All I have to say is professional, courteous, respectful, and exceptional service and attitude! Tony and Grant did the impossible when no one else could! They ordered, expedited ,installed, and customized my RV tow hitch to tow my Jeep on an out of town trip. They met a tight 3 day window from placing the order, installing, and getting me on the road for my trip. Amazing service! My greatest compliments to them! I would highly recommend SOS Tire. The price was competitive and the job was perfect!

SOS handles all our oil changes, tires, and any service we need. Our cars have low mileage, but they are nearly 20 years old. Just brought one in for an oil change, tune-up, and front end work. SOS has got it running good as new! Prices are reasonable, service is prompt and friendly.

We were traveling through Savannah in our class c motor home and had a slow leak in one of our tires. We called them and they told us to come by and they would take a look!Turned out to be a loose valve stem, they tightened up stem which stopped the leak.We were so relieved and they would not let us pay for their time and expertise.We tipped our service tech generously.What a blessing.

I highly recommend SOS Tire Service for the work that they performed on my 2014 Suburban! They properly diagnosed the problem, submitted me a recommendation for a remedy to the problem and promptly fixed the rear end of my vehicle! It operates as if it were brand new and I will continue to utilize their expertise in the future. Thank you Joe Burdick!Jay Terry

Took my truck in and asked for a starter just because i assumed that was the issue, Alexis called to discuss what problem i was having and diagnosed the issue to be bad batteries and not the starter! She was great and I really appreciate the extra diligence. I would have wasted the money on a starter!

Really???I took it back over within the hour. Your people rebalanced and said it needed all that weight and it still rides rough! I m not wasting my time. I ll just take it some place else from now on.

The people at SOS are professional and amazing. I visited to get a flat repaired. They had me in and out in a lot quicker than expected. Very good experience. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with SOS. It started with the phone contact with Tony and Brad. We have a Class C motorhome that needed tires / repair. The office contact person ( Brad ) is a real pro multi tasking ( coordinating service calls ,walk ins like us and assisting the installers by rolling tires ( 2 at a time ...impressive!!) The young man that actually did the work ( KJ) was Fabulous..He went out of his way to make sure our tires were safe .It is amazing to see all the work being done like a well oiled machine..I HIGHLY recommend this company..THESE ARE PROSRetired Chicago Fireman Joe

It's the only place that will put tires on my rollback in Savannah Georgia. Always treated with respect and kindness. They always take your time with the caps so they don't ding them up. It's the simple, caring things in life that make a company successful and just watching them take time with my caps that cost a lot of money to replace showed me they cared, and I recommend SOS to anybody that has oversized rims and tires.

I was visiting the city for a wedding and blew a tire. Mike assisted me and was able to get me in and fixed under an hour. Great service!!

These guys are awesome! Great integrity, great customer service and always timely in their repairs. If you need your car fixed this is the place! We use Jay, who is the greatest, but this entire team has always handled all of our needs for our business vehicles and personal! wouldn't take it anywhere else.

SOS is a great service center ! They repaired the cooling system in our diesel motor coach on short notice and got us back on the road quickly. Billy, the service scheduler, was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Joe the service technician listened carefully to the problem and repaired it quickly and properly. Thanks to all at SOS Truck Repair !

Sat for an hour for no service.I had an appointment.Hi, David. I made an appointment last week for SOS Tire. A simple alignment. I was scheduled for 1PM on Monday 5/22. The front desk man had difficulties finding my reservation. He found it. I sat outside at the picnic table for an hour. Your workers walked by me (more than once), stared at me, and also started yelling at me. Not once did anyone from your team confront me in the hour I sat.I went inside, got my keys, and left. There were other workers helping a woman in a sports car though. As soon as she pulled up.

A great place for tires. Good prices and a really helpful staff. When you go ask for David, Wayne, or Brad. They'll take great care of you. Tell them Kirk sent you LOL. I have recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so!

I have to buy tires for fire trucks and many other equipment. Mr Roy is fantastic and so tire is super fast and very reliable. Never had any bad service here. They can get every tire in a couple days if not the same day.

Location, People and Service are outstanding. It's great to see an Independent dealership thriving in a world where big Corporate chains stores keep growing and dominating. SOS Tire can do it all . . Mostly Commercial tires, they can handle the smallest commercial vehicles to large earthmovinv equipment . . and every kind of Truck in between.

Very poor communication on this shop s end. They have been working on my truck for over a week and told me they provided a solution that would fix my truck and now come to find that they are preparing to quote me for more work (after I called in because they didn t call me at all). The timeline on their work is never accurate from my experience if they tell you 2 days expect 4 days and if they tell you next week expect 2 weeks. Cannot review on the workmanship yet because I still don t have my truck but as far as timeline and communication very poor. Also, Billy specifically did his very best to rush me off the phone and pass the buck, very unkind in my opinion.

Don t come here as they will force you to buy their tires. Send my driver to get a tire patch due to a nail and they took tire off the rims and said Nop we can t patch it and you have to buy new tire . Told them to put back the tire as it was and they said Nop we can t do that so now had no other choice but to buy a tire. Unprofessional if they know they can t fix why first place take it off the axle. I would not recommend them at all.

Not sure to give 2 or 3 stars. Grateful the service was handled within half a day and the recipt said 3.5hrs. They cleared up the lighting issue I had. But I KNOW I was over charged by about $120, their hourly fee, to $200. That's a lot! So good service, good job and spent way more. Do with that what you will

My Sprinter Diesel delivery van recently broke down in savannah and upon a recommendation had it towed to SOS. The service in the medium duty repair shop was outstanding. Knowing I was from out of town I expected to get price gouged however not only was my repair dealt with in a timely manner they repaired only what was necessary and didn't over charge me. I was very happy with the repair done and overall experience. (Hopefully I won't be broke down in the area again, but if I ever was... these guys would have my business)

They get you in and out but don't buy used tires mine didn't last 3 days it tore up a lot of stuff when it blew

When calling to see if they could do an alignment for my husband's truck due to certain requirements it has Zack was helpful and set me up an appointment and when I left the truck before they opened Joe called me per my request they call before starting work and gave me an estimated time for completion and it was ready right about that time. Very professional and friendly. I will be doing business with them again and I will recommend them highly!!
