Had a few problems with the car we purchased from them but in the end 3 weeks they have finally got the problems are fixed and we can finally get to drive it more than 2 days without a lot of check lights and emissions problems and trans axle are fixed now and we have enjoyed the last 4 days of getting it done but my thanks for standing behind your vehicle and now my wife me and my daughter and dogs have a good comfortable automobile with plenty of room for everyone and a third row of seats in case we want to invite friends along so thanks to my mechanic that finally found the problems with it and giving it back to us and fixed once and for all. We hope ... Really Thank you for your help

I have had my car serviced at this Toyota dealership for over 10 years. I have had very good experiences until today. I scheduled an appointment for 9am. I checked in and told my service rep that I would be waiting while the 100,000 mile check-up was performed. It is now after 3pm and I'm still waiting for my vehicle. My rep has not come to speak to me to provide updates or to ask if I'm okay waiting- not even one time!I went to the desk a little after noon to find out the status and to remind him that I'm waiting and again at 2pm.My only communication has been a text that I received about 30 minutes ago that said that he really had no way to know how long the machining of the rotors would take but was hopeful they would be finishing soon. The rep texted me and I'm sitting 10 yards away. I feel disrespected and am disappointed at the lack of care this person had for my time.

Quick, friendly service. Usually takes a month advance call to my local service center in Colorado. Savannah toyota got me taken care of 3 days after I got in.

Today I just left Savannah Toyota and the truth is I feel like they scammed me big time, I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone, I went because of a problem with a tire pressure sensor, and I arrived there and I went with the car with the same problem but they charged me 169 dollars, according to them, for checking it and they claimed that the sensors were fine, which I'm glad about, but that a cable was causing interference and that's why it showed the air pressure sign. Anyway, I paid and I asked them why they are charging me 169 dollars if they only checked it and basically the computer gives you the information, after talking and trying to explain my frustration in the end they did not help me solve my problem, after the operation More than three hours that basically they let me know that the charge of 169 dollars had been for the 3 hours and the work of the mechanic who in reality did nothing, I imagine that he was sitting waiting for the time to pass to tell me that it was 169 dollars and that my pressure sensors were ok and that the air signal on the screen was through another cable that caused interference. All this bothers me so much and I think it's not because of the money but because of the fact that they treated me like an idiot, That's why I'm just going to sue them and of course I hope that no one goes through this, lack of respect, theft and scammers. People who want to charge others without doing anything for the simple fact that they don't want to do their job well.

I had my oil changed today 1/5/24 in my 2013 Prius C 3. I asked a lot of questions about how to improve my mpg. Carlos was outstanding. He conferred with the Master Mechanic and Carlos spent serveral mins with me sharing all kinds of new & helpful info. It was a very pleasant visit/ experience.

Consistently well organized and attentive service. Shuttle service available if you don t want to wait during service although waiting area is outstanding. There is HD, Lowes, Hobby Lobby, Chick Fil A, Applebees across the street and Oglethorpe Mall nearby. (Limited distance required). Schedule for one of their slower days (which are few) for a faster in and out! Best Toyota location in the Southeast!

I recently took both my cars in for maintenance and new tires. Donna was excellent. She was professional and courteous. She kept me informed throughout the process. The technician was honest and earned my trust by referencing old records of our recent used vehicle purchase (from an individual). He could have loaded services, but instead did an honest inspection and found the vehicle to be in great condition, only needing tires. Additionally, my rides to and from the dealership were so pleasant and immediately available. Griff was a very polite driver who was extremely informative about Toyotas, and a delight to ride with. Thanks for an all around excellent experience!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

First let me state that I have bought 4 new vehicles from this dealership in the past 10 yrs. Up until today they have been the only place that has ever serviced my vehicles. But that ended today. I had an appointment for an oil change at 4:00. I pulled straight into the service area so they were definitely not extremely busy. I sat in the service bay in my truck for over 10 minutes with no one acknowledged me or paid me any attention. There were 2 guys right beside me setting up a tire display that never even said hello or someone will be with you shortly. 2 ladies walked by whom did not respond when I called out. I finally just pulled out and left. I have never been so disappointed in a professional service center. I will not be back.

Had a minor meeting with concrete curb,my son James was driving to Florida . Dealership was very good and replaced all that was damaged. Service Tech Linda was very professional.

Made a morning appointment, showed up early and they took me in immediately. I only needed a mileage service but they throughly checked everything and noticed I needed an alignment. I got that done too and was still out the door within an hour. Definitely will return for all maintenance needs.

Run! don t walk from this place. They will rip you off in a heartbeat. Toyota is a good product, but their repair service will rip you off in a heartbeat. Get a Nissan or a Kia. You ll be better off!

The folks in the repair shop are always helpful and cheerful! I have an older car and they are very up front when something is difficult. Call ahead to schedule and be patient. There are lots of cars coming in and going out so give them time to get things sorted and you will get great service!

I brought my 2022 Tundra up here for service and some body work and I was surprised at how horrible they are. They We re supposed to do a 10,000 mile service and some recall work and then pass it to the body shop. They let it sit in the parking lot for a whole week when I finally called and asked have they given it to the body shop and they had totally forgot about it just had it sitting in the parking lot. They did very poor quality bodywork the paint does not look good, over spray all over the bumper and under the truck, and they did not replace a piece of trim that was damaged. My service light came on for an oil change last week. So I called and asked if they changed the oil like the were supposed too. Of course they did not. I would never bring my truck here. These people don t know what is going on at there business.Services: Body & Trim, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Very good service. Nice and clean waiting area. Coffee and water included. They even have a theater kind of area to watch whatever they are playing on the TV. You can also use the dealer area where tables are set if you need to work on your laptop while you wait. Donna went above and beyond in my first visit.

Very friendly, professional, and accommodating.*Returned to dealership 3/16/22 after a goofed alignment. Appt. was for 2pm. Arrived and checked in slightly before 2pm. Walked, because they didn't have any rentals available, to Long Horns to eat lunch. Approximately 2 hours later we returned and alignment hadn't even started. Had to wait another hour or more for alignment to be completed. We were told the alignment would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete. Lots of people waiting and complaining about delay.

Excellent quick services.Inspection was not perfect- I wondered why the ride was so rough on the trip immediately after service check. Tire pressures were dangerously high and off balance, I discovered by going to nearby Tire and Oil Change business.Headlights Restoration okay. High price.

I keep seeing all of these reviews about quick service but somehow I manage to get the opposite every time. My wait has been no less than 2 hours every trip here, even with an appointment. Today I had an 830 appointment and am only getting an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. It has been about 3.5 hours and only one time have I received an update. I ve tried using the text service and have yet to get a reply.I used to come here because I had the warranty and my oil changes and tire rotations were free, but it has since run out so for the price and extensive wait time, I think I ll just start going elsewhere.I still have them 3 stars because the facility itself is nice. And Oscar who has been my rep before is great and at least provided updates throughout the lengthy wait time.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

This place is slow and can be overpriced. I had an 11am appointment, and three hours later I am still waiting for them to complete my oil change and tire rotation. I d rather not spend more than 3 hours in their lobby with my newborn. Staff is fine but service is so slow. They were able to get me in the same day, texted me a list of recommended repairs, and did just what I wanted. It was a hectic day for me and I really appreciated their professionalism and courtesy. Also, thanks so much for the prompt shuttle that got me right back to work after I left my car.

I paid them $1000 to repair the dash lights on my Prius. I understand that this is not a difficult procedure. When I got the car back the dash was broken in four places. They said nothing about this. What kind of repair shop does business like this?

Ryan was the one over my vehicle, I thought I had a difficult experience at first, because of the wait time, but I had to understand that the world is short staffed and they are doing the best they can with the dedicated staff that they do have. Overall I received great service and the body work on my car was amazing thanks to Ryan and his team! Thank you Ryan

Always well organized and efficient service. Toyota does more than the ordinary to make you comfortable as well as providing shuttle service or rental. There aren't many dealerships I've trusted for service in the past but Savannah Toyota has established a rock solid reputation.
