Really Enjoyed the cx service that was provided to me Johnathan and the Nissan family there. They really went out of their way to assist me and get me into a 2024 vehicle at a decent price that I can commit to. Great Job Everyone there at Vaden Nissan of Savannah

Updated review. Worst customer service I have experienced. No accountability for any issues with this car PRIOR to me purchasing the vehicle. I should not be responsible for any issues you knew were wrong with the vehicle.Customers should be able to feel comfortable and trust in the company when making a large purchase I didnt. With everything that has been going on , I would not recommend this location.

When I bought the car I was told that there were parts on order for my sun visor so I expected that within a couple of weeks my part would come in I never got a phone call never got anything I've been calling back and forth back and forth all of a sudden no one knows anything I've taken my car up there quite a few times to get things fixed they gave it right back to me with the same thing wrong with it I don't know what they're doing but at this point I have had it

I brought my car here for a vehicle inspection and a diagnostic. Spent over $500. Had oil change, replaced filter, thermostat replacement. I had an automobile status report and the battery terminals/cables/ mounting was checked out as good. Sorry to say I didn't look at the engine after paying. Just 1 week later, the car wouldn't start up!! When the hood was opened, there was a massive amount of corrosion around the terminals of the battery! I thought the battery terminals was good! Needless to say, the nissan autoshop told me that the vehicle inspection was complimentary and free and it would mean I would be charged if they had to clean the terminals. Duh!!! You don't think I spent money having my car towed to another shop and inspected AGAIN!!?? Even though I'm not a mechanic, when I saw white flour like powder all around my battery terminals ...I knew that wasn't good!Very dissatisfied and really disappointed with the service!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Used to be great. Now they're not. Took 80 minutes for a basic oil change and tire rotation despite having an appointment. $83. Tried to upsell me a ton of stuff, including a cabin air filter for $85 (Cost on Amazon for the part: $10). Finally left only to find they hadn't put air in my tires despite doing a rotation. Had to drive back, and then they unevenly filled the tires. Time to find a new service place.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I took my truck and I had to change a tire, when I picked up the truck the tire is not the same as the others on the truck and Marianne didn't help me at all, she just said that that was the one they had there and she couldn't do anything. very bad service from this person, it does not matter that they have insurance in the end they do what they wantService: Auto maintenance

UPDATE: I left a review 1 weeks ago about my tires and a wheel alignment on a car I just purchased from Vaden Nissan. I was extremely upset that I was sold a car that needed 4 new tires and a wheel alignment and I left a bad review. I just want to say thank you to Brad at the Service Department, he was amazing!! He contacted me and set up the appointment to put tires on my car and to get the wheel alignment. He really did make things right. The way they should be. I will continue to take my business there because of that.

Went in just to look around, told the woman what I was looking for, what I'd put down and what I wanted my payments to be. Long story short. Her and I agreed, found the right car. Finance guy comes out tried to upsell our agreement. Moved onto the final stage guy draws up paperwork with bigger down payment and bigger payments. Stuck to my guns. Now have a new/ used car as I wanted!

I had some major issues going on with my nissan pathfinder, and I am so grateful to everyone at service dept. They corrected my issues in a timely manner. Usually pretty good service center, but the quality of the place is declining. I had to constantly check to see if parts arrived for a warrantee repair. I was told they would call as soon as they arrived. Since I had to call, my repairs were delayed by a week unnecessarily.

Excellent Customer Service satisfaction guarantee for all experience I will have to say they surpass my expectations. My time with them was outstanding and Service Advisor an amazing persona y trustworthy in all advices given to me to keep my vehicle in top condition. My friend Faye had to take her car in for Maintenance. David the service person was very helpful and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about his job. We were only in the service area, it appeared to be very clean.

I took my car here to get serviced in December 2020, and I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism I received here. I currently reside in ATL, but after a terrible experience at the local ATL Nissan location, I decided to wait until after I came back to Savannah for the holidays to get my car looked at again. Sandi greeted me when I drove up and after expressing several of the concerns I had with my car, she went above and beyond my expectations to make sure A) I was aware of what services were needed after inspection B) why the service was needed (texted me pictures of a part that needed to be replaced), and C) what the expected cost would be. As someone who does not know a lot about cars, I really appreciated Sandi's patience and her detailed responses to all of the questions I had about my car. Once I committed to the necessary repairs, while I was waiting on my car, Sandi also made sure to reach out to me during the day to give me updates on my repairs.Any doubt that I had bringing my car to a dealership for service has completely disappeared thanks to my experience here. From now on, I will do whatever I can to get my car serviced here in the future, even if it means driving 4 hours from ATL to SAV to get here!
