Bad diagnostic, paid over $3000.00 in November. Did not get the car back until February, 4 months later, staff was very rude. They transferred the the car to Victory Car Care and it was fixed. Shannon there is awesome. It should of been half the price. Victory is so much better than East Coast, owned by the same owner but he never returned my calls or returned any money. Will never go back!

Worse experience ever, Tyler & Shannon to blame. Started back in July with my truck was given every excuse, even corona still kids for mechanics and no management, every excuse you will hear

Great place! A screwdriver managed to pierce my tire yesterday around 6pm. This morning I called East Coast and they took me on the spot, got the truck back to me sane day, and held the store open past business hours so I could pick it up. And the price was really reasonable (I got 4 AT tires and an alignment for under a grand). Highly recommend this place.Service: Tires

Brought my car in because it had broke down in Savannah. They assured me it was good to drive and they had repaired it, I broke down once more before heading home. Took it back to them and they assured me again it was fine, broke down 5 hours from home after bringing it to them twice.

A friend and I came in with a problematic tire. We wanted to have it checked and called to make sure that we could come in before traveling 3 hours to our home town. We were told to bring the car in. Once we got there, the man behind the counter told my friend that he could not help her and told her to use another tire service.

What an incredible experience! After a year of unreliable care for my car I finally have it running again! Only took one day to have it looked at and all issues taken out and replaced! Turbocharger, valve cover gasket, mass air flow sensor, and window regulator motor! I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend these guys!!

Just had my truck in... these guys are fabulous.My truck had bad fuel pump, they fixed it .Same issue 2 days later.I brought it back.Bad parts..Fixed it..2 days later Same issue.So after 2 weeks, these guys replaced fuel pump, pressure Guage.. 1 time charge.They never charged more than 1st bill. They said I paid. It's up to them to fix.End result, truck runs great, they will take up their time with parts company.Always good people.Sorry if parts are not correct names, but these guys are top notch, honest and good.

Finally there is a mechanic on the island that knows what he is talking about. Took my car here after a bad experience somewhere else, the retired veteran James or Jim repaired my vehicle. He was thorough when he explained the issues. I have told everyone about my experience. We will be back and so will the rest of my vehicles.

This repair company has saved us many times with little and bigger things. Picked up the car today after having some issues with the engine skipping, etc., but they fixed it up and it's running great again. Visited 1/27/2022 for a flat tire. Excellent service! They evaluated the tire first to determine if it could be repaired (it could not and they explained why - side wall of tire involved) and then he searched for a similar quality tire and had it brought in for same day service! Victor was wonderful- very friendly, professional and courteous of my time. He didn't try to upsell anything either. Less than 24 hours with a flat thanks to this wonderful place! Would highly recommend!

I called ahead of time and told him my situation . I got my car towed down there I waited two days and called them to get a update. as a guy on the phone and he said he just didn't have the manpower to fix my car. Have had my vehicle in twice for various issues. Each time they were professional, friendly and repairs were accomplished quickly at a fair price. They suggested optional items that needed to be addressed on my older vehicle but did not try to push unneeded repairs on me. I arrived just prior to my appointment. The service writer welcomed me and took my information right away. I asked for a time estimate and the work was done within that time frame.I will return for future oil changes and other repair work as needed. I locked my keys in my trunk on a Sunday night. They came quickly, unlocked my car, and were Extremely reasonably priced! When I said i thought i would be charged over $100 for this being on a Sunday the man said we believe in helping people not ripping them off. He was very polite and gave great customer service ...even refused a tip. I will definitely do business with them again.

Went in for oil change, didn't put enough in, had to go back, next morning car wouldn't start, had me tow it back, said couldn't diagnose, had towed to another garage, tow driver damaged tie rod loading, no car 5 days now and a $350. Extra repair bill from damage. Don't think they wanted to take time to find the problem, maybe because I'm a senior citizen female. My kids and I were on vacation on Tybee Island and my daughter's Forerunner started acting strangely. As it is an older vehicle and we needed to drive back to VA, I took no chances and got it in to someone to look at ASAP.Our vehicles have always been serviced by Meineke but the only shop in the area was quite a distance. I called the shop and explained our situation to Tommy and he had enough integrity to redirect me to East Coast Car Care, as their location was much closer. He assured me it was a great shop with good mechanics who do good work. I called and spoke with Billy and he was very accommodating and reassuring. I had the Forerunner towed in to be looked over. Billy called in no time and informed me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle...maybe just some user error. (Kids ) He told me to swing on by and pick her up... No charge. What a relief!!!Billy paid it forward that day and I hope he reaps the rewards of his kindness, generosity and integrity. Thank you Billy!

Billy was absolutely cordial and professional when I came in. They are very knowledgeable about the work they perform and the work was done in a timely manner. In addition to that, they have highly efficient customer management systems in place that send you pertinent information regarding your vehicle and when it s time for service. They were very friendly and upfront about costs. They could not just recharge the system, so they had to evacuate and refill which cost 192.00 but I did get 10% military discount. They seem honest and above board to me.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I was traveling through GA And my car started to shake very bad. I called east coast care and they were able to diagnose and fix my car in 3 days! No more shaking and I was not pressured into buying any additional services. By far the best shop around. I only trust them with my Smart Car. Prices are more than fair, they will work with you to solve an issue with the least amount of extra parts unlike a dealership. Darren is a good guy, great sense of humor. (He WILL mess with you if you give him a window.) Highly recommend.

I was camping on Tybee Island when my truck wouldn t start. Called the nearby Chevy dealers and they couldn t get me in for a week. I talked to Albert at East Coast Center and he arranged for a tow, diagnosed a bad starter, replaced the starter and had me on the road in 3 hours. Albert was great and as I was traveling from Minnesota I couldn t be more grateful. I highly recommend!!

Stay far away from East Coast Car Care. Dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 for service work. At 3:30 I still had not heard back from East Coast. So I called,, and the service writer told me, you need to come pick up your vehicle! E.C. had my vehicle seven hours to change two light bulbs. Never again...mostly due to the unprofessional attitude of the service writer.

On our way out of Tybee Island my mom s car was making a concerning noise. Her car was taken to Savannah Car Care - East Coast Car Care. They were extremely in depth with their examination of her engine. They didn t try to sell services she didn t need. The entire team there were so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. We are thrilled to have worked with the owners and employees. We highly recommend them for their honesty, compassionate attitudes, and attention to detail.Service: Engine repair

We got a flat tire on the way to play mini golf. They got us in really quick, fixed our tire in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly, they let us play with their dog...you can t go wrong. Really great service and incredibly accommodating

I didn t have an apt and I dropped off a trailer tire and they said they would get to it in when they could. They called shortly after and said it was done. They removed this tire and replaced it from the bed of my truck. This was service above and beyond. They had no idea I previously contacted Goodyear down the road for a tire plug and they didn t even look at it, they just automatically said they don t repair trailer tires. I would strongly recommend this business and I will refer them to everyone in the area.Service: Tires

We were from out of town and heading home from vacation when we had muffler issues. I searched Yelp, called and was told to stop by and they would work me into their schedule and look at my issues. We waited for only 10 to 15 minutes and they got us in and took cate of our issue within minutes. Top notch service. Very friendly!

Awesome service, dude in the office was cool. They were very busy but that just means people trust them. Took my car in and I got it back the same day. I am overall pleased with my service at East Coast. I've been taking my vehicle there for over 3 years and have not had any major problems with the service. My vehicle is over 20 years old and I have always taken care of it and had routine maintenance done. Now that it's older, some things are beginning to wear out and break down, but so far they have been able to repair it. I hope I can keep my vehicle for many more years.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
