Expectations Exceeded, Enthusiastically Recommend.I recently had an experience that started with a basic oil change and ended with new brakes that exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I walked in, every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on my needs.All communication throughout the repair process was clear and lightning fast. Two calls total - 1st to provide estimate for time and cost, 2nd to confirm it was ready.Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Enthusiastically recommend.

I had an appointment for an oil change and to check a nose I was hearing for Monday. I wasn't going to be available on Monday for drop off so I called to see if I could drop my car off on Saturday. They said sure. When I got there to do of my car they said they were going to do the oil change that day then check the noise on Monday at my appointed time and call me Monday with details. Monday comes, no call! So I call when I get off work. They put me on hold, then come back and say the technician just pulled my car in and hasn't had time to see what's wrong, that I'd have to wait till Tuesday morning and they would call and let me know. I asked if the oil change has been done, they said yes.Tuesday comes, no call again. So I call again after work. They tell me the technician has it in and they are checking it. They call and say it's a brake issue. I happened to be near by.I said shouldn't that have been caught during the 21 point free inspection during the oil change?? I'm told that yes it should've been. I tell them I'll be in to pick it up and do my own brake work. I get there and they tell me I can't get my car for 30 to 45 minutes!! I ask why so long? Turns out they never did the oil change!!! By the way it would've cost me $179 to do the inspection of the noise that would've been cought if they had just done the oil change on Saturday!! So I could've got my car back on Saturday instead of 3 days later!!! Will never take my car here again! And suggest you don't either! By the way this was my first time here.

Jasmine is the most unprofessional sales lady I have ever interacted with. There is a kid who is her boss who is even worse and less professional. Stay far away from this place!!!

Waited for an hour and a half for a warranty tire change (just 1 tire). Had to make an appointment a week in advance and after waiting that long they didn t have the tire and didn t even tell me they didn t have after I waited for the hour and a half. And they keep changing the price that I signed for originally signed for 31$ and then they told me 50$ and now after waiting for three more days saying it would be 60$.

The parts and service department were so helpful. They went out of their way to fix my car for less than the quoted estimate, and within the time frame . I will be returning to Southern Motors for all my service needs, as well as when I decide to shop for a replacement car!

Make sure you ask for a quote at another dealership; otherwise, these guys will rob you. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation under the Honda service plan, and when I went there, they said I needed a differential fluid change, so I agreed and asked how much. While she was asking, I looked at her iPad, which says $79, but she is still consulting someone for pricing. After 5 mins, she told me it would cost me $129.99. So I confronted her about the price and compared it with another dealership that charges $75. She said they couldn t do that, and I decided to get that done at another dealership and told them to do an oil change and tire rotation. After all this, I waited 4 hours (even a scheduled appointment) to pick up the car, and then I realized that they didn t even rotate the tire. When I asked for my car, they said I owed them $130 for an oil change even though I had a Honda service plan, and she told me that they don t take Honda plans in Honda dealership, so I had to call the dealership where I bought a car with a service plan, and they talked to her and educated her on how. I will never go back there anymore. The only reason I gave it two stars is that they provided shuttle service as promised.

I waited in my car for 15 minutes before I was helped, and it a further took 2 hours to do an oil change. Like, the staff were rude and dismissive. I asked for a tire diagnostic and possibly a replacement and all the guy said was 'I could patch it if it's a nail' like no dude look at it, there's no tread. Further, the same guy pressured me into a brake fix that I couldn't afford at the moment and which I thought was covered under my warranty as this is my first time coming to this shop after purchasing my car. I don't understand is all. Just a disappointing experience, I rather pay $75 for a better quality oil change and diagnostic elsewhere.Service: Oil change

We were traveling and our vehicle started having problems. Despite having a full schedule, the service department fit us in and assigned a driver to shuttle us to a restaurant, then to a hotel for the night, then picked us up in the morning when the vehicle was finished. They fixed the problem and we're very nice to deal with.

I bought my first new car from Southern Motors in 1993. I left there with an amazing feeling because even though I was a college student without tons of money, they made me feel as if I'd just bought the most expensive car on the lot. That experience was the reason I went back to them when it was time to upgrade that 1993 Civic. It is also the reason I have gone back to them over and over throughout the years. I am now on my 6th Honda from Southern Motors and I will never go anywhere else. Not only is their sales department fantastic, but their service department is as well. They're the only people I trust to handle my routine maintenance on my car. The Southern Motors Honda brand is definitely a name you can trust. Thanks, Southern Motors!

I brought in my 2007 Honda Accord after a season in the frozen North. They worked with me to help my car to be drivable without cleaning out my bank account. I will return!

Quick and easy process. They work with you as much as they can. Normal upsell stuff but you'll run into that anywhere. Stick to what you want and they are cool.
