We had a situation where we changed our own oil and the car starting acting a little weird. Cody took time out of his day to address an issue and get it back on the road safely. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and concern he had, the 'can do' attitude about correcting something that was not initially his fault, and the absolute pride he exuded about the work he does! Amazing and grateful for the encounter!

The guys at Take 5 are always so sweet. I ran over some road trash and it tore the underside cover off. They removed it for me (and did a great oil change while I was there). I can t believe I used to wait half a day on my car to get an oil change. No more.

The Customer Service was excellent , I was offered a cold bottle of water that came in handy for me especially after finishing my cup of coffee. It was my day off and they had me in and out within 15 minutes or so. I definitely recommend going. By the way it wasn t my first time either. Keep up the great work Gentlemen.

I got there first thing in the morning and they were so helpful. Got me in and out in no time, informed me on which oil would work best and had me right back on the road. We good as new!

The guys were nice an knew what they were doing. It didn't take long to finish. Didn't know it was gonna cost 100.00$ for just a oil change. Nissan dealership is only 50 .00 for a infinity SUV. Next time I will ask before I get it change next time where ever I decide to have it change

They were quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I usually take my car to the dealership for an oil change and it always take 2 to 3 hours. They did the same thing the dealership does for the same price in more than half the time. I strongly recommend Take 5 for an oil change.

My daughter got an oil change a few days ago. The car was running fine before. It is now hesitant driving and making all kinds of noises. My daughter checked the oil and it was low. Her vehicle is now broken down. I called spoke to a manager today earlier this morning. It is now past 5p so I called and they said they have no update. The one manager earlier said he would send someone out to check everything and or get it towed back to the shop to figure out the issue. I m a manager in Charleston SC. I am disappointed how much they don t care about customers after they have already paid for the service.. Very unprofessional to not keep the customer relationship confident in their business.

My experience with Take 5 was horrible. I arrived 1hr before closing and the technician was very upset because I was the last car. He seemed irritable and upset!stating I don t know why people wait to the last min to come get and oil change! Because of his careless attitude he did not complete the job properly and did not put my oil plug in tightly, in which it came out. The oil leaked out causing my engine to seize. When trying to contact theGeneral manager, the store manager failed return calls, avoiding the responsibility. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Beware!

I decided to go with a new service. I usually go to Jiffy lube. Unsure what happened but my truck feels like it's tore up. When they put oil in my truck. They used this heavy duty bucket to fill instead of a hose. I could see the oil and it was not golden. It's only been a week and now going to Jiffy lube where I've been going for year to flush this bad oil out!!!!!! To get clean oil. Don't come back and apologize.The damage is done!!!

When The White Knight needed it's 1st oil change and I couldn't get into the dealership for 2 months Take 5 had our backs. The attendant was all smiles and very nice my new truck!

My truck has not had an oil change in over two years. I decided to take it to the take 5 over by windsor and the workers there did a great job. They took out my air filter and showed me how bad it is and recommended that i change it out soon. Thank you guys

My oil change was very fast, efficient and professional. I also had two front wipers, replaced, a rear wiper, and the in cab air filter. I will gladly recommend Take 5 to friends and family.

This location on January 14th, 2024 around 2pm has left my truck in the worst way possible. They claimed my vehicle could not be serviced due to inability to locate the oil filter and/or not having the part in stock, which is perfectly fine. However, while taking the cover off my air filter they stripped the screws (you could see/hear the drill skipping as it wasn't properly seated in the phillips head screws), left half of them sticking up a half inch when trying to put them back in and even drove one back in at a 45 degree angle. They also filled my tires to 46 psi when the sticker inside the door says 36 psi. I had to remove the screws and reseat them for the air filter (which I was able to do by hand with a screwdriver and not an impact as they were using) and also released 10 psi out of all tires.I will never be returning to this Take 5 which is a shame as I used to come frequently with my previous vehicle. If I didn't have the suspicion to double check it all I could've wound up with engine issues and blown tires on a new 2022 truck with 15k miles.

I will never go back here again. Shortly after taking my car in for an oil change, I started to smell what I thought was gas in the cabin of my car. The muffler was also louder than usual. I took my car to a repair shop and was informed they over-filled my oil by 1 quart and failed to put the oil cap back on. I was actually smelling oil in the cabin of the car not gas. So not only did I have to pay $35.00 to the repair shop but also lost the use of my car for a day. Obviously, their employees aren t trained properly or don t care.

I stopped in to get the oil changed in my Lexus. The staff all greeted me and I pulled up. They were knowledge of what they were doing. My guy "Q" was amazing. Had a smile on his face and very pleasant as he was doing the oil change on my car even in this Savannah heat. Fast service. Will be back. I would recommend this locate to anyone looking for a fast, reliable and friendly oil change spot.Service: Oil change

This was my last review, was Great!! Everyone In There Was Awesome, Professional, Nice, Quick and Explained Everything. Second time there, not the same guys but these guys were Great! Will Definitely Go Back.Went yesterday Monday 4/8 Definitely a different experience, not the pleasant guys from the last 2 times, always different guys.
