O rolling.

The type of business that makes you wish you were in Savannah. They will order any diesel parts for you, consult on issues, have parts ready in a day or two, if not in stock

Had a great experience here with our 10 passenger school bus (tiny home conversion). We brought it in just to have them look it over before traveling around the states. We had a few minor issues we noticed but wanted to make sure nothing else was going on before heading off. This can be scary, two women walking into an auto shop basically saying tell me what s wrong with my bus . We spoke mostly with Chris and Tracey who were both wonderful. Chris explained what they found including details about what could wait to be fixed or what was pressing and should be handled now. He was very honest and didn t take advantage of our lack of knowledge the way that other auto shops will! That was a relief. 100% recommend!!

We had some problems getting the van in to be serviced, that was your problem because of scheduling. The problem was checked out, and found not to be repairable. Very professional.

I was told to expect my truck back within 5 days but it took them 21 days. Every single time I called to check on the status of my truck, I'm told a new lie. They charged me way more than I was quoted for and the performed job doesn't meet the expectationAnyone relying on the review of this company will be very disappointed after dealing with themServices: Transmission, Exhaust

Would give the night shift 5 stars. Super friendly and helpful. Night shift manager kept me up to date with what was being done, made it a point to every hour come and tell me what was being done. Came back the next morning and day shift was a completely different experience. Rude from the minute I walked in. Technicians seemed very knowledgeable and professional. The customer service is the reason for the bad review and why I would never consider going back.

We were passing through and we felt lucky that, when our brand new chassis battery on our motorhomre died, they were able to squeeze us in to fix the problem. Three hours later, we were informed that they could not find the problem, and suggested going directly to a motorhome dealer and repair service. We were charged a reduced rate, $350, for labor. As soon as we left we noticed that the inverter wasnt working, we didn't have power in the coach, the battery compartment had some loose screws, some stripped, some too tight. Unfortunately, it was closing time and they couldnt figure out the problem. Next morning, after a night of no fridge or electricity in half the coach, we drove someplace else. Not only the tech in Williams hadnt fixed the issue, he had connected the house batteries wrong and damaged the step. My advise, avoid this place. The folks are really nice but the price paid for an incompetent tech was too high: we had to pay $450 to find and fix the mistake the tech did, on top of the $600 for the actual repair of the original issue.

AWESOME AWESOME place!! DO NOT waste your time and money going anywhere else! I have a DD15, these people fixed it first time and only took 2 days. Other place I took it , they kept it a week, i spent $1700, wasnt fixed and they wanted $1800 more.. thank goodness I didnt let them work on it anymore. I took it to W.W.Williams and what the other place wanted to replace was not even the problem. AWESOME repair facility, I highly recommend W.W.Williams
