we were in Tybee Island for vacation, as we were leaving to head home to Ohio, check engine light came on and a code saying "driving assistance reduced" went to auto zone had them do diagnostics came back as thermostat, went to Victory Car Care next door to see if they could replace the thermostat today, they did 6 hours of work in less than 4 hours and got us back on the road home to Ohio...Thank you guys so much for helping us out and squeezing us in!!!!

Victory Car Car performed warranty-related transmission service on my F-150 a few months ago. Their process, customer service, communication, and, most importantly, the workmanship were second to none! I highly recommend this company for auto repair needs. You'll never find a more reputable shop here in Savannah. They know how to treat customers and they have competitive pricing. For the service you get, you are seriously underpaying.

Stopped by real quick early this morning due to low air pressure in my tire. It had a small nail in it. The assistant manager was there and kindly repaired it with a plug in less than 5 minutes! Great service! Thanks so much!

Hands down the best service I have ever received. My fuel pump in my car was acting up and the team was able to diagnose it and get the part (which was very difficult to find) in a timely manner. They kept me updated during EVERY part of the process which was more than sufficient. I was using an extended warranty service & they filed the claim quickly & efficiently. I was so happy. Mike and the team really took care of me & my car. It s safe to say they went above & beyond, We are so blessed to have them in Savannah. Well done y all!

I had a great experience here. My battery needed to be replaced and I called asking if they were able to replace it that same day. I dropped off my car at 9am and was able to pick it up an hour later. Their lot was full and I was so happy that this was resolved so quickly given how busy they were. Mike at the front desk was extremely nice. In short, this was the most pleasant experience for something not so pleasant. Highly recommend as they are very kind and work efficiently.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Loved my experience with Victory Car Care! My Mini wouldn't start when I was leaving work the other day and found them through my car's warranty plan. The earliest available date was a week later...bummer. I called the next morning and spoke to Mike to see if I could get an earlier time and he fit me in that day AND fixed my car on the same day. Exceptional.All the staff were friendly from start to finish and my car is running wonderfully. I am so grateful I found this place shortly after I moved to Savannah. They have been the only car place I ve let fix my issues. They ve replaced my whole air conditioning system in my Nissan. When my radiator went out, they fixed it as well. Due to my radiator going out, I ve also had them recharge and replace a line to my AC. They were so kind to replace a back tail light at last second when we realized as I was picking up my car one of the times. They don t take advantage of you and keep you in the loop of everything going on before they just fix it. I would give them higher than five stars if it was an option. They guys are all so kind. My car is over ten years old but it s a great car and this place keeps it going.

Called all over Savannah to get my Fiat looked at, and this was one of the only places that would willing take a look at my car! I must say the service was excellent! This guy Mike, I believe he is the owner is super nice, professional and honest. I took my truck to get looked at and they repaired my shocks, did an oil change and had me back on the road the same day. It s hard to find a good mechanic but the service surpassed my expectations. Brought my daughter's Toyota Camry to troubleshoot engine and brakes. We received excellent service and care. The proposed repairs and charges were thoroughly explained to us. The car was done in the timeframe it was promised. LOVE this place. So kind, quick, and upfront on what to expect and cost. Felt heard, taken care of and NOT taken advantage of which is an awesome feeling in the auto world. Far too often people tack things on and they did the opposite. We plan to go back next week for other small jobs we have been dreading because of always getting roped and pressured even lied to about 10 other things needed instead of just being able to trust the one compliant is being honestly handled at a fair price. This is also maybe my 3rd ever google review so that tells you this place is worthy!Service: A/C installation & repair

Stopped here because a warning light came on in our car. Turned out that the the oil sensor was not reset properly after a recent oil change. They fixed the problem in seconds. Didn t even charge us. Very honest because they could have told us anything since we had really no way of knowing. Would definitely recommend this establishment !

First day of our honeymoon, we got into a hit and run side-swipe accident with a semi-truck. After calling ~20 places around Savannah, these guys were the only ones to say no problem, have your car towed here and we ll take a look for you. We were immediately greeted and taken care of. Exceptional customer service. After about 30 mins, they were able to make our car drivable so we can get it back to our hometown for repairs. 10/10 would recommend this place, just for their care of customers alone.

Excellent service and great people who were honest and quick! We had a tire repair emergency and after visiting 3 other tire shops who would not help us, the team at Savannah Car Care was there to save us, get us fixed and back on the road. So grateful! Had copressir replaced in my dad's truck 200 dodge truck ...compressor replaced on mom's car 1998 grand marquis....also had work done on my 2002 Ford ranger always informative and helpful will always use them and recommend to all my friends....professional and courteousWELL PLEASED WITH SERVICE AND THERE WORK

As a female student, 5 hours from home it took me awhile to find someone trustworthy in Savannah. I went to many auto shops before this place and was scammed out of my money and not treated with much respect. The people at Victory Car Care aren t money hungry and will truly let you know what is NECESSARY to fix. I have never had a problem with this place. The hospitality, punctuality, availability, and pricing can t be beat. Thank you all so much for your help and keeping me safe on the road.

Gone to these guys twice now. The second time I thought I needed my tire changed but it turned out to be not needed and the fix was cheaper. I appreciate the honesty and will be a loyal customer.

I've used their service for 5 years and have never felt that I have been gouged on price. Their work is fine -- I've never needed to return for a follow up problem, which is what I expect from any good mechanic. The moment that made be a true believer was watching the manager take the time to phone another repair service that did faulty work on a customers vehicle then over charge them for it -- he called them out and they returned the payment. It was truly an on your side moment.

Dropped off my car that wouldn t start after their open hours without having a clue what was going on with it. Called me at 11 am the next day and gave me a rundown of what went wrong and the price.
