Took my car here in hopes to get it fixed because it was smoking and he claimed to fix it not only for me to have it towed back to him two additional times where he kept my car for weeks and his excuse was waiting on parts. Then after that, the car still wasn t fixed and I had to get it towed all the way back home to Covington where my dad seen that he used some type of glue to fix my car. Definitely would not recommend taking your car to him even if it s a minor issue.

My vehicle stalled out on me and I called Car Doctor for advise and they were so generous that the store manager sent out someone to my location to diagnose my issue also installed a new battery that was apparently needed for a fair price. I appreciate there business and will be returning. -RonW

Please anyone that's available area stay away from this guy it was supposed to been fixing my daughter car a black Nissan I needed a head gasket because it was leaking oil on the backside landing on the manifold. This guy not only did he not put a gasket on it he tried to fix it with primatech for those who don't know who that is is glue. For cars along with other things he said he did that he did will be posting picture onI have the pictures to prove it

Horrible place. I went here to get my car looked at before I was going to buy it. The owner didn't inspect the car correctly, and I had issues with the car I had to fix and he was totally disrespectful. I highly suggest you don't go to this place.

They are terrible at service and they steal parts off your car.Please dont go here.Not only that they will damaga yourcar.Parts and damage to my truck.They might need to check there employees out.If you love your car or truck dont go here.There what you call a " a real shade tree".

I have had nothing but good experiences with the Car Doctor. The owner and all of the employees are very polite. They have been extremely helpful and honest about every issue with my car. I think that they stole my motor and they claimed that they my motor had went bad, but I don t think that was the case. I need to go check my car out with someone else. I will not trust these people at all. God don t have nothing to do with cars.

I stopped by to get a quick quote for replacing the brake lights in my taillights after being recommended by the cashier in my local Advance Auto Parts (after buying the part there & them not being able to install) and the guys at The Car Doctor were friendly and said they would get them changed for me complimentary since it was quick! I came by the next morning and they switched it out in less than 30 mins. Everywhere else quoted me $40-80 for labor or stated that I could only use parts from their location. I would definitely recommend and will return.Service: Brakes

I was charged $15.00 just to look at my tire! Just to say it can't be patched...but wanted me to buy a tire, No thank Sir...Went to another tire Place and bam got my tire patched just like that..

Wife and relatives were on way to Savannah for a wonderful weekend getaway. Car broke down approx 60 miles from Savannah, and after trying to find anyone in the city to even look at an Audi, these gentlemen came after a really bad weekend.The actual repairs were fairly simple, but it was the attitude and helpfulness that we will remember. They were professional in every way, and got my family on the way back to Atlanta in a little over an hour.Many thanks from all the ladies!! Great people! I got a flat tire on the highway with a screaming baby in the backseat and I was able to limp my car to this place because I couldn t get the lug nuts off. They saw me roll up and immediately came up and swapped my destroyed tire out for the spare. I brought my car in for a quote without looking up the price of a part or anything the owner told me that the total price for part(which he said he would rebuild mine) and labor would $800.00. Granted everyone is entitled to charge what they want this price is entirely too much. I was able to go and get the same work done for 1/3 of the price I was quoted.

This is a great place to take your car! The owner is very polite and comical and he did a great job on the body work and painting. He is very reasonable with his prices and he shows a true concern about what's going on with your vehicle. I will be a permanent customer and so will my daughter.

Troy was friendly and attentive helping me get my oil changed, fluids topped, tires filled and such. He found new the best deal for all of it, getting it taken care of quickly. This will definitely be my regular place to get my car serviced!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Thanks Troy for getting my truck right. Back in October I went to Mavis on waters ave to get my right front wheel checked out and it went from bad to worst. After 4 months of going back and forth with them, I was referred to Troy. He explained to me everything that was going on and what they didn t do right and it didn t take 4 months. A bit pricey because they only use high-end parts. I was not looking for high-end parts. Other than that, they did good work and it was quick.Walk-ins welcome. Appointments get lower labor rate.

Nicely greeted from owner who was available to answer questions, staff were working hard, didn't have alot of space for any extra vehicles, although it was stated because they get you in and out.

I didn't go myself because I am disabled they fix my wheelchair equip van that had serious leaks in the brake system they replace my lines and got my van going once again the brakes are good and their service was excellent my thanks to all the mechanics that worked on my vehicle thank you car doctorsService: BrakesService: Brakes

Unprofessional , took money , I m taking time to court now for unfinished work DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A OIL CHANGE WARNING!!!!
