Appreciate the efforts of Two Nuts, in removing a defective headlight bulb and replacing it with one I provided. SAAB, 2009; 9-5, SportCombi. It was a struggle removing the old bulb, grateful for the tenacity of the tech.Well worth the $336.00.Highly recommended!

This place is the worst place I ve ever been,I went in with oil leaking from oil filter housing and steering pump leak and noise when turning.I work on cars and I m in car clubs..I told them steering hose need to be replaced that s what s causing it because I watched it leaking out.BUT THET TOLD ME I NEED NEW STEERING PUMP REPLACED,That cost about $900.I fixed it myself .no leaks no more .Pics shows that.So that s was 1 scam. The 2 scams was that noise when I turned steering wheel .They said shocks Struts but I replaced them when I bought the car from this garage .I fixed that myself .The oil filter house leaking it s STILL LEAKING THEY DID NOT FIX IT FOR $430 I paid them to do..I fixed that myself..My FAN TO STEERING PUMP WAS NOT SCREWED IN after I pick up from them.I was hearing Dong sound got home all screws was loose about to fall off and damage or cause me to crash.PICS show n I got the date of pics when I picked up. .I fixed MYSELF Like a should have done but I have money to pay people to do it for me..My mistake.. I read all bad reviews trust me all of them are accurate.Only thing that will solve this is REFUND Because I don t TRUST THEM,They might mess up other things to get more money..I will keep yall posted on Resolving this.I will not bring back to them .I don t trust them..I fixed everything myself..

These guys are awesome! My husband and I were stranded on the side of the freeway between Jacksonville and Savannah with a flat tire. AAA wouldn t tow us until the tire shop was open, so we spent the night on our car on the freeway. The tire shop stripped the screws for our rim and couldn t get the rims off to change the tire!! Luckily we literally stumbled into Two Nuts and a Bolt Garage. They had all the right tools to fix it up in less than 5 minutes and get us back on the road again. We are so grateful to find such good people on our travels!

This is a late review. On my way to North Carolina, my transmission went out on my truck on a Friday afternoon, 01-18-2019. I was soooo happy Two Nuts and a Bolt Garage was able to get me back on the road that day so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday.

I brought my daughter's car here last Friday afternoon with a strange sound coming from the engine. Izzy immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to get me quickly back on the road with a plan to avoid a similar reoccurence in the future. In less than the 30 minutes it took to diagnose and resolve the problem with my daughter's car, Two Nuts and a Bolt won my loyalty!

Spent 4 months waiting for my car s coolant leak to be looked at only to be told that they would be unable to do anything with it Edit: was told the car has water damage in response to my review.. Was not told this in shop and did not have signs of any such thing before towing to here. perhaps could have occured in the 4 months it sat waiting to be looked at?

Had my vehicles sway-bar links replaced. After a few weeks I needed to perform some routine maintenance under my vehicle and noticed the links that were replaced are not the same. Either only one was replaced and I was charged for two brand new parts or one of the parts wasn t ordered brand new. I hate to think how many people may have been hustled like me and have no clue because it s in a hard to see spot most of us will never check.

I had just bought a 2011 Mini Cooper and found out nobody worked on them locally except Two Nuts & A Bolt, so I brought it in for a tuneup and other services. The service people were very nice & courteous and did a good job on work rendered. I ve been back several more times with same good results. I would most definitely recommend TB&B to others for everyday and specialty problems with their rides, they re good! CraigServices: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

This is the worst place to ever take your mini Cooper or any other foreign car to. I am a black person, and I experienced so much racism in micro aggression at this place. I literally had to threaten to take the owner to court because he did not fix my issue on my car. This place is racist. They hate Black people and they hate people of color. All white people there are racist. Don t give this company your money.

I recently went to this auto shop for a timing belt for my vehicle, the dealership offered an estimate that was priced very high and my car would be gone for 5 days. Two nuts and a Bolt offered me a reasonable price for the work that had to be done and finished the job in 24 hours. I really a appreciated the efficiency and great effort they put into customer service and time management. Would recommend to anyone.

Let me tell you, these guys rock! After having my car repaired another problem popped up and I was stranded. The shop provided a tow on Sunday, but more than that one of the employees had called me back when the ship s voicemail was full. He kept in touch with me making sure I was safe, the tow was complete, even helped suggest a few hotels nearby I should avoid. They were completely up front and honest and I got none of the condescension women sometimes get from auto shops. The day it was done I walked the 9 blocks with my luggage (not smart) so when I arrived in tears they were so so kind. I would return in a moment. In the world of outrageous car costs this is a gem, they will treat you with respect and provide honest and fair service costs.

This is the shop you need, especially now with used prices through the roof. My Subaru has 180,000+ miles and we are new to town. Approachable, straight talk, honest estimates, timely work, good believable advice. In the past 6 months I had a few brake, rotor, and AC issues repaired, and asked about a few other noises. These guys keep me rolling without busting the bank or any complaints.Services: Electrical repair, A/C system maintenance, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair

Car sent for check engine light, received call and advised to take car to mini dealership while under warranty and stated written instructions will be provided. No written instructions found, returned to shop for advice and unable to receive any help from employees present. Dealership was unable to identify issue after keeping the car for a week since alert was turned off. Car is now just out of timeframe for warranty and shop unable to locate any documentation for assistance after multiple calls.

They might be great mechanics, but they have no communication skills. They'll tell you to come back on a specific date, and when you do, they'll tell you that they can't fit you in anymore and that they didn't order the part yet. They may tell you they'll make the part, but then that won't happen either, and they'll act like it was completely unreasonable that they thought they should honor the appointment they set up.They can't even keep keys in an orderly fashion. They literally just pile them all on the desk with no organizational system at all. I've never seen an organization more in need of an office manager. Don't go to them unless you don't actually need your car, as they don't seem to think that your time is valuable or that they should meet the deadlines they establish.RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: That's all well and good, but none of that was communicated. If you don't tell customers accurately and honestly what's going on, how do you expect them to continue to do business with you? Would you trust a contractor who kept coming up with reasons why he wasn't showing up to do the work already paid for, but only telling you AFTER he was missing scheduled appointment after appointment?Service: Air conditioning

As a VW owner, I'm constantly needing repairs and work done on my car, and as a woman, it can be incredibly intimidating and stressful navigating that process and finding a genuine auto shop that's honest, helpful and not out to take advantage. Each time that I've brought my car in, the team at Two Nuts and a Bolt have gone above and beyond to help me out, saving me money on more than one occasion. These guys are trustworthy and fair and do quality work within tight turnaround times. Would highly recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I have used Two Nuts and a Bolt twice. First time sent me to the dealership because my Jeep was still under warranty. No charge for time they spent investigating. Second time because something was dangling from the engine area ( I thought). It was just some tape that I picked up on the road. Both times they could have taken me for a ride, both times were no charge! IMAGINE THAT! HONEST MECHANICS!!! I highly recommend.

Google probably won't let me have enough characters to express my gratitude but I'll try.I had an emergency situation with my car. I called a few places that wouldn't return my call. These guys had great reviews and a cool a name so I tried them. They not only answered but had me in immediately. It was a fairly complex job but they had me back on the road that evening. The price was beyond fair. They kept me updated the entire time. They truly seem to love what they do... sure most mechanics love cars but these guys enjoy helping people. That seems rare these days.Give them your business. They deserve it. Just leave a space for me, I will be back. They've earned my gratitude and loyalty.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change

It took them over 6 months.. Got the jeep back and the back window was slashed and the back bumper was dented. Then turned around and found out they put the engine in wrong. And they replace the the radiator. And that still leaking. Not worth going there with all the damages. it's costing me over Seven Grand. Would not recommend at all. Will never go back.Services: Engine repair, Transmission repair

Last time I took my Volkwagen Golf in, they somehow managed to break my reverse cam, the trunk handle and latch, rear windshield wiper, and several other minor features and functions. This is costing me thousands in repairs now. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend going here.

This place is amazing. Not only do they consistently have the absolute best prices of ANY shop I've been to in Georgia or South Carolina, but their technicians, staff, and the owner are all are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I recently brought my Volkswagen to a dealership and was told it would take two weeks and several thousand dollars to fix. Luckily, Two Nuts and Bolt has a Volkswagen technician on staff who was able to diagnose and repair my issues for half the cost, and in a QUARTER of the time. Every one in my family brings their vehicles here, and they have always been amazed by the service, the expertise, and the price these guys offer--now I see why. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

I brought in my VW Rialta RV with one of my radiator fans not working. I had just spent $800 the previous week at another shop getting it diagnosed and fixed. They determined the part I had just replaced was bad and ordered a new one for me. It wouldn't be in until the next day and I didn't have a place to go with my RV so they let me stay in the field next to their shop. They fixed it shortly after the part arrived the next day. I was prepared for a somewhat large bill but was very pleasantly surprised when they only charged me for labor. They were able to send back the other part I had just gotten the week before. These guys are honest and do quality work. I wish they were in my hometown because they would definitely be my go to shop!
