After shopping around for a few months and deciding on what I wanted, I had a great experience with Savannah Powersports. Bryan was very helpful and communicates very efficiently and effectively. Bryan worked with me on adding different parts and changing things around, while having it done that day. Alex had all the paperwork prepped and ready to go. Even when I wanted to alter some of the paperwork, Alex did a great job and had it done fast. These guys get it done while making sure the customer is satisfied. Great job! Thank You

Hands down the best and quickest experience ever. I was hunting a four wheeler for my son to surprise him with for his upcoming birthday. Austin was my sales guy, he made sure we got just got what we needed and didn t mind going the extra mile to load it up for me and Mrs Trisha in finance was amazing as well she made sure I understood everything that was going on and included me in every detail of each step! Couldn t ask for a better team to work with! They both worked with me and my crazy work schedule and made sure I was in and out super fast so I could get back to Douglas in time. It s definitely worth the ride to get the best customer service experience and it s worth the deals they have.

We are new to the ATV world! Our initial goal was to get a Christmas gift for our teenage son. Working with Austin was amazing! We gave him our specifications for how the ATV would be used and he did not disappoint. He walked us through the process with ease and educated us on body styles, performance and agility. To seal the deal, we wanted something tricked out that our son would love and Dad could use for outdoor projects. We found the best in class 2024 Can Am Outlander 1000 X MR! Best Christmas Toy Ever! We had been looking for a go kart for my daughter for a while and went to look at Savannah Powersports. From the time we walked in the door, Austin was a huge help. He was patient with us as we moved back and forth between the different karts until we decided on the LE 150. He answered all of our questions and showed us the high points of each one. My husband and I just bought a Canam Defender Max HD7 DPS from these awesome people! Austin was a wonderful salesmen and a pleasure to work with! Trish the finance lady was so kind and made the process so easy! The General Manager Mike even came out to answer some questions we had! We would hands down recommend them a thousand times and of course buy from them again any day! Best experience we have had by far!

Extremely happy with my experience from buying to service. Austin helped us pick out the perfect four wheeler for our son and Taylor in service is nothing short of responsive. We will be back again soon to get us a buggy to keep up with the little one.

We initially went to try and help our son-in-law buy a Can-Am Maverick. All I can say is Trisha was amazing she wouldn t quit working on our stuff till she worked some magic and we walked out with two brand new Can-Am s. Austin is one of the best salesman we have ever worked with he got them just how we wanted them. The GM Mike was so great to conversate with. Thank all three of you for helping our family. Great place, people, and customer service!Took my Sea-doo jet ski there to be looked at because it wouldn t start. I explained what it was doing and he went to the back, grabbed a part and said let s go have a look at it. He had my jet ski fixed in less than 30 seconds! Will definitely be going back if I have any more problems!

By far the best experience/customer support I ve had when purchasing any of my off road vehicles. I m from out of town and after over a week of dealing with multiple dealers Austin stood out against the rest, beat everyone s price, quick to respond and I couldn t be more pleased. He was extremely helpful and one thing he told me is he wanted my business. You could def tell so he earned it. I also want to give 5 stars to Trish! That woman can work some magic with numbers. She had did the leg work to beat everyone s rate and provided the quickest in and out sell I ve ever been through. Not to mention these folks stayed after hours while I traveled in from out of town to finalize my latest purchase. They were patient and helped in anyway possible.Thank you Savannah Powersports! You got a customer for life. If you re in the market you won t be disappointed at all with SPS.

Definitely a place where you want to do business with! From arrival to departure the customer service was outstanding and professional. Buddy Jones (Sales Manager) is extremely helpful, professional, and honest. He will not come to you with the BS that most sales manager or sales personnel often speak or attempt to lure customers into. So, if you are looking for a new toy, I highly recommend you visit Savanna Powersports.
