The customer service definitely needs improvement! I totally understand having to wait for parts to come in for other companies. When you tell your customer that it should be ready either Nov 30 or Dec 1 and the customer has to call your company first thing in the morning to get a status on it, only to find out that the person working on your job will not be in for another 45 minutes. So I call back approximately 45 minutes later and get old that they have not received the parts. Not sure who the owner is and if it is who I am dealing with I doubt I will be back or even recommend someone to come in there.

I take all my hard cylinders here because I never have any issues from them. Stephen and his crew are professional and superb to work with. They take great care of you and are super easy to deal with. They are always busy but still take time to discuss the work needed.

Won t stand behind their warranties, products, or work, even for repeat customers that spend large sums of money with them. Any issue you have automatically becomes something you did wrong, instead of something they did. Customer service is pitiful. Wait times are long. Staff have personalities like a brick wall. They treat you like an inconvenience in their day, instead of a paying customer. If you don t mind spending your hard earned money with people that don t care if you do business with them or not, then this is the place for you!

They fixed my driveshaft that another company in town improperly repaired. Their prices are very fair. Raymond was very friendly. I will be going to them in the future.

What a historic working business old family values still there what a honor to walk in there shop as a gear head all I can say is WOW. Great service, fast.

The guy Raymond must own the place He is the most un professional person I've ever met.You guys need a receptionist to deal with customers not someone to bring their problems from home to work with them to work

This place is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I compared prices with their competitors, and they are by far the best deal out there. I highly recommend them.

85% of the time they have what you need and if they don't have it in stock they can have it within a couple of days. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very disappointed. Walked in at 12:30 and was told that I would need to wait 45 minutes to be helped, it was their lunch break. So I ll take my business elsewhere.
