The parts department is 1980s subpar unorganized complete waste of time and resources.They're answering service isn't even capable of putting somebody on the phone in the parts department I now have a call from yesterday I'm trying to get parts for and a call from today I'm still trying to get parts for for roadside broke down customers.Both of them are local and one of them is inside the port broke down I can't even find out if the part is available because y'all suck so bad.This is an ongoing problem and despise having to attempt to spend money here which is almost impossible anyways.Not to mention y'all system is always down and you rarely have anything in stock anyways.It's embarrassing

They might be nice, but just like what a few others said who gave low reviews- Service Center Staff interaction comes across like you're bothering them. It's difficult to spent money on my 30 van fleet with folks who seem like they don't appreciate my business.

The staff there aren t bad you just can t have soft skin they are pretty good at getting partsCan t get keys made there but overall not bad

Body work on my tow truck! They get it done highly-qualified, and totally understanding! Let them get it "done" they will get you where you need to be, I went to sleep feeling better than the day before dealing with staff and employees!!!

My husband took his semi to both dealerships, in savannah and garden city and they were no help. The company he works for has a contract with this dealership and they would not fix his fifth wheel. They were rude, unclear about the Information they gave my husband, and kept his truck for 2 weeks without fixing it. I do not recommend this company to do work on semi trucks. Take your business elsewhere!

Came in for an oil change air filter for a F 250 at 830am still waiting at 12 noon. The is the worst service center ever will not be giving them any more of our company business!!

quality parts n service decent prices on parts, but it seems the parts counter goes out of their way to make you feel like your bothering them when trying to order parts , communication skills and attitude adjustments are needed.. after 15yrs of business one parts guy with an attitude just lost my personal and professional ( 2 shops I own ) business... work on your phone skills buddy , but hey, its not your business, why should you care .. smdh
