I bought some aftermarket rims from here and my experience was positive. Staff were helpful in getting me through a difficult to find selection of 4 lug rim options but we found some. The price was definitely a bit high but, the convenience of financing made the price worth it. The only real drawback from here was those limited options for 4 lug patterns.

the last place to visit if you are looking for good service.... the girl who assisted me on the first day for a quote while she was assisting me was listening to the conversation of another employee with another client, so they gave me the quote and gave me an appointment for the 9am. The day of the appointment arrived and they wanted to change the numbers from the previous quote, they wanted to charge me for the installation, which was free, ok we fixed that and I left my truck at 9am. I received my truck at 5pm... 8 hours to mount a leveling kit at the front and change 4 tires... the worst service I have ever received

Would give 0 stars if I could. My appointment was at 4:00 for a tire change. I arrived there 15 minutes early. My car wasn't taken to the back until 6:30ish. The car was finally finished being serviced around 8:00.

Today, the first time I set foot in this establishment. On 24 February 2024 at 1pm the young lady who assistes me greeted me with the kindest smile and asked how she could help. I needed a lug lock socket or 14 new lugs. She was able to accommodate my need and charged me a very reasonable amount and I was on my way. Except while I was there I over heard another woman assisting another customer and she seemed very intelligent helpful and courteous; that was a just fyi free. I will return when I need to. Thank you.

The process of getting approved was easy and smooth and I am grateful but the wait time was ridiculous . I was there about 6hrs. Please consider hiring more qualified workers because that's awful. Also stop telling people it won't take long when in fact they may be there multiple hours because you are short staffed according to one of their employees. I would definitely use them again but I'll make sure I leave the car the next time.

Will keep calling to get you to sign up. Give them information on what you want, they say they will get it together and then never hear from them again. No communication inside the store between employees either.Edit this is just superb customer service. To the day. 2 MONTHS LATER they decide to call to get me those wheels I wanted XD.

I have been through Rnr for 5 years between 3 different locations have always loved them have paid off 5 sets of tires and 2 sets of rims through them this time was no different just different location had my rims ordered took about a week and a half to even get to that point playing phone tag to get information if they could even get the wheels I wanted and where they were coming from so they show up I wanted my stock size tires on the front and the back ones wider they decided to just put smaller tires on the front n put my stock size on the back n then 2 of the rims were defective so they ordered me 2 replacements okay and they put the wider tires on the back great but dropped the thickness double than what it was supposed to be from 40 to 30 so it looks ridiculous now back for final rim swap out and hope they do the tires right 4 visits later I promise you I ll drive to Florida next time than come back here Even when I showed up they had no notes in their system which wheels were defective on the swap out we have been back and forth living over a hr away and missing work just to get a simple order right and hopefully they actually do the alignment this time hours of waiting and no communication between workers or the customer wants this was my favorite place next time will definitely look else where it s been a very disappointing experience since we re trying to get back into the show ready environment I do love my wheels though they re Exactly what I wanted just to much of a hassle to try and deal with this kind of situation again

You need some rims for your ride, then go to rim Time.Man real time have your ride looking nice. I love that commercial. More than that I love the rims that they have for your ride. They can have you in and out within an hour. Friendly and fast service I love it.

I absolutely love their customer service! My Customer experience was amazing. They were fast they, were effective, and they were extremely helpful. All the questions that I needed answered, they answered them in full and reassured me that I was making the right choice. Five Stars for me and I absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to get this type of work done!

Worst place to go for tires.. I told them to give mine back and they tried to give me another's persons tires and not mine that were brand new. They took HOURS to put new tires on (from 9am to almost 2 pm) Wont definitely recomend to ANYONE

Giving one star because I can t give any less. I placed a request a week and a half ago for a front end alignment. I was called back to schedule. I initially spoke with the manager who told me they had an open appointment for Dec 7th. I took that appointment and began to set up my account. After getting my name the manager said hold on and asked another worker to take the call in the middle of it. I didn t mind that but when the woman got on the phone she answered as if I hadn t been helped at all yet and seemed confused by everything I was saying. She said they also had an appt for Dec. 7th. I gladly took that appointment even though my car honestly needed to be seen sooner. At the end of setting up my account she tells me it was a mistake and they didn t have Dec. 7th available. (I had already bought the Groupon.) I was told they only had Dec 13th available. To which I said I can t wait that long so I d have to be refunded. She then said oh wait we can get you in Dec. 7th at 11 am. I said great. She scheduled me and never mentioned a confirmation text. Fast forward to right now I show up on time for my appointment and I m told I have no appointment. I took off of work and drove 40 minutes here to be told they d have to schedule me out further. I declined as again my car can t wait and asked to be refunded. They were not interested in trying to help me get a resolution at all. Half the staff seemed irritated already and my time was completely wasted as well as my money. I will not be back and highly suggest no one else schedules here either.

I bought tires here, paid for them in full in advance and was told to wait for a call or text from them telling me the tires were in the shop. I bought them on a Saturday and was promplty forgotten about until I called them on Wednesday. I asked if the tires I bought were there by now. its been 3 business days and Ive heard nothing. The guy on the phone said they would call me back because they cant just punch in my i fo and pull up my account to see, that would be crazy, right? So do you think I got a call back? No, of course not. So I call back after 1.5 hours and they tell me the tires are suddenly there and I can get them put on the next day. No explanation, no nothing of why I was waiting all this time for no reason. Remember, I've paid for the tires already. over 440 dollars for 2 tires that are 150 each on Amazon. So the lessons here are avoid this place, buy the tires on amazon and have them at your door in 2 days, not 4, then put the tires in your truck and just pay a small tire shop to put them on the wheels for you. It would have been faster AND cheaper to do this. I wouldnt have paid over 150 in labor to have 2 tires put on. Every business is becoming this. you pay them and they just forget about you.

Joyce was great service was great and if you are low on money and can t afford tires they have multiple payment option which makes life very easy. I would recommend to anybody to shop them.

Even though we weren't ready to buy today, they answered all our questions and even offered a reference for someone to repair one of our existing rims. They definitely go the extra mile to help you out!

I am extremely disappointed for several reasons and the most important reason is I had all 4 tires replaced in my car and I was driving down the highway and my car is pulling almost uncontrollably all over the road. To find out from my mechanic that no front end alignment was done to my car. Extremely upset being that I was planning a road-trip that could ve cost me more money or worse my life or others on the road.

So I brought a set of tires and rims. If I brought them cash I wouldn't have gotten insurance. So I went against my better judgment and finance the tires and rims. The financial charges and insurance was so high that at the end of the term I would almost pay triple the amount of a cash deal. I paid it off early in about 7 months and I know that I still tooken advantage of, the bottom line is to do your math before you go to rent and roll.

The application process was easy and I got my tires done the same day. Jon was an amazing rep and I am grateful for his help. Best experience I ve ever had with a tire shop.

I went to RNR in Savannah this morning after having made an appointment at a different location. They made the process so easy even though there was some miscommunication before hand. They ensured I was very well informed.

Always get promises on paper. Have them show you the "New" TPMS sensors the claim to install. Mine were used. I'm not letting this scam go unnoticed. This is just the icing on the cake. What drives me most is all the business I referred and my car created for them. That's what they're missing. I might just be one guy, but my voice is listened to be many.

The weight time is extremely long was there from 10 o clock opening time and did not get finished with my install of a new set of tires and rims until 5:30 in the evening time. It was a all day process Only other guy

So Far I Have Gotten All 4 Wheels And Tire At The Same Time. Nice Selection And If I Did Not Like What I Saw They Will Find More Selection. Great Financial Terms. YOU HAVE TO HAVE A LOT OF PATIENCE. They Are Super Busy But it Is Worth The Wait.
